@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

i don't know what airtel fiber representatives want.i've done all my payment since yesterday my connection is barred and customer care is telling to wait for 2 hourse since then it's 2 days and it is still barred.payment is done what else you want? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Airtel... have DMed the details as requested. When do I see a satisfactory resolution - which at the very least is a refund of the talktime Airtel unfairly consumed. I refuse to recharge until this is done. Next stop, porting all our Airtel numbers out.

@airtelindia @askairtel I am getting a very erratic connection and low speed for the past 10 days. I am told fiber lines need to be installed at my colony as a solution which will happen only in Jan month. This is too late @Airtel_Presence need to take fast action & help resolve

@Roli1097 @airtelindia Had similar experience , wanted to terminate the connection. But the whole process took a whole frustrating one month.Seems that they will readily provide you the connection, but won't terminate it effectively if there is a need.
