    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my son shifted his house and requested Airtel to cancel the net connection. For last 5 months he’s breaking his head with customer care and local office. Is it so difficult to cancel a subscription ?. Frustrating 😡

    And for God's sake before claiming you provide fastest 4G internet, first try to provide healthy customer support. Because you don't even provide 2G internet properly, If I can't even use your MyAirtel app then what's the use of your "4G network" @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
