    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    @ibharatsharma @BDUTT @airtelindia Hahaha , called multiple times to Airtel about Mobile network issues . Tickets are auto closed. . Hardly able to use Airtel network when outside but paying for it . Zero accountability and useless to call 121. Given up , shall port out soon.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia Airtel Service has remain worst always . Facing many such traumas I have switched over to Vodafone 7 years back. And never faced any trouble thereafter. Even economic crisis in Vodafone never effecting their service.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia I am using Airtel since 2002, 4 connections for the family and haven't had any problems, so wondering what's the fuss about, even assuming there's some issue for a particular case. Looks more like a case of celebrity bullying.
