    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Team, I have recharged data pack on 8thjuly2021 with 251 two times ...data would be 100GB.. due to some reason airtel app is not working properly to check data balance. From last two days can be able to check data balance all of sudden, I can see data 4GB. Need help

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia On below location there's network quality issue...Lot of drop in Call. Sometime Network is also not available. Below is the lat. Long of location... please extend your support to address the issue. 28.5487397, 77.3017482
