    Another example of great service from @airtelindia, just called the engineer and finally he decided to take the call only to answer that “Your problem is not my concern as i do not have your area assigned” where as in your Airtel thanks app his number is mentioned.

    12+ hours without broadband. Complaint raised. No fix. Agent not answering calls. Peak incompetence from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia I am facing calling issue. On call receiver compliant voice breaking even in fully open location. It's in both case if I call or someone calls me.
