    Hi @airtelindia I am having issues with incoming calls, my phone rings only for 3-4 seconds when anyone calls me but caller side it keeps ringing for 45-50 seconds. I am unable to pick calls within 3 seconds. Why this discrimination, should I port the number? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointing service. I strongly suggest people think twice before buying an Airtel SIM, because complaints are not solved properly. My internet issue is still not fixed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn It is so frustation 2 register complains n still net is not restored. Last 1 month hadly any week net was not disrupted. In our location 3 diff connection now willing to move out of airtel if no permanent solution given. Still hoping

    @airtelindia Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in  Hathyadka   village, Dakshina Kannada District. Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Tower site photo attached. Eagerly awaiting the network. Thanking you.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The issue hasn't been resolved yet. The promised time by your team was 7.30 pm yesterday and till now the network is down. Despite raising a complaint online and in-person it's of no use. Just a month with the wifi connection and look what's happening. Unacceptable at any cost.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wrong recharge done. Refund request blocked with false “MNP request exists” error though no MNP is active. Calling customer care since May 13 but only IVR, no executive support.

    @airtelindia 068027194371_wifi . Since 5days there is no service. After raising the request the chatbot has been issued a service request number assigned to the engineer but no one responded. Today without resolving the issues the engineer went away. Is it not cheating to consumers? Now no customer care is receiving the call. No service request is also registered at the App. It is very unfortunate

    Still no response or callback despite repeated follow-ups and public escalation. Tagging leadership for visibility as this issue involves unauthorized billing, contradictory explanations, and no proof of consent being provided. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @gopalvittal
