    India's No-1 worst and poor network @airtelindia and the same time customer care service also very poor every month 3 days before @airtelindia started the recharge reminder but they are don't know how to give the proper network connection and really unhappy to use this network

    Kindly recall @Airtel_Presence even after sending details on dm till now no resolution as still getting error for complaint made yesterday while trying to access airtel selfcare website. If further delayed with no proper resolution matter to be escalated @airtelindia

    @amangoeliitb I was using @reliancejio for the last 8 years and 3 months ago i switched to fraud @airtelindia due to a network trouble in my area with Jio but I will be porting out to Jio in a month.

    We have 4 postpaid mobile connections, 2 broadband connections, and 1 TV connection, all with Airtel. We hardly use mobile data because we are almost always connected to Wi-Fi. However, when we travel or in an emergency, I occasionally use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop, and it is extremely useful. Removing this option is unreasonable, and if it is discontinued, we will have no choice but to port all our connections out of Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid ₹1,500 on 18 July 2026 for a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection. However, the installation is still pending. No representative is giving me a clear update, and customer support is not responding properly. This is unacceptable.

    The worst ever wifi ISP goes to @airtelindia .After taking the fees, Neither Engineer nor authority responds to your new connection..It has been 4 days of delay for the installation.Engineers are giving some stupid reasons in their portal and they are considering them for delay.
