    @airtelindia Standard template response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Paying 100% of the bill for partial service isn't '5G Plus'. City coverage means nothing if subscriber locations are ignored. Expecting a bill adjustment or a concrete timeline, not auto reply. #Airtel5G #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews every second day, there’s a WiFi network outage with no resolution timeline. How do you incentivise customer of your shortcomings and failure to provide services, when a day’s delay in bill payment is penalised. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.

    It’s been 3 days since I requested the Wi-Fi shifting, with no update or resolution. Will you deduct these 3 days from my bill, as I haven’t been able to use the service? This is unacceptable customer service. Pls provide a clear update and resolve this immediately. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I've been reporting issues with internet getting disconnected for the past month. There's been no follow up, no resolution, no technician who came to check it out. Everytime I call customer care they say it'll be resolved in a day and absolutely nothing is done.
