  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please hire educated persons for 198 complaint care. They don't know basic things about call forwarding. Why call forwarding is a big deal and one have to dial mmi*# code things to activate? Can't it be done in the mobile application? @geekyranjit

  @airtelnews @airtelindia Manager didn't even gave us the guarantee whether the wifi will be back or not. I was really angry about how the serviced of @airtelindia really is. I was also not even got connected with ground team to know about the issue.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India My 80+ year-old mother has had ZERO network on her Airtel number since Oct 2025. No calls. No SMS. Months of complaints and escalations, yet no resolution, while Airtel continues to bill her. This is an unacceptable level of service.

  @vanditm7 @airtelindia @Airtel Non one of the #airtel thread is positive, full of complaints to deaf ears. I just paid for a new connection, seems like they never received the payment. So the money got deducted and *it's gone*
