    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was given today's resolution date for my broadband connection issue before 8:30 am. Now the IVR says it's 23.6.22 at 11 am. What's going on?? I don't get an option to speak to customer support executive. Need an immediate callback. #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm disappointed with your service. It has been a week I have been facing the problem with your network and I have raised the tickets and shared my concern with you in DM. Still the problem exists. I think using other network would be better.

    @UtkarshSingh_ @airtelindia Airtelindia should immediately return the lost data and if any issues arise it should be between the service provider and the party responsible for the internet shutdown.

    Made a txn on 17 june which is still in pending as per @Airtel_Presence android app. Neither it is getting processed nor getting reversed. wecares mail executive are pakka idiots, closed my SR without resolution. Please avoid @airtelindia app for any transaction. @UfterYou

    Hey @airtelindia I know u have to remind me to recharge my DTH. But 4 messages in 2 hours time-frame is irritating 😠 I have my number on DND still I receive promotional calls If this persists I’d be forced to switch. I’m a loyal customer lemme stay the same
