    Airtel Xstream Fiber is giving very poor performance in my area. WiFi speed is extremely slow, frequent disconnections and unstable connection. Facing this issue continuously despite paying full charges. Kindly resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia #AirtelXstream #PoorService

    I'm using airtel black with Cust ID - 3062117152-001 and my D2H connection has been disconnected since 7 days and no proper progress from @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia this is the worst experience for Airtel Black customer who was promised priority services.

    @airtelindia despite multiple complaints raised over last few months, Nothing has been resolved.during my relocation my fibre Internet changed to box with speed cut of 200 MBPS to 100 without my consent.i am suffering daily due to poor connectivity and poor service response.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a downfall. Below standard service with frequent wifi cuts. Your customer service gives a generic answer which we already know and acts privileged/ uninterested, doesn't share any further info. What a waste!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been many days since I raised a complaint about network coverage issues in my area. I was assured it’s ‘under progress’ with regular updates, but there’s been no improvement and no updates at all. Really disappointed with the service.
