  @Airtel_Presence I was trying to UPGRADE my broadband plan using your app and customer care since a week, no response. And today when I asked them the status again, they offered DISCONNECTION if I wanted. And of course I took it. So stupid @airtelindia

  @TataSky gave me more than 3 reminder calls for broadband recharge, when I did, there was a technical issue in the app. 2 minute hold to pull up my data on call, I recommend you to try @airtelindia or @reliancejio in your office.
