@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.

@airtelindia Your company made me wonder why I switched from vodafone I had given a complaint that I could not use the dataAfter five days there was no action but only the bill came for 470. Five days passed and no action so Vodafone at the end of this month and next month change

@airtelindia too much network issue in ym locality. Have escalated this multiple times still no resolution. I have changed my sim recently due to this issue but issue is got worst after that. Facing issues like Call drops, call not getting connected, no voice in between the call.
