    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 7037645581361152000 Above is the transaction id of my recharge. My Airtel fibre was inactive for several months and when I recharged it for use it wasn't working and in Airtel customer support they said my account doesn't exist.PFB attached file.

    @alokgoyal1971 @airtelindia 2. Exceptions apart (like SAP), service standards on the ground are not in line with what Mktng. presents or the leaders know. 3. Staff is stretched (layoffs, low pay etc.) in most companies, and not trained in customer empathy. 2/n
