    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @Airtel_Presence I want to surrender your wifi number starting 011 , also close my airtel black and port to someone else service provider, Bcz We are not getting services from @airtelindia we pay approximately 25k an year for wifi and mobile but still so much trouble and no one cares..

    @airtelindia Airtel WiFi is not working at my home. And already since the network is very poor we were using only WiFi calling now without WiFi we are not able to use our mobile phones to even make calls We are stranded with no communication please rectify it asap

    @airtelindia Customer Number 02042898854 For full day, 15 July, wifi down. I mentioned you multiple times that I am waiting for waiver information for the compensation of the services not given for the amount I paid. Let me know if anywhere else I should escalate.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called customers care 121 multiple times but the options to speak to customer executive is not coming. Why so??Please look into it. Airtel Wi-Fi ID 012424240250_wifi is 11035782715. Please look into this complaint

    @airtelindia What’s the purpose of your Safe Custody service if you disconnect the connection without the customer’s consent? I followed the process, yet it was turned off anyway. This is a breach of trust and requires your immediate attention.
