    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @airtelindia 1/2 I am unable to receive network on my Airtel number on international roaming active pack. When I email to customer service they say your email id is not registered wherein I have registered the same using Airtel thanks app.

    @airtelindia Please improve your network services.There is very poor 4G network signal in my location since 2 yrs.Very poor unexpected service by airtel Location:Vill-Muradanga,Vidyasagar University,721102,West Bengal,india.People loosing trust on #Airtel #AirtelDown.

    @airtelindia i am completely disappointed at this moment my number all of sudden has lost network it has been working absolutely fine. I also called customer care and raised a ticket and was advised that i will be contacted via WhatsApp within 24 hours now its more than 48 hours

    @airtelindia frustrating me with your service. I (01724002866)requested too much time for converting my broadband from copper to Fiber but @airtelindia ignored my request multiple times and asked that fiber not feasible at your location

    @airtelindia 2/2 The customer service is asking me to call on 121 to register my email. Isn’t the basic concept of calling on 121 requires a working network not understandable?
