    Hi Airtel. It's been the worst experience with my internet for the past few days. My pack is valid. During evening time it is really frustrating to use the internet in pre-3g speeds. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My place is pinned with this tweet.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @NCH_1915 I converted prepaid sim into postpaid with a combo plan Airtel black but store manager Sawai Madhopur (sohan,asif) sold the plan with a fake commitment yesterday I raised the concern for prepaid connection but still I didn't get a solution

    .@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia YOU ******* ******** You have reset the wifi router in my office without my permission using the backdoor that you guys have. Now my entire network is offline. I'm done with your **** company. Throwing your **** device and connection back at you. This is exactly what I had warned when I took this connection that I have no control over the router in my own office. Lesson learnt.

    @airtelindia Unlimited 5G not working in Pilkhuwa (Hapur, UP). Network always on NR_NSA (LTE anchor), not True 5G (SA), so no data works after daily limit. Earlier SA was available. Jio SIM on same phone connects to NR_SA here. Please check.

    @airtelindia We have airtel wifi 1GBPS plan . From last 15 days we are facing lots of issue but no one responding . Services are very very poor . No one bother about the services .After assigning engineer No , ones he pick up the phone than never pick up or reply .

    @airtelindia @airtelnews ticket no. 012031060658, issue pending since 04/03. Evertime team creates a new ticket. Can this be resolved. Also I had posed earlier for the same but no use.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence MY wifi relocation is still not done and i am being give false excuse like feasibility issues.There is already a airtel connection from previous owner which was active in my flat till nov 2025. The connection was for previous airtel owner.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal Shameful service by Airtel! My AirFiber connection is constantly disconnecting and your team has done NOTHING despite repeated complaints. Your customer care doesn’t respond, toll-free doesn’t work is this how you treat paying customers

    @airtelindia no signal at my place. Pincode is 500046. Was told to change sim. Did it one month back. Still same issue. Please help. Customer care is useless. Unable to talk to agent.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel WiFi (ID: 059519722379_wifi, Rampur) has not been working for 2 days. Technician asked to contact him directly but is now ignoring calls & giving excuses about tower issues. Unable to raise complaint via app. Very poor service. urgent
