@airtelindia WTH? I made a call on toll free number 186030003434 ( Tikona Customer care [tikona owned by airtel] ) still you deduct from balance, now i need to know why it happen like this? I think toll free number is free to call, time to switch to @JioCare or @ViBusinessIndia

@airtelindia I have an open complaint since 31st March 2023 and I am tired of calling and writing emails.Lst I followed up was on 18th April and I was told that my concern is worked upon and you will get bac to me.however, there is no communication at all .
