    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , my dad’s sim stopped working suddenly and we got it checked with a local store. They are insisting on having my dad come in person to replace it. My dad underwent a heart surgery recently and he can’t step out and they said they can’t help.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been down for 4 days and despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited yet. Repeated assurances, zero action. This is affecting my work & forcing me to spend on mobile data daily. Need urgent resolution TODAY.

    WTH the worst service they are telling sim is damaged How it was working and happend with many people @airtelindia Then care person asking 200nfor verification and 50 for sim(250 Rs) For the sim i have already recharged sim , was working till last night Worst experience

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged ₹49 for 7 days Unlimited 5G data, but I received the benefit for only 1 day. Now my internet is not working at all. This is misleading and disappointing
