    @airtelindia in such a condition asking the account holder to be physically present in India to issue a new SIM is not acceptable. Request the concerned team to resolve this issue immediately and help my father to use his phone. Thank you

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    They say building is not on our map/servers and everyday a new engineer is assigned and they keep saying same thing- I just want my refund now cuz I’m done but wait here’s the best part - customer care no doesn’t exist and the chat bot is **** af @airtelindia
