Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia for their ignorance for the failure to deliver the service to their loyal customers. Been sitting at home all day trying to get the internet to work but only thing they care about is money (even after paying everything ). SUCH A SHAME.

@airtelindia It seems u guys have an exceptionally ****** service, let alone the product.I opted for Airtel one pack in June and till I don't have just the Broadband service installed(No DTH, Postpaid no.). Customer care doesn't even have a clue about what plan I have.Pathetic!

@airtelindia asked your support team to freeze my broadband plan for a while, they said its not possible. 2 months of validity went useless since am not in town. Now you have auto renewed my plan for nect 3 months without my concern and demanding me to pay again. This is robbery.
