Mail sent to all. Chasing them from last 6 months to resolve the issue but they keep sending mail with fresh bill

@Airtel_Presence I recharged with a 1 year 2 GB pack last week for a long term commitment with @airtelindia, and now I am unable to access internet. Websites are loading in minutes. And when I raised a complaint, I got a message that I'll get it resolved in 8 days. WTF??
