    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ

    @airtelindia @AirtelWiFi143 @Airtel_Presence it’s been 5 days since we made a complaint .. every month at least 3 days internet is not there .. how do think we can run our offices. made several complaints, you staff is saying there is issue company is not ready to address. unfortunately even after this you won’t fix .. I just wanted it to vent out.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.
