  @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews The refund was delayed by Airtel Customer Service for the last 5 months from May 15, 2022. I never used the recharge as my sim card was faulty and so I requested refund of Rs 1598 starting from May 15, 2022.
