    3. So my time comes and after doing some formalities for new sim card they asked me to pay 25rs for new sim. Just imagine that 100s of customer came for the same issue and everyone paying the same amount and how much money they'll make. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia #Airtelblack The only improvement is, within 30 seconds someone picks up the call-but they are very incompetent in understanding the problem. No Resolution after multiple calls. They promised upgrade to 200mbps. 10 days ON & still waiting. HELP!
