  Airtel Thanks App is a total waste @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia,been trying to reach the customer care, to change my postpaid to prepaid service, I couldn't register a complaint anywhere. I couldn't get the location of airtel stores too, all I keep listening to is recordings.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm disappointed by the customer support provided for a 12 month connection where I have paid in advance! Internet has been down for 24 hours! 121 number does not work, the Airtel Thanks app says everything is fine. Horrendous service!
