    Worst Experience with #AirTel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Prepaid for a Broadband Connection about 8 days ago and still the installation is not done. Staff saying varieties of excuses every day. My friend got #JioFiber activated within 30 minutes.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just received a message from Airtel saying that the service request I raised on the 9th will be resolved by the evening of the 17th in Delhi city. It’s hard to imagine what customers in other parts of the country must be going through.

    Frustrated with @airtelindia! Ported my number from Jio to Airtel expecting better service, but the internet speed is TERRIBLE. 5G barely stays connected and the speed is pathetic even when 5G is showing. I’m in important training and this is seriously affecting me. Fix this ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When I requested for port, I was worried about Unlimited 5G network issue and I got a message from Airtel that you are going to lose 5G data, only when 5G is operational then the consumer will be able to avail the benefit of unlimited data.

    @airtelindia I terminated my Broadband connection with you in July 2026, due to "UNSATISFACTORY Service despite multiple complaints". Shortly the router was collected from my place as well. A pro-rated bill of INR 188.56 was generated, & the same was duly paid on the due date

    @airtelindia Despite this, I have received multiple calls asking for the reason again and repeatedly asking me to confirm my Wi-Fi account details. This unnecessarily wastes the customer's time.
