@airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

Is it possible that any network tower should send signals to only 1 specific direction upon once request? Coz it's happening with newly installed tower nearby my home but I don't have any change in signal or internet speed which is too poor for WFH. @airtelindia #digitalIndia

@airtelindia Iam using platinum postpaid but the internet service and call network service you are providing literally annoying. Jio and BSNL is 100 times better. Attaching location as well. Don't claim you are best in market . #worstAirtel

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been using Airtel xstream fiber connection since early 2020, and this has been the worst experience till date. The wifi has been having connectivity issues for the past 12+ hours now, with no explanation or fixed timing for resolving the same.
