    Hey @airtelindia Advertising your 5G service as "Unlimited 5G" and then throttling speeds after 300GB of usage is misleading. Unlimited should mean unlimited, not "unlimited until we decide you've used too much."

    I have been a user of @airtelindia for 12 years but sometimes I hate this network! I recharged my sim with this yearly plan and according to that I got unlimited 5G data with 2GB/day But today when my data was used up completely… the unlimited 5G data didn’t work and I had to recharge my sim again with extra data pack! This is completely unacceptable… if you can’t provide the facility then don’t write it in these plans. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.
