  @airtelindia My broadband issue is still unresolved despite escalating through email & Twitter. Internet consistently goes down between 3 AM–7 AM. No technician has visited my house. Some agents say it is a network issue, but nobody is checking the actual connection.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Need immediate fix I m suffering past 3 days my Airtel Black fiber network connection disconnect each 1-2hr sometimes 4-5hr i have raised complaint tech person came said fiber power 28dba to high than next day another people came who handles wires

  Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Ajmer. Visited 2 stores to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. First mini store refused saying only postpaid is available, and the main store made me wait 30 mins just to deny prepaid porting citing technical issues.

  You only get resolution for your problem when you Tweet about it. Let’s talk about @airtelindia today. They make sure you don’t get to convert your postpaid sim to prepaid because the sales person will only try to convince you against it rather than taking your request forward.
