@connectgurmeet Very correct, I have raised 4 complaints to @airtelindia for call drop and connectivity since last 6 months @trai but Airtel has not resolved the issue because no tower. I am sure after this tweet , Airtel will say their usual parroted line " sorry for bad user exp, pls DM us"

@airtelindia @DoT_India They think people are As***** and will continue to pay bills even after facing network issues. When people complain to resolve the issue and waive off the bill they just suspend the number so that person will be forced to pay the bill without resolution. This is pathetic Airtel.
