    @airtelindia requested for wifi connection shifting but no One showed up till now! Pathetic service. Just minting money by giving new connections. I need to relocate urgently as i need for my work but you guys are next level incompetent. No calls till now!

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.

    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 20 & WiFi user for 12+ yrs ,yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution.This is unacceptable for a premium service.
