    Hey @airtelindia my sim network is stuck to 2G despite settings are set on 4G, there's no network issue in my location and the other Airtel SIMs are working fine on 4G network. I recharged my number on 25th September and since then didn't use even 1MB, my money got wasted 🤬 1/2

    @airtelindia - I want to change my plan for broadband Internet. Tried calling the customer care. It routes me to the app. The app doesn't show the plan I want. The plan is however avaibale on the web. What should I do?

    @airtelindia @TRAI There are now two major telecom operators in the country and still airtel is not able to provide quality services If it charges for 28 days it is airtel's duty to provide quality service

    Hey @airtelindia stop blabbering & improve your services. Network is going haywire..pathetic connectivity, call drops, etc. Majority connections are already moved to @JioCare . Others will be equally done if no improvement!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's worst situation at PIN 505102 Guniparthi location, and submitted many requests and complaints,no result since 6months.if you can't just close the network at that area around 1000 customers struggling due to network problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago ported my son’s mobile to airtel family. Your Vileparle east office ppl made many mistakes in address,sent to 121 for correction but got a call saying could be done after 3 months. Reason being system issues. Is it true?
