  Meet the shitiest network of india @airtelindia for more than 12 hours my network is not working. I have to come to the 2nd floor roof to atleast get some network which is incredibly slow. I can't make calls at home or access the internet i have already complained about it.

I need Airtel to review the original commitment, provide the promised billing arrangement, and explain the delay and repeated call disconnections. Please escalate this to the appropriate team and provide a clear resolution.

  @airtelindia Airtel, is this really how you handle new customers? I applied for Airtel Wi-Fi and everything was completed quickly from your side - KYC, payment, and confirmation. I was even told that a representative would contact me and complete the installation by a specific date. Since making the payment, I have received no call and no update. I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact the person assigned, but there has been no response. To make things worse, your customer support number automatically speaks in Hindi without even giving me a language option. I’m comfortable with Tamil and English, not Hindi. Even in the Airtel app, I can’t find a clear option to raise a Wi-Fi installation issue through chat. So after taking the payment, who exactly am I supposed to contact? @airtelindia Please arrange the installation or tell me clearly where I can raise this complaint. This is extremely frustrating customer service.

  @Airtel_Presence Thanks for your arrogance, ignorance and humiliation by Miss Kirti, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ..time to port to new service provider..you didn't even contact leave apart resolution. Your network as such has almost crumbled with voice calls almost impossible.

  A tower has been installed in Rampur Chandrasaini, Bhadrauli, Bah, Agra, but it is practically of no use. The network is extremely poor and often doesn’t work at all. Even after the tower installation, 5G service has not been launched here yet. Please inspect @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence - Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My services were deactivated while I’m abroad, and I’m told that I or a blood relative must visit Karnataka to resolve it. None of us live there! How is this a solution? @Airtel_Presence Please resolve this urgently.
