Called airtel customer care for DND activation on my number. They walked me through each and every step on how to activate it.And they called me back 2 times just to confirm if I have successfully activated the service.Switching my primary jio sim to airtel as well. @airtelindia

Worst Service by @airtelindia On 16-05-22, I raised request to shift broadband connection with ticket - 10039115490 in morning around 10.30 am. It's being 48 hrs, still not shifted. After calling the customer care, they only say wait for 2 hrs, issue is escalated but no solution
