    Dear @airtelindia I have an Airtel plan with unlimited 5G data. However, my 4G data is being consumed first even though my phone is showing a 5G network and I try to contact customer care, the automated message says Your mobile does not have recharge to connect to customer care.

    @VenkatdineshV @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia That's why these Baniyas can only and only run businesses in India. Why? Well because they offer 2G disguised as 4G. And most of the times, the network remains down during power outages. They do not have a backup for their mobile towers anymore. Thanks #SunilMittal #Airtel

    Since from last couple day I am facing internet WiFi issue, while I am complaining their automated care is receiving call and registered case but no one call you from Airtel . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please update me
