    Now even if I don’t use the service, I’m still expected to pay ₹600. I can’t even properly close the connection — only “pause” it for ₹200/month. This feels less like customer service and more like forced money extraction. Extremely frustrating. @airtelindia @airtel

    @AlteredDeal @airtelindia We called your customer care number and your IVF system responds to everything execpt that Complaint promp. I believe it's all staged and your so called 24/7 Ai chatbot? It's just pathetic. Tried to fill a compliment via the app everything leads to not helpful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia (3/n) to cancel my disconnection request so that I can avail 100/- off on the next 12 months. I have always responded to those messages by reaffirming that I very much intend to do the disconnection. What will it take for you to understand a simple disconnection message?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 5 days & still counting I am without the wifi service. Started with outage in the area for 3 days. Then may be the outage fixed but connection never restored for me. After raising a complaint today again outage in area. You can't provide service.

    @airtelindia I have been making call daily since 15 May, 2026. My package has airtel black service which has not been installed so far. I am attaching request SS. Due to this they are not registering complaint for internet speed issue. No responsibility from anyone.
