Hi Airtel. It's been the worst experience with my internet for the past few days. My pack is valid. During evening time it is really frustrating to use the internet in pre-3g speeds. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My place is pinned with this tweet.

@Airtel_Presence please look into the matter. Also, I need to port and everytime the customer care agent creates a new issue. Pls arrange a call back and close the issue. The internet speed is worse than 2g and there is call drop everytime. @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have disconnected my internet line and now I want to pay the pending amount but there is no customer facility to talk. Is this real.Also want to activate line from next week but such a pathetic customer care. Let see if they call or eslewill go with other supplier
