  @airtelindia I raised a Service Request for shifting of connection on 10 Aug vide Request No 13907170187. Despite multiple calls to customer care, there is NO response from your team. When will my issue be resolved & what about compensation for the delay ?

  @airtelindia I raised a network issue twice but your people close it w/o any resolution. Network is unstable on and off . Unreliable. You people want payment with in 3 days but you resolve issue also in those many days ???

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Successive govts have deliberately crushed this organisation in favour of private org's.This a behemoth actually. Broadband network had formidable customers long after mobile users have shifted loyalties.

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Bought a sim from their office thinking that their office is nearby so network would be better but NO ... NO network from day one ... Distance from their office and ours was just 200 meters, that too tower installed, but still NO networks.

  @airtelindia Very poor service. The service call for my Internet raised yesterday was delayed twice, rescheduled automatically and there is no response from the service engineer. 121 takes one in a loop and creates confusion but no resolution. Please help
