  When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

  @airtelindia I've been trying to remove a hotspot from family plan for 6+ months. No option in app. Customer care says use app. App chatbot won't connect to a human. Meanwhile I'm being charged ₹300/month. This is a loop with no exit. Already DM'd. @OshimaTathagat #airtel #issue

  @Airtel_Presence @rajpgupta What's this crap system @airtelindia ?? I have a 5G Unlimited recharge plan active but still my 2GB daily data got exhausted and now I'm not able to use data anymore. Until yesterday it was going well but today you're not letting me use 5G Unlimited data, why ?

  @airtelindia customer care service is being degraded day by day. After changing the postpaid plan nd getting confirmation the bill is still being generated for the same amount. Even after following up till now no response. Now for the refund amount I have to do multiple followups
