    As you try to call a number and recorded awareness message starts . this is repeated again and again without ringing and end it tells it is busy. Why can't you tell it is busy. Customer gets bored with this message and end of wait result is nill. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartinews Being an AIRTEL postapid user I am feeling disappointment to see airtel doesn't even feel necessary to answer my query/Problem. It's been 24 hrs crossed I try to add another family member to airtel postpaid but still pending.

    @Airtel_Presence No one reached out even after tweeting this. What kind of service is this @airtelindia @airtelcares 6 days no internet. Multiple calls and zero response and accountability, time to change the network. Pathetic customer service.

    I using SIM with Airtel a year, one day, block sim. I visited office, but repeatedly told activated "today," six month passed. Later, I was informed that the SIM transferred to BSNL TN; I called them, but not help. Lost 9499010101 9495070707 @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate
