Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can U tell me how can we talk to Airtel CustomerCare agents for our issues?Plz don't suggest IVR options to address issues. U also know all queries cant be addressed with IVR. Since 2 hrs trying to find suitable IVR option to talk. But no luck.

How rude is the company agent of @VodaIdea_NEWS One of the agent call me before my port request which is accepted in @airtelindia she Lied that she is agent from @airtelindia shr told me "Your sim portation is accepted in airtel and a massege is comes to you" which is cancelling>
