    Recently changed to eSIM after that my network is tooo slow and I can’t even work with its hotspot @airtelindia can u please help out to resolve this issue....

    @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with your international roaming service. I've been without connectivity for over 24 hours despite my roaming plan being active. Only response from support is that the issue has been escalated to Backend team. Complete disappointed @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working for last 2 days . My monthly bill to be reduced from 30 to 28 days. So the bill must be reduced. But u have raised the complete bill. Poor service by airtel. @MIB_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a joke of a service! Second connection request, 2 weeks wasted, payment already made, and still not a single technician has turned up. Stop taking customers’ money if you can’t even install a connection. Absolutely unacceptable #WorstService

    @airtelindia @Airtel painful wifi service, i had to disconnect it. I cleared all dues, even paying for 7 extra days after the SR closure. Still you send me a bill of Rs 0.01. Can I pay through UPI pls?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Being a Airtel Black Customer ( ID 04027334474) I have requested for shifting of Wi-Fi and DishTV from Hyderabad to Kolkata way back in 23.05.2026 I received message as under : Hi Shams Tabrez, we tried contacting you regarding your request (No.- 10950411788) to shift your Airtel Wi-Fi (ID- 04027334474_wifi). We regret to inform you that your area is currently not feasible. Therefore, we will be closing the request raised by you. For additional assistance, please contact us at 121. It is strange that Airtel is not able to provide Services of Wi-Fi and DTH at Alipore, Kolkata. Airtel need to work on putting up optics fibre or Booster to make connectivity and services available.
