    @rahulraj7412 @airtelindia I have been facing the same problem for the past two days as well. @airtelindia isn't helping me at all. I purchased a 56-day recharge plan four days ago. It seems like my money has gone to waste.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed with your services,not only you put extra charges additional to my bill and raise bill after 20 days, network is really bad. Every week or 5 days I have to file a complaint for wifi issues.

    Was not expecting this from Airtel. 5G switches to 4G indoors, causing poor speeds. Also, after my daily 4G data is exhausted, unlimited 5G doesn’t work despite having an eligible 5G plan and a 5G phone. Please fix this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @DealsDhamaka This is **** service by @airtelindia It can't give perplexity free for limited time & then suddenly pass on the headache to customers to manually cancel by creating panic by sending unnecessary msgs. If users are not going to get charged, msg text must have been different.

    @kumariika @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I was able to cancel. I asked perplexity itself on how to do it. It provided proper steps lol
