    Hi @airtelindia team i m not getting internet I try to reach out to Airtel customer care but no response but every day I m facing same issue but in application it’s reflecting as still 279.1 GB data, infinity family plan I m currently using but there is no use please fix issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ...Broadband Internet is down for the whole of Talab Tillo (#Jammu Tawi) for the past 48 hours and no one cares. Pathetic service and customer care of Airtel network in Jammu. You need to really make some heads roll!!

    On reaching out to nearby @airtelindia store there was no customer care available; the guy who attended my call can't help find a solution and won't take my complaint rather said to reach out to bank. If your system ain't accurate why not provide revoke option for such bugs.
