    My broadband is down since morning. Airtel has very poor customer service. The last time this happened, it took 2-3 days for fixing the issue. I don't think that I would be able to continue my connection if this problem occurs so, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia solve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia : dear team, I have recharged 155 package into diffrent number, the number i wanted to recharge is +91 72042 73384 but i entred just one number wrong while recharging via ola money, wrong number recharged :7204278334,please help me here

    @airtelindia I recharged and the pack has 2 GB data, I had a previous balance of 1.5 GB data valid 7 days logically the previous pack should be used first but Airtel has a wonderful system when I spoke to the customer service I was told that the new pack would be used up first

    @Airtel_Presence Today is 14-Dec & still my AirtelBLACK bill not generated, evry time hv to call customer care & ready answer is tech issue & solved in 24 hours, it is ridiculous to know every month you have this issue! @airtelindia @airtelnews Can some1 solve it Permanently????

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, Airtel having a finance issue. please help them to overcome from finance crises. because, they taken Rs. 450/- from my account. Today i recharged net pack for the amount of Rs.199/- at the time of 2:46 pm but it was not updated till now.
