  Wow @airtelindia , I made a simple request to your service team. I wanted a technician to visit to understand the problem as remote diagnostics are not working. They said no indirectly. Now when I ask certain services to be taken off Airtel Black , they are not able to handle.

  worst service .Customer care is not responding to the compliant that registered through helpline for 7 days. Allotted technician never reached me. broad band does not work for a week. Do the need full. ur service disappoints @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @SarcasticRahul2 @airtelindia @SonyLIV I've already cancelled my subscription, i was a subscriber since they launched it, many of my friends have also cancelled it for same reason. Pretty sure others are also doing same. I urge you also to #cancel it

  @airtelindia your service is pathetic .inspite of complaint being made early in morning your engineer has not come to carry out necessary repairs for the whole day .if this is service you give priority customers no wonder customers are switching to other networks
