  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is INTERNET OUTAGE in Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore - 560086 area since y'day evening. Every time I call the customer care for a complaint, a new ETA for it's restoration is given. However, internet is not up yet. Pls help look into it n resolve.

  Trust @airtelindia to ruin your day every single day! Ported my circle from WB to Delhi because I was facing massive network related issues on WB circle after moving to Gurgaon. Sim swap happened last night and now am unable to make outbound calls. Airtel is the single biggest theft disguised as a telecom operator , in this country. And its getting worse from here!! @Airtel_Presence

  “@airtelindia 5G is still not available in our village lalatikar(Moradabad), yet we are paying for 5G plans. Complaints are repeatedly closed without resolution. Please start 5G services urgently, or the issue will be escalated to Department of Telecommunications.@TRAI

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.
