    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer support team is prompt to pick up the call but worst in handling providing the solutions. I have been mailing and calling customer support about bad network connectivity in PIN 462024. No results yet. The mails are not being attended

    @Airtel_Presence IVR is the only solutions that we have we need to speak to an executive if there is a problem and @airtelindia does not support anywhere.Customer service is worst. Support Centre doesn't even work.
