Is there any legitimate customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence who will treat me as a customer. I got a call from Airtel that someone is visiting to install a Broadband services it’s been 3 weeks now no one visited later promised me a call back in 24 hrs. No calls yet

@airtelindia- a question worth asking. Can an old SIM card exhibit reduced performance in terms of receiving signal. Am a very old customer and suffering from signal issue and so with data. Don't want to change the provider without knowledge. Can the SIM card be changed to check?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Renewal of subscription takes 1 sec and resolving issues takes days. If you can not resolve @WynkMusic issue let me know I can cancle my subscription and move on but don't stall it. It's very annoying to listen ads and having no resolution yet.
