@airtelindia logged the complaint for Airtel’s landline but there is no response from team. They closed the call without informing & I have given complete address to engineer that he is gonna visit by 7pm but today when I called they said address not updated . No 10040343501.

@airtelindia I have been facing this connection drop issue from August 2021 and it’s been 10 months since that. Always I’ve been told that this your service request number and technician will solve your problem. They’ve been visiting here since 10 months and still its not solved

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The way he spoke to me as if he called me to threaten me, I told him revalidate from your his system regarding the payment and asked him to town down. I told him you are talking as if like a road side rowdy not like a customer care representative, behave . He hung up on me.

@airtelindia took a new fiber connection.. very pathetic service. Applied for a static IP. The technical team doesn't know how to configure router.. Manager & technical team not answering calls. My number 99898 35005. Airtel refund my money.
