@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We took a broadband+dth connection in the month of June'21 and were misguided by Sales Person & Manager. After raising the complaint to them, they simply said you can withdraw connection if not happy without admitting their mistake.

Instead of clsoing SERVICE REQUEST now @airtelindia just deleting from the system data. No msg , no mail, no call and your SR is Vanished . This is the Magic @Airtel_Presence is having in the name of #airrelblack .

@airtelindia please improve your network coverage since last 1 month I am facing these issues call drops, zero network coverage, slow internet sometimes no internet and these issues are in urban areas forget rural. Contacted customer care but no help. Porting is last option then.
