    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint raised at 9:05 AM on 4 June (ID: 11031746379) for a Fiber connectivity issue. Engineer visit scheduled only on 6 June at 1 PM. A 2+ day delay for broadband restoration is unacceptable. Please expedite and resolve urgently.

    @airtelindia Service support is extremely bad by Airtel. From 31st my internet is down. The support team arent even able to diagnose the issue at all! My static ip is not working, internet is dead. Router was changed.. nothing helped! Customer care gives same repeated answers.

    @airtelindia what scam are you all running ? The post paid 5g just does not work. Even short format videos buffer and sessions are interrupted like anything. On the same phone if I switch to Jio prepaid. It works fine . Your post paid is more expensive and simply doesn't work.
