  @airtelindia, Same situation with me. Chasing engineers for wifi connection since yesterday, Advance payment, kyc all documentation done. Now they stopped answering calls. But before payment used to receive good morning calls. Is this how you treat customers?

  There is no network coming for @airtelindia and when you complain they would ask to connect to mobile data to diagnose which you will obviously fail to do and they will tell you we can't do anything as you cannot connect to mobile data. Worst network. #worst #airtel

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Vivek +917411649738 from this number he said he is calling from Airtel in threating tone that in your area issue was there not only you over 1765 customer had issue why complaining. Is this the way airtel deals with customer issues?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your sales team is much better than your support team , just visit airtel thanks app, open wifi/iptv and exit , they would call you instantly asking if i want to buy wifi service which I dont because i already have one. On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
