    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 plan includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G and have a 5G signal. The issue started after recharge and remains unresolved. Please fix it urgently. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @airtelindia First they ask to pay high charges for aitel 5g then, they ask to purchase 5g postpaid for better internet and now they are asking to purchase corporate sim for more internet. What is the issue with these companies that they are charging like this. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have experienced network outage for 3 times in the last 1 month of installing the wifi connection. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?
