    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I am facing a recurring issue. After exhausting my daily 2GB data, I recharged ₹33 for an additional 2GB, but I did not receive any data connectivity. This has happened multiple times, and even at 10:46 PM the issue persists while the validity is nearing expiry.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Req 10904105938 broadband shifting on 13Apr Airtel accepted, and I finished the internal wiring Since then Rescheduled twice, Now told no bandwidth of engineer,now showing resolved by 14Apr Accept a req then fail to deliver as my work disrupted

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have postpaid connection, with 3 family plan , Iam following up with the customer care as I have problem of call drop as well as internet drop very frequently every 10 - 16 min, No response from ur chatbot, I feel it is dummy, Poor, bill is full.
