  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia something is seriously wrong with you guys. When the payment is supposed to be done, you guys start notifying one week back itself. Show the same interest when you are providing service. Day by day you guys are getting worst in the name of update

  @airtelindia why have you stopped sending QR codes for esim activation??? Why I have to get to the mess of finding a phone with esim rather than using a Esim Adaptor for cheap???? Whyyy My sim card for stuck in the process of activation in my iPhone and now no one can help!!

  Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. My Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. The Mapusa Airtel store has been no help either. Zero accountability, zero customer care. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  What is the point of activating Full DND on @airtelindia if your network is still letting telemarketers bypass it? I thought your new AI tech was supposed to stop this. This is a direct violation of @TRAI guidelines. Please check my line and fix this. @Airtel_Presence

  I have paid for now as don’t want to have my family harassed for the non services which @airtelindia is providing. You have 11 days to have the issue sorted before another bill gets generated and become due. Kindly ensure it gets sorted and I pay it on time as always.
