    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia Their platform for customer support is literally very bad i bang my head every time something is wrong with wifi or any such situation, that bot is a loop 1 Select the Problem ------2. We have noted your feedback ➿ Like who in this 21st century use these kinds of stupid bots.

    @airtelindia Why is it that your broadband speed literally is crawling and is a pain? So much so that even the speed test pages fail to load? And this has been occurring repeatedly. Online meetings as well. Video calls don't work properly. This is a repeat problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of joke it is ? the WiFi is not working since 4PM while it is working for all other residents in our society. Can't raise a complaint as well from ThanksApp and on 121 they are not raising incident 😑

    @airtelindia I went to the airtel store in Lucknow for porting my BSNL potpaid sim to AIRTEL prepaid. They say that it cannot be done in the store and i need to go to a camp nearby to do that. It did not make any sense that in scorthing heat u are sending customer to a camp.

    @airtelindia - Not sure what’s Airtel priority is as claimed there is outage since morning am unable to reach to talk to someone other than the annoying chatbot which records a SR and the SLA is targeted to June 24th for closure Can we exit out of Airtel on priority ?

    @airtelindia Raised closure request for my broadband over a week back. Nobody confirms the closure. Have emailed support as well, but nobody bothers to reply. Today the helpline PoC just would not process the closure, pushing me for other options. Let me know how to escalate.

    After thousands of messages @Airtel_Presence has still failed to help me out with my sim problem. Suddenly, out of nowhere my sim stopped working at 2pm and I tried every way to make it work. @Airtel_Presence helped me in no way. @airtelindia please look into this matter.
