    My wifi is not working from 3 days & another from 5 days, a customer representative named as Gagan denied to register complaint for technician visit, despite that I’m confirming that there is red light showing in modem. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team,I have made multiple transactions on airtel thanks app using axis Airtel card but i didn’t receive the cashback properly and when i ask customer service they are not responding properly and saying changes happened on your side @AxisBankSupport

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel IVR service is pathetic. There is no option to talk to service representative. Trying from a very long time. Kindly connect with me. Recharge is successful but unable to make calls. Transaction ID 651264845. Kindly asssit at the earliest.

    Regarding Customer service @reliancejio is far better than @airtelindia Requesting them to shift my WiFi connection to the adjacent building but they never came. They are least bother about customer's inconvenience. Have to surrender the connection and shift @reliancejio

    🚨 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 4 with NO WiFi connection! The app says an ongoing ticket exists, but every day a new customer care agent promises a technician & NO ONE shows up. The first assigned agent's phone is switched off. Fix this issue on priority please.

    @airtelindia AIRTEL IS A TOTAL CHORTEL . INSPITE OF HAVING A POST PAID MOBILE CONNECTION 5G IS NEVER AVAILABLE IN THE HEART OF MUMBAI.THE CEO KEEPS LYING TO CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF IMPROVING SERVICES.
