    @airtelindia Hi Team, My mother is having Airtel number and she is facing network issue from last 2-3 months. We tried to reach local Airtel Office and they suggested to get the sim replaced but still she is experiencing the same issue. Can you please have a look asap.

    @airtelindia why don't you have a self-check tool like @reliancejio? I checked several times with your salesperson before paying 4000Rs upfront. Now due to the feasibility issue, they canceled my request, and I am chasing them for 10 working days for the refund! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being over billed by airtel broadband for months allegedly for deactivated static IP . Fault accepted by airtel, but no resolution in sight despite several complaints and follow up to nodal and appellate authorities. Pathetic customer service
