    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello team, We have been facing the network issue for the last 3 months but no action is being taken by airtel. When I spoke to airtel GM on 9631949194 , he is also giving false promise from Last month. Kindly escalate the matter urgently to resolve this issue.

    @TSBBCare despite paying for 200mbps plan, the speed offered is lower than my alternate 24mbps @airtelindia. TSBB Complaints are auto-closed. No action is taken despite calls. Tech is clueless. Latest complaint - C2490467.

    @airtelindia I said to you that I am facing issue in my prepaid no. And you stop the internet in my postpaid no. Can you explain me what is this? Is this the real work of Airtel for their customers. Your negligence towards the customers can make people to stop using Airtel.

    Airtel has the worst connection in Kolkata region. In 1.5 months, raised 4 tickets for internet issues the latest one being 4 days back. Till today, the line is not active. All they know is how to woo people to take service @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
