@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

With #internetdown trending just wanted to share, my Airtel broadband is down I complained & the people there are not ready to listen to me, I am waiting and guess what? 4 days and @airtelindia yet to clear the issue 1 day @reliancejio already have setup a tv and boradband.

@Airtel_Presence Hi Tasvir, I have described the problem in DM. And beside this today is last day of my number services were reactivated after barring as bill payment is over due now as they are not able resolve the problem and partial payment can't be done. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Recently installed airtel Xstream(100 mbs plan) had our home, but facing a lot of connection issue and fluctuations, tried to call the sales person/ installation guy but noone is taking the responsibility once we paid the money @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence

I am surprised at the abhorrent quality of service of @airtelindia fiber. Every 15 days you have an outage which lasts anywhere from 2-6 hours. On top of this you don’t give proper resolution time @VittalGopal @airtelcomplaint Take my disconnection request!
