  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The app is equally unhelpful. Every attempt to raise or track the concern seems to generate some new, unrelated request, while the original issue remains unresolved. There is no clear interface to even view the purchase or payment information, let alone track its status.

  @airtelindia scamming people i had bought a 1gb add on data pack at 10 38 am amd according to ur executive it is exhausted by 11??? With no usage at all? Why tun a service when all u want to do is scam people?? It a 1.5 gb pack took 12 hours to exhaust but 1gb just 20 min??
