    @airtelindia Very frustrating service by airtel. Without internet how can I use mobile? You have told me that till 31stJuly problem will be resolved. Surety?? Can you extend my validity double the day I am facing? When @reliancejio was giving free call and internet i stayed with you but now ?

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi it has been more than 48 hours since my request for relocation of wifi n DTH were to be resolved but your engineers refuse straight up. What kind of grievance redressal is this, since you have almost a monopoly you dn't value ur customer's time at all?

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, For the last several days, Airtel users in Village Rohat, District Sonipat, Haryana have been facing severe network issues. Voice calls take 1–2 minutes to connect. Even after connecting, there is often no audio from either side. Calls have to be disconnected and reconnected 2–3 times before they work. Mobile internet is also extremely slow and unstable. This is not an individual issue—almost all Airtel users in the area are experiencing the same problem. Kindly investigate the local tower/network and restore normal service at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal It is very disheartening to write that we are facing severe network issues in Khavda/Bhuj from last 1 week. I've been an Airtel user since 2014, yet the dismal network issues forcing us to port to other networks such as Jio or BSNL or VI

    Facing internet issues on my airfiber since last 1 week and despite calling @airtelindia customer care numerous times they aren't sending a technician to my location. All they are doing is trying to fix the issue on the call and it isnt helping a bit. @Airtel_Presence
