@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

@airtelindia I am in US and my number 7760010222 is not working since last 2-3 weeks. I wrote 4-5 emails with escalation but didn’t get a single reply. Looks like airtel has lost it’s customer obsession. My activities are blocked can you please act promptly?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews. The employees blame the customer for their lack of knowledge and then charge falsely to the customers. They charged me 6000 rs and now accusing me of the same. When asked for the audio recording for same then they deny. Cheap tactics !
