Airtel Xstreme fiber connection is not working since yesterday afternoon, customer service is a disaster, their site engineers are not calling at the given time. take more than 24 hours to resolve any minor issue. No internet, no work just wait. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia You and your whole system have gone crazy with those DTH connection robo calls and human calls. Many are getting rid of airtel mobile numbers bcoz of that reason only. Please stop this harrasement. And please know this is the problem with postpaid customers too !!!

@Airtel_Presence Any email where I can write about all this ? I want full refund since I couldn't use the service. your technical team is giving weird solutions like try a diff handset whch i tried @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I gave my local number but no-one is trying to reach out on it.
