    @airtelindia He told me that in this city the cost for replacement of sim card is 100 while it is 25 in the city where headquarters are situated. Do I need to go indore just for Sim Card Replacement. What a wonderful service!! Really thankful for such experience. (2/2)

    @airtelindia SIM card stopped working. Went to kiosk and did documentation. New SIM card given and was assured that it will work in six hours. Sim not working and now asked to go again to kiosk for re verification. Fault with your executive for which I pay with my time

    @airtelindia Please tell me that whether a Broadband customer needs a full legal team to get the connection DISCONNECTED even after paying final bill. Its around 50 days I requested Disconnection at airtel store. Again small amount raised when I have paid all the bills in time
