@airtelindia is providing very pathetic network service in my area. Many times I am not even able to get 2G internet speed. My area have 4G network but it is of no worth because of its very poor service. Not getting help from customer care services after too many requests.

@airtelindia I hv been using my prepaid since 10 years. It stopped working suddenly in Feb this yr when I was in Singapore. I hv sent atleast 20 emails requesting to resolve as I can provide any ID that can help with eSim. Kindly advise. Bank/Adhar OTPs are linked to this number.
