    Also, there was ZERO warning — no SMS, no call — before hitting this 300GB cap. Found out only after contacting customer care, which was no help either. Speeds just dropped to 80kbps on a “premium” plan. This isn’t transparency, it’s misleading. @airtelindia respond. @TRAI

I promise I will make sure no people associated to me ever avail your service.. you should be ashamed of being called a leading telecom service

    @airtelindia PATHETIC Service! I raised request to install WiFi nd ur team didn't come for 2 days even after multiple calls later they installed it incorrect that machine is dangling on the floor nd not working nd ur team is abusing&showing anger when I called to come and resolve
