Perhaps it's because the Haryana Circle Contact Number begins with 0130-2203700 / 01 for the mobile number +91 9963033312. Fortunately, you have to resolve this. It's only the Haryana landline that begins with 0130 ******, but I'm able to connect the call for the other network operator, Vi. I hope you are willing to resolve the grievance. @airtelindia
