    Dear @airtelindia, how many deadlines do customers have to wait through before someone actually fixes the issue? Internet down since morning, promised restoration by evening, then 12:30 AM. Both deadlines missed. Is this what Airtel calls customer service? @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
