    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I have 6 postpaid connections, and 3 of them in West Champaran, Bihar, are constantly facing severe calling issues. Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. Paying ₹2500 monthly for such poor service is unacceptable.

    One of worst customer service award 🥇 goes to @airtelindia I have been trying to get connected to human agent on there’s helpline number 198! From last 20 minutes I’m just listening to IVR 😡😡 yeh dabbo vo dabbo Worst service! -1 star

    @airtelindia every Saturday I'm facing internet outage due to airtel. This is 3rd Saturday and general wait to recover from issue goes into 20+ hours. Is it intentional? Causing lot of issues without any proper resolution. Location: Rahatani PCMC MH
