@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

We talk about dark patterns by Zepto, etc. Here's one by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There's no option to terminate the wifi connection in Airtel Thanks app. You have to call their customer care and then go through all the options and if lucky you connect to their agent.🫡
