    Recently changed to eSIM after that my network is tooo slow and I can’t even work with its hotspot @airtelindia can u please help out to resolve this issue....

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ur wifi /mobile network is out for straight 2 days in Pune,pcmc area. No explanations from you. Wfh is impacted.We can’t make calls. Imagine the helpness in emergencies. Finally shifting to new local internet provider.Removing ur shi**y wifi. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - i filed a complaint on feb for an issue and technician said it is due to faulty wire issue again occured today and Muskan rajput told she will not send technician if i won't pay and why i did not complaint as well and she will close case.

    @airtelindia Absolutely lazy service since ten days I requested for shifting my existing Wi-Fi to same location just next door society but they are just not listening,near Sardar Dham Vaishnodevi circle Ahmedabad 382421..Internet is essential services so do something

    @airtelindia complaint No. 31-6899439002877 You send a message that complaint is closed. But where on the app can one check the resolution?? You don't send an email either? Horrible obfuscation of service requests, completely anti-consumer @TRAI

    @airtelindia It has been 11 months, and my network issue is still not resolved. As you can see above, I don’t even get a stable 4G signal. Even though my SIM is postpaid, the network and internet service are still very poor. If this issue is not fixed immediately,

    I was literally dumb to port from Jio to @airtelindia . At least Jio was giving me unlimited 5g data and was using for last 10 years. Recently moved to airtel but i am not getting unlimited 5g data. Even though the network is 5G, it works like 4G. Time to go back to @JioCare
