@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

How many times i should contact @airtelindia customer care, one says they have seen the changes which are made by your agent, other says that they have not updated, is it fun? or do you not make any records for customer concerns? Is it simple to say like this?
