    Highly disappointing! @airtelindia It's been 2 whole days since the wifi is down in Sector 4 Gurgaon After repeatedly complaining you've given false hopes about it getting restored at 730, 1330 then 1930 and it's still down! It's 21st century n airtel is stuck in stone age ๐Ÿคก

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Care Facing WiFi connectivity issues EVERY MONTH without fail in Kundrathur Manikandan Nagar & Mangadu. Reason? Just ONE field engineer covers both areas โ€” even he's overloaded. Poor resource planning, not bad luck. Please fix this urgently! #AirtelWiFi

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I have wasted hours, made countless calls and dealt with contradictory instructions because your team couldn't handle a basic port-out correctly. I am NOT running between Vi and Airtel again to fix your mistake. Take responsibility and resolve it.
