    Recently changed to eSIM after that my network is tooo slow and I can’t even work with its hotspot @airtelindia can u please help out to resolve this issue....

    @airtelindia Kindly close my postpaid plan i will switch to VI. Even after raising complaint so many times on social media on call no resolution. So if you dont care about ur customer. Then a old customer doesnt care about you i will switch to VI today.

    @airtelindia what is the issue with your internet service ? It is down since last 4 days and we get a standard reply from the CC that services are down in ur area and will 5-6 more hours. We have office work and rely solely on wifi as ur mobile services are pathetic here.

    @airtelindia Every month, the same issue. Sometimes a 1–2 day outage can be understandable if there is a genuine technical problem. But when the connection keeps going down every single month, that's not acceptable. This month alone, my Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days.

    No mobile network of @airtelindia in Goregaon. No outgoing or incoming calls working . Sometime it is working if wifi calls enabled. But Airtel customer care number not connecting even with wifi. Call failed errors #airtelDown @Airtel_Presence
