    Wonder what is this scam being run by @airtelindia alongside @ZEE5India . Despite paying for Unite8 Sports channel, the same is not being made available for viewing. Moreover, @airtelindia app is so ****** that you can't even raise a complaint against the same.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel agent took ₹1204 via wrong QR, asked to pay again ₹1500. Refund not received after 12+ days. Chatbot failing to raise request. No proper support. Need urgent help.

    @airtelindia Took ₹5000 for a 1-year roaming plan. SIM failed after 1 month. Roaming Department acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund or any practical replacement option outside India. 11 months of paid service lost. Supervisor Simple Shivani’s answer: “Not our problem.”

    @pradhnitin @airtelindia Service delivery is poor in Chennai too. They are not even show a proper mobile number or WhatsApp number to complain. Horrible.Payment gateway is very efficient 🤯🤑

    @airtelindia wifi is not working properly since Sunday in Noida and there is no resolution from your. you keep increasing the timeline to restore the services. There is no clear communication of what’s the issue. @airtel_wifi
