    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Planning to cancel my 2 #Airtel broadband connections soon due to extremely poor service and fake promises made by cust. care agent. Despite sending several DMs (10+) and mails, no one cares to look into & solve the issue and it's been TWO WEEKS.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after complaining hundreds of time via email along with 121 number i am still facing network issue from past 1 month .that to from a company that says India's fastest network. If your are not able to resolve a minor issue

    Ported to Airtel from Vodafone, hoping to get better network and data speed. Highly disappointed with both. Which service provider needs 14 days to resolve an issue? 4G data speed is 2mbps..Seriously??? @airtelindia @airtelpune @Airtel_Presence

    What a ******* useless service do you guys at @airtelindia offer!? Trying porting to Airtel, filled the online form many times, haven't received no leads about SIM delivery ever! also no Helpline contact exists :) Urself making porting into Airtel so hard🥴 @Airtel_Presence
