@airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

@airtelindia Horrible Service by Airtel. My number got ported from Vodafone to Airtel, my bill is all paid but outgoing is barred.Custcare put me on hold for 20mins then told me some 90/- Rs is pending from previous operator then how it got ported and why I am paying Airtel bill.

@airtelindia @TRAI Airtel removed sms service from everyone without having unlimited internet packs. Disgusting things is that I have my balance in account but not able to send sms for banking. Don't know are they following TRAI rules or not?
