    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your DTH website, Thanks App, and customer care are so screwed up that one cannot change the package for the DTH connection. Customer care people keep bouncing us back to the Thanks App, which doesn't work well. Please make it user-friendly

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel failed to complete it and simply closed my request saying “no slot available.” I raised the request again, escalated the matter and contacted customer care — but instead of providing a solution, Airtel kept generating FULL MONTHLY BILLS for a service I was not receiving.

    My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down, and despite raising a complaint, no technician has visited yet. You charge customers for every single day of service, but when the service is unavailable, who’s accountable? Please resolve this immediately. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @

    I am absolutely FED UP with @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence. This is beyond poor service — this is a complete failure of customer support and billing accountability.l I requested a broadband shifting/relocation.
