  @airtelindia I use your network since 15years even your plans was Expensive there but the 5G even 4G speed here is very very poor 2MBPS at 5G after this higher Recharge plans you have to provide gud service you guys just increase the tariff not service

  @airtelindia Seriously, stop blaming my phone. 5G doesn’t work on 2 different devices, and others are facing the same issue. Yet Airtel keeps giving the same excuse. Why recharge long-term when your service doesn’t work? Shaawant No response to my emails either. Fix this.

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress What kind of service do you guys provide? My WiFi is down since last 24 hours and I'm not able to complain regarding this. I tried to contact helpline number no response, no response on airtel app and no response on twitter too... What do you expect from your customer?

  @airtelindia @airtelnews I activated an international roaming pack for my trip. Unfortunately, after just 3 days, the pack stopped working. I contacted Airtel customer support through the app, and for the next 3 days they kept asking me to try different troubleshooting steps.
