@airtelindia for months we cud not pay your bills thro many banks internet banking. My bank is Central Bank of India. I am paying thro central bank for BSNL Jio and many more why airtel says "it is down" all the time. I am seriously considering PORTING.

@airtelindia Hi, yesterday evening I came from muscat since then my airtel sim connecting to edge only. Even my network mode is in Lte/3g/2g and also I receive a notification "lost data connectivity because you left your home network with data roaming turned off"

What an absolute fraud company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is! I transferred from Prepaid to Postpaid. I now pay double for the same pathetic service. I can't go back to prepaid for 90 days as per government's guideline. MY QUESTION IS, WHY WASN'T THIS PUT AS A DISCLAIMER?!

@JioCare Jai, That was the whole purpose of raising a service request, Even though the plan is active, that particular app is still showing up without any subscription. Not sure how hard it is for you guys to understand, never faced this kind of iss with my @airtelindia subscription.

Upon signing up for Postpaid, no where upfront there was any mention of the 90 day lock up. Otherwise I would've never opted. Companies like Airtel hide these terms and conditions on their app and expect the customer to somehow find it. #Fraud #FraudAlert @airtelindia
