    @airtelnews Why is @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence not responding to customer DMs? How am I being charged for a late fee when you sent a bill that is due on the 20th on May 11 which is still valid. Airtel sends the bill with a late fee? This is robbery. I already paid airtel 18000 rupees.

    What a horrible service- adding to the family plan one click on Airtel thanks,but for removing 22 mins call to customer care,100 of verification and conclusion is pay for bill which is not generated, how do customers know outstanding-visit airtel store @airtelindia @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia Worst app and worst customer service. I didn’t expect this from Airtel. Yesterday, I raised a ticket for WiFi shifting, but even by the next day, I didn’t receive any call from the local service provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service, raised a complaint of wifi not working, engineer was assigned for 25th may 2:30 i called him and told him the problem is with the router itself, throughout the day he kept telling me sir 10-15 min main aya but he never came (1/2)

    @airtelindia Accidentally recharged wrong Airtel number via GPay for ₹3599. Tried the WRR SMS tool but recieved 'Service has been blocked'. Both numbers are airtel. Need immediate support transfer this to the correct number.

    @Airtel_Presence What kind of cooperation do you expect from my side? I waited for 2 days without escalating the matter. Now the 3rd day is also passing, and the issue still persists with no support from @airtelindia.

    All users are highly frustrated. Please upgrade/convert our location network to 5G as soon as possible so we can get proper connectivity and remain with Airtel.If this isn't resolved quickly, we will be forced to port our numbers to another network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.
