    Now no one is even responding to the call. Worst service from Airtel Black. @airtelindia Provided the wrong info at all the steps. Customer care is also not responding.

    @Airtel_Presence Nobody responds for days if broadband is down. Esc to Nodal Auth doesnt help. Frustrated & disconnected in abt a week. 6 months adv rental still not returned after 2 months of disconnection & followup. @airtelindia #Hyderabad service is terrible.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been your customer from more than 1 year. And I reside in metropolitan city. To be frank, 4G Internet is worst here. And plus even voice connectivity is very bad. Some areas I cant hear voice. Sometimes I get E internet.
