When approaching airtel dealers they are asking me to pay rs. 100 for new sim... Why should I pay that amount when your product has defect which should be replaced free for customers?

I tried removing channel, the IVR went for 5 mins telling me to press 1 and 2 etc and then when I gave option of removing channel, it said to connect with customer care, why dont you do it in first place @MIB_India

BANKING POINTS CANT HELP. SPENT 4.5K IN OLA FOR FIXING THIS BUT STILL SAME STATUS. JUST TAKE THE BALANCE AND FIX IT.
