  @airtelindia dth reminder is hell. sms starts coming relentlessly 7 days before pack expiry. when the tv is on, the on-screen reminder doesn’t go away for more than a minute. automated calls come daily. if the number is blocked, an sms still arrives saying they tried to call about pack expiry. and whatsapp messages are another irritant. why the hell are you doing this? and when there are genuine concerns or complaints, you guys don’t respond. ai support is hell. throw your airtel thanks app in the bin, it’s disgusting. registered a request to relocate airtel fiber from ground floor to first floor. no response for 3 months. but when i requested a new connection, it was done in a day and the ground floor one was cancelled. what exactly are you guys trying to prove here? you must be smoking some hell of a stone.

  @airtelindia menus with no option to reach a human representative. We pay for your services and deserve timely customer support. If Airtel cannot provide even basic access to customer care, it raises serious concerns about your commitment to customers.

  @airtelindia fraudulently charges in postpaid bills is new heights of service derailing. Earlier it was just bad network now fraudulent IR charges on a bill for a period when the person is in country

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel is worst service provider in Ahmedabad. Despite my multiple regular calls/emails/tweets they haven't arranged a technician to solve a simple signal issue for a week. Now even not responding to my disconnection requests.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia I am facing this issue from very recently. You have to answer this. If you people are not ready to provide unlimited,then stop claiming it. If you keep on fooling people, you are going to face some serious legal issues.
