    @airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

    @ACTFibernet your service is down for more than 12 hours now and you keep sending surveys on customer support. Your support is the worst I have experienced. Waiting for lockdowns to be lifted to switch to @airtelindia fiber. They hav a resolution time of less than 2 hours.

    Pathetic aftersales service from airtel dth faulty remote not working raised a complaint but still unresolved. Airtel gave +91 9967945036 for quick resolution but no one responds on this number. Our service request number 1449604454. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am getting a call drop issue last 1 week with my all Airtel numbers both in-outdoor and my broadband also not working. Please solve that issue If prepaid not working then I have to find another alternative source.

    @airtelindia for the past 25 years you have led to digital transformation but you have failed to provide an airtel store in our area Latehar where majority of the population uses your network as results of which where the sim replacement charge is rs 25 i had to pay 120 for it.
