    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paying for broadband, getting downtime. Nearly 6 hours of daily maintenance is not done & reflects complete lack of service reliability. I wd be more than happy to change my connection to a local vendor if this frustration continues. 01118090432_wifi

    @airtelindia I had asked to shift my connection from Chennai to Lko and after installing the wifi, airtel xtreme was disabled and my black account was disabled as well. WHy? When I had asked specifically to simply move the connection instead of disabling xtreme ! Need urgent help

    @airtelindia Team, what's the update on the resolution? Issue is pending for over 3 weeks and all details have been sent on DM numerous times. There is no response in spite of numerous followups. @airtelindia

    I took airtel wifi connection in last Thursday 28/05/2026 with speed of 100mbps but I am getting speed like 10 ,20 mbps I want to register complain but no one is listening and you customer support is also third class I want technician visit @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia #AirtelBlack customer, my DTH set-top box has been dead since 16 May. Tracking ID 4510155101. Escalated to your team (Interaction ID 1593768593) — still ZERO resolution after 18+ days. Paying full charges for a service I cannot use. Fix this or I'm leaving Airtel

    Finally after 4 years I raised request to disconnect Airtel Wi-Fi due to poor services, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope at least disconnection process will be smooth. Moved to @JioCare - much better speed and better price, Hope services will be good in future

    @airtelindia All I wanted was to downgrade my postpaid WiFi connection to prepaid. But no — your customer care informed me I’d have to drag myself to a center, fill out endless forms, answer a hundred questions, and waste half a day of my life just to do something that should take two click.

    Hi @airtelindia Im fed up with ur wifi service. There r multiple major outages since I opted for ur service in the last 2 mnths. My work being affected and literally no one have answer to this. Current outage has been running for 2 days.. ? Really? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
