  I believe @airtelindia have total useless customer support services all over India...I think you might need to teach them that after listening to the complaint , some actions are to be taken not just bothering the customers thrice a day and listen to the same query each time.

  @airtelindia, please sort your network in Jakkur, Bangalore! The Airtel personnel who came to help me change to postpaid was struggling to get network on his phone. We can’t rely on wifi (not Airtel) all the time, need normal phone network to work! #airtel
