    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia : Hi Airtel, Recently I’m having a worst experience with xtream broadband, there are couple of complaints raised with Customer care and it’s all falling on deaf ears. I’ve been facing a very bad speed which is impacting the work. It’s been 10 days and ticket is open.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an issue with airtel and I have been speaking with customer care people but no help from the airtel side any solution they are giving in terms of those favour only but not in customer favour Atleast some policies must be in customer support

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complaint raised in the morning 10 AM and issue not resolved. However, they put it as resolved without resolving it and thier employees saying we don't have staff so it will take 3 days to resolve.@airtelindia Hire some people
