@Airtel_Presence On one hand, @airtelindia will call you a 'Gold' customer, at the same time they'll pass your phone number to third party collection goons for a payment that wasn't due in the first place, with no recourse mechanism in place. Ever heard of customer relations?

@Airtel_Presence Sometime I feel like @Airtel_Presence has put some bots to post sweet words in public. They dont care about the issue or do anything about it. They just post sweet comments and thinks that the issue will be solved by words. Why dont you open a sweet shop instead? @airtelindia

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have not able to view any channel B001 problem. I raised the complaint, but company send worst person to my home, I have not any knowledge, right now he not closed the complaint to, since last 2 days.
