In my previous recharge I am able to use unlimited 5g data yesterday my plan expired today I have recharged but whenever 5g signal is there iam unable to use 5g data it is consuming my data from the pack what I have to do @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Multiple sim cards got corrupted in last few months in my family. So, I don't get service, I have to visit Airtel store to get new sim and if that punishment isn't enough, Airtel store charges me 50Rs for each sim! New way of earning? 🤔

@airtelindia, broadband services are down for more than 27 hours now and there’s no real commitment from Airtel customer support team. Even the area manager has switched off his mobile phone so that no one questions him. Am from Maharashtra, Ulhasnagar. Please tell whom to reach.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I did a recharge for my Xtream Fiber internet connection for an year however it has not reflected in my billing section of Airtel Thanks app. I am not able to raise a complaint either. Could you please look into it?
