    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 6 days since I requested broadband shifting but no resolution yet. Every day I’m given false timelines (2 PM, 5 PM), but no one shows up. I have already paid and still facing disruption Resolve ASAP or I’ll escalate to TRAI & consumerforum.

    @Airtel_Presence No call or update even after filing PG Portal complaint. This is highly unprofessional. Issue still unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. If no action is taken today, I will escalate this further. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The problem has not yet been resolved. I am not able to buy medicines as I cannot receive or send any messages and calls to anyone. So many otps, work calls are ruined. Resolve asap.

    @deepdownanlyz @airtelindia It is true. Being a loyal prepaid customer for more than 16 years, I feel deceived. I got my whole family ported into Airtel. I have influenced a lot of people to select Airtel. Logically, Prepaid pay upfront. So they are the ones to get VIP lane "priority", right..
