  I shifted to @airtelindia postpaid for its promises such as fast lane network. They claimed that they would provide uninterrupted service at crowed areas and almost everywhere. Let alone crowded areas it’s not working properly even in my college and many places.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service is down again today. How many outages am I expected to tolerate? I'm paying for internet, not repeated downtime. Pathetic service. Avoid Airtel Xstream Fibre if you want a reliable connection. Worst experience with almost no customer support.

  @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is down with no update, and support is unresponsive. I even have a Relationship Manager, but no resolution. You expect customers to pay bills on time shouldn’t we expect reliable service and timely communication too? This is affecting my work.

  @airtelindia I’ve been an Airtel customer for 11 years, but this Wi-Fi experience has been unacceptable. Your sales rep booked the WRONG plan, then asked me to call customer care to cancel it. I was promised a callback within 4 hours. It’s now been 24+ hours with no call.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare

  Airtel service totally waste this day. My Airtel sim not working without any reason visited nearest airtel store they do sim swap and ask for more money than actual amount. They waste my time and money. I want action against him @airtelindia
