I was sold this plan as “Unlimited”, but I was NOT clearly informed that it has a 1000 GB/month high-speed data cap, after which the speed is reduced to just 2 Mbps. @jagograhakjago

The agent is disconnecting my call and no some seems interested in resolving..I am trying to get hold of someone to get my internet at home working again. Don’t think only about money, think of service as well..pathetic..seems needs to change my ISP immediately…
