@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

I have applied for airtel black on 15 oct 2022 . After that your enginner visited my location and said we cannot install this connection. Now I want my money back but customer care told me we can't procces your refund. Please help me @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

@airtelindia I've got a Broadband on 31st Oct. The connectivity is very poor. I'm on a 200mbps plan. Pathetic service. I want to cancel my subscription, but will not be refunded 3 months payment which i made in advance. This is the worst network I've ever used. Pls help.
