@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service! I had to share my personal bank statement for a refund due to me. Not a single person to assist! Service center at knodapur hyderabad is worst. No forums exist in this country for consumer's issue!

@airtelindia it is been more than 120hrs and still not resolved. A late fee is been charged from the customer if they fail to pay the bill on time and when the service is interrupted for more days and no proper explanation or solution is provided to the customer.

Android devices won’t even get 5g signals when you travel abrode while this is not the case with Apple, different countries have different signal conditions and testing is to be done! They’re testing it already and will soon even release an update

@airtelindia my broad band connection has been interrupted for the past 5 days and there is no response from the service team. Every-time a call is made to the customer care a default recording is played mentioning the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs.

@varunkrish @DigitallyBones @airtelindia Don't have flip4 but on my S22U, the Airtel 5G is working well without any special SW update. Only issue is, righ now finding an active Airtel 5G zone is like finding any small exhibition booth in the entire Mumbai City. Just couple of 5G active zones right now.
