    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There’s been a network issue inside my home for the past 2 months. Signal is strong only near the window. I raised a complaint earlier, but it was marked resolved even though the issue persists. I never had this problem before. Pls fix this issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my complaint id 657833189..I choose 9am-10a.m time for 28.07.26. Given engineer Sourav Mondal told me that he will not be able to visit my residence before 2.30p.m.Why?..didn't you people check before confirmation?need solution

    Hello @TRAI @airtelindia is not taking any action. My Netflix linked with wrong account and he is enjoying the service and I'm paying bill since 6months and after repetitive complaints till now they've not fixed. I've escalated to higher level yet nothing has happened #Airtel

    @airtelindia I recharged my number on 19 July, and it's still not reflecting. Complaint CONRH3CHD20260723633468 was raised the same day, yet you closed the ticket without resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia You have the worst customer service. My Wi-Fi has been down since July 21, and it's still not fixed. The assigned engineer doesn't even know about the case, while your support team keeps saying one has already been assigned.

    @airtelindia Why every 15 to 20 days there is one time outage of the internet? I am really tired of this bad service... And your engineer is super busy, has an appointment tomorrow at 1:00 pm, so you need to stop working by that time right?

    @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?

    @airtelindia, does it take a social media post to get a connection (Airtel One No. 10101028938186) working, only to ensure outage a few hours later? You masquerade as a service provider but I am forced to wonder if cheating your customers is your real intent.
