    Please avoid @airtelindia fibre. Their support team is terrible. After facing issues with Jio, I switched to Airtel. I booked and paid on the first day and have been waiting for three days. The technician doesn’t pick up the call and today he said I have to raise a complaint.

    @airtelindia, I have called your customer care 4 times now since morning. They have started cutting my calls. Is this your SLA of your contact center. This is a serious concern. Please get this sorted.

    I was informed last week that "speed upgrades" were the cause; however, the service remains unstable, rendering it unfit for use.​As a consumer, I have fulfilled my obligations, yet Airtel has failed to provide the stable service which is bad. 2/3 @raghav_chadha @airtelindia

    My Requirements, Technical Resolution: A permanent fix within 24 hours, including a technician visit to check the physical line or ONT/Router health. Service Credit: A waiver/discount on my upcoming bill equivalent to the downtime experienced. 2/4 @airtelindia @raghav_chadha
