    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think you should look after your dth customer service. I have issue with Airtel setup box. I raised complaint to your customer care twice they arrange engineer visit to my home twice but none of your engineer call me and not made a visit.

    @airtelindia Its getting worse in customer service day by day. Once there was a time support was good. But now there is no help resolving the issue of the customer. And also no senior or supervisor are available to talk. All the executives are in a hurry to disconnect the call.

    @officiald2h i'm facing E18-4 error code Insufficient balance in some of the channels but bal is Rs. 137. But some channels are working fine, urs customer executive told me to visit an engineer but why par 200 this is not a hardware issue. @airtelindia otherwise i will switch
