@airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

Yo @airtelindia it seems you’ve trained your employees for all kinds of answers but zero service. You don’t accept documents from DigiLocker for EXISTING CUSTOMERS. You won’t accept a print out, you need an original physical copy. Customer service, -7 out of 10.

@airtelindia I bought an Airtel Xtreme connection by recharging 4000rs for fiber and OTT as well as DTH services on 4th April since then your service is not working I requested to discontinue the same and seek refund. Your customer care is not helping.
