@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

I recently ported my number from jio to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and tried to contact your customer care. Failing. Would you let me know how we can talk to human executives not AI chat box pls? It's pathetic service.
