Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

@airtelindia Why broadband speed only runs around 60 Mbps when plan is up to 200 Mbps. It is better to plan at 799/499 same speed actual. Customer is being siphoned off by speed numbers.Kindly be proud of giving better data speeds then let go of customers. Rgds, 012944285832_dsl
