Hi Airtel. It's been the worst experience with my internet for the past few days. My pack is valid. During evening time it is really frustrating to use the internet in pre-3g speeds. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My place is pinned with this tweet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Beware of Airtel, atleast Jio refunds the deposit, if can't provide service. Here, customer care - call disconnect knowing recording is on, technician doesn't bother and audacity of supervisor of charges applicable even if no service.

@airtelindia has best network nd srvice in it's marketing msgs only. Getting #CallDrop issue with every incoming and outgoing calls. And support on airtel app, raised a tickt with 10 dys resolution duration. Nd worst thing can't port 2 another ntwrk coz just rechrgd 4 3mnths 😔

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked gas cylinder through Airtel Thanks app on 04 Dec but the gas cylinder hasn't been delivered yet. Even the cash memo has not been generated yet. What a trash service by Airtel. Kindly refund me my money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have the full recording, wasted 2 hrs in total from engineer who installed to sales to customer for a simple answer of there is an outage. Cancellation taken inspite of asking only when full amount to be refunded. Both negligent.
