    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment
