@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I lost my Sim yesterday on very same moment I went to airtel care store In ganganagar city . I got new Sim by 1 pm afternoon they said it will be activated within 4 hrs . Till time it's didn't got activated also when I called then they don't help .

Jio fiber is not something I would recommend. Replacing it with @airtelindia was my worst mistake. Every 20 minutes, the Internet and Jio TV go down. I haven't been able to use both since I've had this connection. @JioCare @reliancejio

No technician has visited the site to fix the issue its been six days, suddenly the issue got closed today saying resolved on speaking to customer care, they’ve raised another ticket, due to lack of resolution Iam bring to this platform , requesting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised the issue 10080168099 on 14th of September but till date no in has solved the issue, spoken to multiple on call supervisor and technical support team members and technicians, no one has resolved the issue
