    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia- Hi, can anyone help me on my DTH issue, past 3 days it is not working and in last 2 days your customer care team is saying it will resolve in 4 hours. But till that no solution. I am very fed up with your service.

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your connection by mistake might be sending too much interference into the system. Happened with me. Issue is usually at terminal end. Get router fixed from Airtel. Is your internet spotty as well. Try to see if it can hold a steady connection. (P.S. I am not talking of speed)

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.

    Companies which have stonewalled customers by using #AI in customer service are rather doing a disservice to them. Grievances redressed in India by Customer Services are almost negligible because customer is never a priority. @airtelindia @makemytrip @IndiGo6E are prime examples.
