    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because of Airtel’s failure, I was even forced to exit Airtel Black and lost bundled benefits despite being a paying customer. This is wrongful service denial and harassment. Immediate senior intervention, restoration, and resolution required.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable! I have sent official emails, registered a complaint, DMed my details as requested by your team, AND called customer care to disconnect my Airtel Black (Wi-Fi & DTH) connection. ZERO response everywhere!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If this is not resolved immediately, I will be formally escalating this matter through CPGRAMS, TRAI grievance channels, and the Consumer Forum for wrongful service denial, repeated false assurances, operational negligence, and loss caused by forced Airtel Black exit.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using the airtel xstream from a while now , I own a gaming cafe and Relying on single Connection only but in every 2 month i face the same network issue, literally pissed with the service engineer isn’t aligned yet, Complain has been ppen from 3 days

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I knew you guys would do it. I requested cancellation of a number at the start of May. I get a call confirming that the number will be disconnected in a week. But guess what? The number is still active. Can you guys cancel it this time?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing an error with Airtel app for 1 week for DTH services. I am unable to change or add channels in DTH. There has been a server error for 1 week, and there has been no resolution from your customer support. I have also sent personal message.
