  @airtelindia @airtelnews I upgraded to 100 Mbps hoping the issue would finally be fixed, but clearly nothing has changed. And the customer support experience is even worse. I’ve complained 10+ TIMES. Every time I’m told, “The engineer will visit tomorrow.”
