@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lodged a complaint for 03346022011 . The airtel executive visited and repaired the modem but did a cross connection with another number of mine in the same name 03340048081. Now he is misbehaving. His number is 07428995748. He is threatening me.

Other airtel connections in the apartment is working! LOS in modem is showing red. I guess the line is cut again - this is due to worst fiber wiring I have ever seen. Your team has connected my Modem in 1st floor to terrace of 4 floor apartment main box loosely @airtelindia
