@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it has been more than 48 hours and the fiber installation team is yet to show up. The payment and documentation was done on 15th Sept. No help from the customer care team also. Why this delay when you have already taken the money from the customer?

.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WTH is wrong with you guys? Observing it since March 2020 that whenever there's a powercut of more than 2 hours the network goes for a toss. Either the guys at the main towers save fuel or there's another reason. Please get it sorted ASAP.

@airtelindia for a few days we are receiving a telecall offering a channel and very cleverly they ask for the OTP that they sent to activate the channel. Why? They should only give the information, if the customer will they will do the needful. Stop this, no other company do such
