What you're getting is an SMS every 3-4 hrs postponing the deadline 4 another 3-4 hrs with THOSE 4 WORDS - "WE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM". Few weeks ago, they took 5-6 days in fixing the prblm.

Now I see the complaint is closed. Please escalate and resolve asap.

There is a bill dispute which is under investigation from your end still you suspended my Airtel Black acct!! I have called atleast 20 times since April for same issue.
