SD (@sachdix) reported@airtelindia I am facing a brilliant trap. My request for Mesh WiFi security deposit isn’t visible to #customercare. But when I ask them to terminate the WiFi connection altogether, they say that there is an open ticket and can’t terminate. What stupid service!

I immediately raised a request with ID RRCRV5WST20260425201975 and it showed resolution by 29th April morning but there’s still no update.
