    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the last 20 mins I have been trying to talk to an agent but your IVR system is so bad repeating same stuff and doesn't even give options for talk to an agent, The airtel app is just the same.. honestly how do I even get my issue resolved?

    @BSNL_AS There is no use of these 4-10G advertisement ... I have been trying to get my bsnl low power issue since 1 month.! Your expert support team is just creating tickets and solving them without any real issues. If not solved I will switch to @airtelindia for fiber connection

    @ViCustomerCare I think in terms of response @airtelindia is superb! I am suffering last 3-4 days with out call, but no one is bothering, it would have been better if I have opted some other network
