    The absolutely opaque way service providers like @airtelindia work is frustrating. You can only speak to customer care execs who are given no info and are hence unable to help. They are not allowed to connect us to anyone who might actually be doing the work for updates.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My sim has stopped working 4days ago. I am out of the country & unable to reach INDIA. Mr.Firdoz (CRO AIRTEL JAMMU) told, it's impossible to active/swap the sim. Plz help, it's a 9yrs old sim and has been linked with all imp. instutions and banks.

    @airtelindia you have rejected request for auto pay. And I have been charged for late fee. Reversal request also rejected Pls allow me to change the service provider, don't need your services anymore

    Hii @TRAI .I tried sending port message from my Airtel no. But they didn't respond.. @airtelindia continue failed my message. And disobey your order as you stated that you have to send port message even customer didn't Have balance or message balance...

    @airtelindia Being a postpaid member of Airtel I am trying to just activate a small feature of Voicemail on my Number from last 20 days and till date I am unable to activate it and when I am contacting airtel customer care I am not getting any helpful reply. Solve my issue ASAP.

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelbank I got FastTag from you which was not used. Post Covid 2nd wave, I was charged a fine over & above toll tax since my Airtel account was not active. It wasn’t used because I never crossed a Toll Gate. I sent email to cancel FastTag, close & refund 1/n
