@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The customer care does not co-operate. Instead gives you a discount of ₹200 and ask you to pay ₹2600 whether you want to continue or disconnect. It is extremely disturbing and unfair. Never had such a bad experience with airtel. Feels cheated.

@airtelindia this is probably my final message for Airtel DTH service which is not working for past 7 days. Innumerable phone calls to 121 and vendor has yielded zilch support with no response, no commitment. Tk care Airtel 😕.. Well now have to find new service provider 🤔

@airtelindia. Reported SIM faulty issue yesterday,no resolutions even till now.Keep receiving DM saying "our team is working on it,we will get back to you at the earliest".I have no hope on Airtel with such simple matter of requesting Duplicate SIM is taking so long to resolve.

Your Bhubaneswar office telephone number 06746629000 not working. Registering on link sent turns out to be "Contact Us" and after multiple times of filling details no one responded. @airtelindia Unfortunately I have not seen a greater fraudster recommended by you.
