    Recently changed to eSIM after that my network is tooo slow and I can’t even work with its hotspot @airtelindia can u please help out to resolve this issue....

    Airtel is the worst network i have ever seen, i have done recharge of 1029 rupee l, and guess what I get No 5g since 5 days in my area, This is such a bullshit by @airtelindia . I am going to switch this Worst Network

    @airtelindia Airtel WiFi is not working at my home. And already since the network is very poor we were using only WiFi calling now without WiFi we are not able to use our mobile phones to even make calls We are stranded with no communication please rectify it asap

    @airtelindia @airtelnews This is totally unjustified when you did not take my permission whether I want to renew these subscriptions or not. Kindly cancel these subscriptions and generate the new bill or else cancel my mobile connection.

    Till now no solution has been found for my problem, only useless answers are being given in DM, whereas I am giving complete proof, still I get the same answer in DM. @airtelindia Do you want your customer to switch SIM companies? You may be too proud to be bigger.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mistakenly converted my number 9555755509 to postpaid and moved it back to prepaid. Now my previous recharge is completely gone. I just did the recharge two days ago. What a bullshit customer support. I also have postpaid services! Cancelling it
