Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my broadband connection is not working since 24th evening. Its been two days since complaint, the problem hasn't been solved yet. Moreover the technician is rejecting calls. Chose airtel for its good user experience and services but disappointed.

It's too horrible . My sim card was blocked for the 7th time and i bought the replacement sim for the 7th Time . In this month itself i charged 3 times. It made me to feel like a hell on @airtelindia . The feedback for the blockage of the sim was also not acceptable .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booking number- 06124197987, apply for new broadband connection after waiting 96 hrs connection not installed. Is this kind of joke from airtel to with their customers. Continuous connecting with customer care but nothing will happen.
