    @airtelindia @HdmcHubliDwd Dear Airtel I am facing poor broadband in my locality. I was promised by you in the month of May that by July end Hosur Cross-II will get Airtel Fiber but now it’s the month of December and still our broadband hasn’t been changed to Fiber. #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have paid my Nov 2021 postpaid bill in December 2021. I do have receipt from PayTm. And the new December bill shows the exact amount as previous dues and asking me to pay again. A little help here? I can share screenshots in DM.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Kindly educate your store's as well as helpline's staff. Also, Before promoting your devices to purchase online let your staff know that that should also covers under warranty. Customers not got that for FREE. Treat in same way.

    And was asked to call 56565 within 2 hours of sms confirmation in case i didn't get the call. I tried but i am not able to make calls, because i am currently in Singapore. Request you to help me resolve this and get my esim. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
