    Airtel customer service might be the worst in India like they have gone out of their way to make it difficult for customers to register complaint to them their is no way you can reach to a customer service team all you get is ai which do not understand problems shame @airtelindia

    @airtelindia extremely frustrated with Airtel representative and the customer service team while applying for a new connection through MNP. It’s very disappointing and unfortunate. Will switch to Jio with the whole portfolio now.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia Would you give me some time if I couldn’t pay your bill on time? No, right? So if I’m paying ₹1100 every month, then I deserve good service as well. In villages, there’s hardly any network for internet. Even downloading a small 2–3 MB video takes 10–15 minutes

    @airtelindia 4- Please clarify: Why was booking/payment accepted for a non-feasible location? Why conflicting information was given by your staff? Provide immediate installation solution or process full refund of ₹1500. Need a proper resolution, not a generic wait reply.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how to claim the damn Netflix subscription. You are telling me to contact Netflix, they are telling me to consult you. This issue is stuck for 70 days now. Netflix tried everything on their end, seems like you are not able to resolve simple issues
