  @airtelindia Extremely disappointing service today. I travelled ~30 mins to an Airtel store for a replacement SIM. After reaching, I was told their system/website isn't working. I've now been waiting for 2+ hours with no solution.

  @airtelindia The Wi-Fi service is getting disastrous with each passing day. 2 evenings on trot and Wi-Fi is down. Will you compensate for the downtime in the bill? With no proper laws available for the consumers , we just have to hop from one service provider to other.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You collected ₹500 for my IPTV installation, yet nothing has been installed. Every time I contact customer care, I receive no resolution. Either complete the installation immediately or refund my ₹500. This level of service is unacceptable.
