    Wi-Fi issue unresolved since 13th Aug. Technician visited twice, but Wi-Fi stops working again within 10–20 mins after repair. New technician isn’t answering calls. Now I’m told it’ll be fixed on 15th Aug. Extremely disappointing service! @airtelindia @airtel

    @airtelindia Returned from USA this morning and my mobile stopped functioning to make calls or receive them Complain and I am told Airtel will take 2 weeks to resolve it. Is this the level of service?

    @reliancejio @airtelindia My jio no. is currently not working. Jio says the number has been ported to Airtel, but I never requested any porting. Please verify and confirm which telecom operator currently has my number active and provide the MNP/porting status. Details in DM

    @airtelindia I Paid ₹1,450 on 27 July for a new AirFiber connection. Installation was later deemed impossible by your technician. Customer care assured me twice that the amount would be reversed, but I’m still waiting. Please process my refund ASAP. UPI ID: 126951923647.

    I've complained about my wifi, called customer care like 15 times, heard them say they've escalated it, even contacted the area tech lead myself, and tweeted @airtelindia and DM'd @Airtel_Presence like they asked, but after 48 hours, my issue still isn't fixed. WOW. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI If you are unable to Solve the issue the Please Refund the Amount 3999/- of my Last Recharge for 1 Year with trust of Complaint Resolution. But you closing the complaint Without the Resolving the issue. Than i will Switch to others best Network Options.

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia @reliancejio If BSNL Provided good Calling Network, Let Alone 3G or 4G, we would've shifted to BSNL Eons back. This leeching off by Jio and Airtel with regular price hikes and no cheap alternatives is really a burden on the common man.
