  @airtelindia @PMOIndia Airtel has worst network. Every alternate day they are shutting operations on some excuses but billing they are very particular. There’s is no accountability in India because of crony capitalism

  @airtelindia @AirtelPostpaid Despite being an Airtel Priority Postpaid customer, my network complaints are repeatedly marked “resolved” without any actual improvement. After giving negative feedback, the complaint gets reopened, but the problem remains the same.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing connectivity issues for last 10 days. Today also there is no connectivity and engineer visit has been scheduled for evening. Most pathetic Internet service I've ever had. @JioCare are you available in H Block, Sector 84 Faridabad?

  @airtelindia My broadband issue is still unresolved despite escalating through email & Twitter. Internet consistently goes down between 3 AM–7 AM. No technician has visited my house. Some agents say it is a network issue, but nobody is checking the actual connection.

  Hi twitter experts, are there any ways of going to consumer court online and complain about @airtelindia for mental harrassment?? I have filed a simple request for closing my connection permanently and when talking to their customer care executives I have to explain all the things again and again. I have done this atleast 30 times. I am fed up of this. Please help... Never ever gonna back to airtel, **** company.

  @airtelindia @abdullahadanish @airtelindia has the worst customer service team, even you write a concern to ceo you will not get any resolution. I also paid for a installation & nothing happened.. They will soon close their business in India

  @airtelindia I’m unable to find my most recent prepaid recharge receipt in PDF format on either the Thanks app or the website. I’ve tried contacting customer care but received no assistance, which has been very frustrating and makes the support experience feel unfriendly.
