    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this issue was pointed out on 17/09/20, still it isn’t resolved, even after a duration of 2 months. This proves that you don’t care about how the user experience is in rural areas (Probably thinking, we are just a drop in the ocean).

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no airtel networks in narnaul, Haryana. It only shows (no service or emergency calls only). Please restore your networks.

    @airtelindia is the worst network I have ever experienced 😡😡😡. I paid Rs199 and I'm not being able to enjoy it. I also send Feedback to the help and services But nothing is fixed. I’m tweeting this after a lot of pasting myself. #DontUseAirtel #sobad

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I followed up to customer care, Appellate, social media - all possible options till date & now I gave timeline to appellate team to resolve this issue in 48hrs, otherwise will select alternate option. Informing u to STOP taking gunda approach
