@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have already raised complaints on X since 27 Feb and made 15+ complaints via App, email, and phone within a month, yet no engineer visit for non working of wifi and iptv. Your team is only closing tickets without any information or resolution.

I am writing to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence with a serious concern regarding your lack of record maintenance and your callers harassing my father every second day. We took Airtel black connection in November and disconnected the previous Airtel landline and wifi we had. We continued to get two bills for a few months. It was in Jan we realised that we were paying even for the connection that we cancelled in Nov. We had to chase your incompetent customer service people for months not weeks to get the router picked up so that they close the case. They promised us that the bills we paid will be adjusted but that’s not done yet. My bigger concern and angst is the harassment that you are causing to my father by calling him every second day asking to return the device. The image in this post is of the receipt of the device that was collected on 2nd Feb. Will this BS stop or will we need to take a formal channel to resolve it?

@umashankarsingh @airtelindia All companies are equal, the price of recharge packs is increasing day by day, and the service is getting worse day by day. There are 4 options in hand, out of which VI and BSNL are in very bad condition. Jio and Airtel are cheating people in the name of 5G. Shame .. Shame.

@umashankarsingh @airtelindia Even worse is the case with @ViCustomerCare network. They are not even bothered to respond to the complaints and blatantly closed the complaints as SIM damage and even worse are their VI store where all the employees and store managers are clueless.
