  @airtelindia @airtelnews Since morning your team is fooling customer. Since 6 am no Airtel wifi service in the area. Initially it was told that max by 2:30 pm resolution will be provided, now its 3.12 pm wihout any solution. Very disheartening to see such a poor service.

  @Airtel_Presence @Airtel @airtelindia You have already closed the IPTV service, but there is still no confirmation regarding the AirFiber connection.Yet there has been no proper action or resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Please close my AirFiber connection immediately.

  @airtelindia How do I speak to a human? Your AI voice support/chat cannot seem to help resolve my issue. I just want to change a phone number which is postpaid/Airtel one to prepaid. I have been trying to get this done for 3-4 days; nothing helps.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve was loyal customer for nearly a decade, the ₹649 plan is no showing longer for me and available options are much more expensive. After years of being a regular customer, expected better value and loyalty benefits. I’m now seriously considering porting out.

  UPDATE: Still no resolution from @airtelindia. 3 days and counting.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel customer service at its worst. Sharing ticket number as well : 13918882575 If this will be resolved or not else let me know process to close my wifi connection 🙏🙏
