@airtelindia Why there is no 5g network available iin Mumbai even when in handset it shows 5g software updates & Device compatible. Please share in which areas of Mumbai Airtel has rolled out 5g services. Customer care people don't know anything about this.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tried calling 6 times to get information on a prepaid connection but ended up at the postpaid help centre each time. And when they odrected my call to the prepaid desk, the call was disconnected. Kindly help out.
