    Putting this out so that others do not make same mistake. Never ever, never ever opt for @airtelindia 's fiber connection. They said pay and get connection in 24 hrs, been 7 days almost. Pathetic service and customer care. The worst part is that no one is even responding to calls

    @airtelindia Could anyone please look into an issue with pathetic network. I am struggling with this idiot network which never works and look at the advertisements which they show anytime everywhere network. All bullshit!! Nobody picks up call to fix this issue.

    Worst experience with @airtelindia my mobile number suspended from last 12 hour still no action taken. And 121 customer care is worst IVR not working. Good to switch Indian service provider JIO.

    @airtelindia Airtel has barred my outgoing sms even when i am having balance in my main account. When i contacted to customer care they asked to recharge compulsorily with an unlimited pack, Why do i recharge with UL pack to just send an SMS. How can you do this? You'r Unfair!
