    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to raise an issue regarding SIM replacement or renewal in cases where a user's Aadhaar photo is old. Because the photo is outdated, genuine users may not be able to purchase or renew a SIM for physical damage sim.Please correct this process

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @airtelindia I have post paid connection from last two years I am trying to convert it into pre paid due to very High charges and bad services but airtel customer care and store denying from last two years and not changing it into pre paid. Kindly do it urgently.

    @airtelindia 13 days since I raised the request to shift airtel fibre wifi connection. Till now no response. Called customer care everyday and they keep raising requests, escalate but nothing works. Pathetic! If I don't get the connection shifted today I am going to deactivate

    Dear @airtelindia, you should seriously shut down your customer care services because they’re absolutely useless. Total waste of time. I’m tired of dealing with you guys. And on top of that, I can’t even cancel my WiFi subscription by myself. What kind of nonsense is this?
