    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your services are so ******.. I called support 3 times.. They connected ground team, Ground team says we did not get any service req & the one I raised was marked closed. Support says by 9 pm issue will be fixed, Ground team says we work by 7:30 only

    @JioCare No matter how many times you try to call Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999, they always seem to be facing more issues than us. It's impossible to speak to a customer care specialist, which is incredibly frustrating. @airtelindia joining u guys.

    @airtelindia Never knew that airtel is been controlled by a technician & can reschedule the shifting at his own just 20 min prior to commitment without the concern of customer & had the audestity to say "apna mood nahi hai, doosra aayega" Whom to be blamed ? Who is responsible?

    Hey @airtelindia your service is a joke. Call drops every time I try to reach customer care. Promised 2 days for Fiber instln now day 4 & nothing. Install it by tmrw or I am lodging an official consumer complaint.Hpy to go back to Jio's 100 Mbps over your fake 1 Gbps promises.

    So today is the 5th day that ticket id: 11032264444 was raised and till now the issue has not been resolved. I want my money refunded for these 5 days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also, I will wait till day end today. If the issue is not fixed, I will ask all my friends and relatives to get their Airtel connections changed with some other service provider. Pathetic!!! 👎🏻
