    Recently changed to eSIM after that my network is tooo slow and I can’t even work with its hotspot @airtelindia can u please help out to resolve this issue....

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Almost 10 days of excuses and still no permanent fix. A 2-hour temporary restore isn’t a solution. We only stayed because your team promised this would be handled on priority after we requested disconnection. So where’s the priority? This is beyond frustrating.

    @airtelindia i have been chatting with customer care since 9 am. It's been five hours still no resolution. How is this acceptable for a leading network provider and an Airtel black high paying customer. I have not been able to use my number since last night- need this sorted asap

    @airtelindia @ThanksAirtel very poor response for conversion of prepaid number to postpaid connection. Trying for past 2 months both online and raised request offline from Airtel store. Till date no progress. Why is it so difficult to convert??
