@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

One of the worst service provider. I have'nt been able to use internet properly from a long time. My daily limit of 2GB nearly go to waste. I took a yearly plan and stuck now till dec, requesting people not to use airtel anymore,i will surely. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Please confirm if you are able to do any thing for my home location then i will port my 4 postpaid connection To any other company because i am fursat , your network speed just nothing to use and I pay only bills I am not able to use my full internet package speed is main reason

@hthite @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Haha! Pretty old thread. but the problem hasn't been solved yet. Was a platinum member, had to just end the connection (hasn't ended from their end yet, being billed despite receiving confirmation on mail from them). Have written to the nodal officer too - to no avail though
