    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Thanks Ms Saumya for the call. You accepted that the Customer Service might have made a mistake to inform me the charges, upon verification of call recording. But even so, I will have to pay the higher bill, Company's mistake doesn't mean a waiver.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic response from your DTH team. I raised an issue on March 2nd, send 5 follow up mails. Not a single person cared to reply.. funny thing is your appellate authority and nodal officer is copied! No reply for 10 days
