    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    I have 54 Rs in my account which is active.yet i couldn't sent a single sms from last week.customer care executive told me that Plan changed,i have to Recharge minimum 129rs to sent a sms. they removed sms cost deduction from current balance. This is outrageous.@airtelindia
