  hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had logged a complaint for network issue at my residence (31-3782162027841) on 14th November and it was closed without any resolution. It got it re-opened again on 21st November and I see that it is closed yet again. What is going on!?!?

"REST ASSURED" Airtel would give you apologies, assurance, followed by excuses - "REST ASSURED" - everything other than the requested service will be provided. "REST ASSURED" "REST ASSURED" - 8 days since request raised, no action taken

  @airtelindia I don't know what service they provide to the customer after 12 days i am unable to get the billing name change on my account . Their customer support is so pathetic what to say they always ask for the that provide this even though i have provided the data.
