    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @airtelindia apke customer care executive itne bekar hai ki ham kya bole. Maine network ke complaint k liye call Kiya to unhone sim postpaid kar diya jb sim ko prepaid ke liye bola to sim ko de activate kr diya. Same on @airtelindia

    @airtelindia There is NO option to: • Connect with a real customer care executive • Register a complaint on call • Register a complaint on the Airtel app This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn You should know the what is commitment for your customers! Your team is telling me lie since 5 days that my WiFi will work but still we are not getting internet. My location is Ahmedabad. One of the worst WiFi service I have ever experienced.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not have qualified support pesonnel. On matters of speed they just misguide and try fooling people and then demand OTP for closing the call. They insist either to share OTP or pay Rs.400 because they will lose incentive. Sickening

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is really frustrating you are not replying and telling what's actually wrong with my Wi-Fi it has been almost 4 to 5hrs my internet stopped working and still no response from @airtelindia Being an Airtel Black customer I'm getting this support

    @airtelindia Just keep counting the number of days of ur non responsive attitude. Now it's the 3rd day and still no resolution. I m not sure what exactly do u guys want . 72 hrs no internet n no support.

    @airtelindia your service is pathetic .inspite of complaint being made early in morning your engineer has not come to carry out necessary repairs for the whole day .if this is service you give priority customers no wonder customers are switching to other networks
