    Hi Airtel. It's been the worst experience with my internet for the past few days. My pack is valid. During evening time it is really frustrating to use the internet in pre-3g speeds. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My place is pinned with this tweet.

    @airtelindia Now when I asked them to cancel my connection of Airtel fibre, they are saying since your shifting request is live we cannot do. So I request to cancel my shifting request along with Airtel fibre connection. Pathetic service. During new connection they instal in 2hr.

    @Airtel_Presence I want my bill to be reduced as @airtelindia is not able to provide basic network connectivity, Internet Service, call drops, so I want my bill to be reduced every time @airtelindia fails to provide this service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complaint # 11031945731. Days gone yet no one is ready to provide any support. Pathetic and poor customer service. Fake promises and new timeline everytime

    @airtelindia is there an update on ticket number 656544464? This has been closed without resolution. My dth has not been working for last 15 days. Technician has not been able to resolve the issue. Dropped an email to authorities but no response.

    @Airtel_Presence I am facing major disruption of you network coverage, you guys are incompetent to provide service and very efficient on taking monthly charges, you guys don’t have shame, why you guys deduct amount from your bill to customer if issue with the network coverage and Internet which @airtelindia fails to provide.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For nearly 2 years I have been receiving repeated calls demanding return of a router that was already collected by Airtel. This reflects serious failure in record management and has become customer harassment. Resolve this permanently.

    @airtelindia is it ok that technician tells me I need to switch off modem in 24 hours cause 1gbps speed modem is getting heated by my 40mbps speed and causing. Upon confronting they confirmed that is not issue and ask backend to monitor 4 random speed drop. Please investigate
