Every 15 days, there is around 3-4 downtime on @airtelindia broadband. This is frustrating, annoying and no value for money @Airtel_Presence, plz fix ur **** or I ll move to local provider. Slow Internet is better than no Internet. U guys r taking customers too lightly. Stop this

@rkmalhotra @airtelindia welcome to "shift again" zone.many are suffering regular downtime with broadband and looking to shift to a better operator. Lodging a complaint and getting issue resolved is next to impossible with Airtel. Good luck
