@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

@airtelindia , there is no way to reach your customers support. Just limited chat options with bot which never address problem. I am having issues with broadband and there is no way to complaint. #badservice

@airtelindia I have been airtel bb, xstream customer for the past 2 days. My plan was 1099 + GST. My airtel app shows that my data speed should be upto 300 mbps, whereas I am getting less than 100 mbps. When asked with service engineer, he claims I will not get that speed
