    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I rchrgd for 578 rupees on 18/5/20 for number 9597343454 but the txn is failed but the amount debited from my account .but when checked with Gpay , they confirmed this issue to be checked with airtel as the amount is been payed to airtel successful

    @airtelindia @TRAI Do airtel have some problems in giving unlimited 5g internet.I have unlimited plan but still I can't use it since I recharged.Even costumer service is not working. 121 is useless .They don't even bother .

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . First your staff came and took money for wifi installation without checking location .After two days installation staff called and told it is not possible to install wifi at my location. Can you please cancel my booking and refund my money .

    @airtelindia They shifted me to Airtel fibre promising that they’ll put me back on my old network in a month. Today after 30hrs and literally chasing customer care, they sent an Engineer who declared that the data has been consumed. I was not told about this cap while shifting.

    If I recharged with 399 with. Unlimited data and not get network .. complaint to 198 after @airtelindia says your issue solved after 10 days 14days go that's why @reliancejio growths

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Order ID Z0WTKK8YVS. Your engineers keep rescheduling my WiFi installation and do not lift the calls when phoned. I have been using airtel for more than 5 years. First range issues with your network and now this. Why should I continue with airtel?

    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia since 2 days, Airtel Wi-Fi connection services are down in Noida sector 41. Despite repeated complaints no one has even called from Airtel. How can a telecom company be allowed in India to take customer services so lightly they have no accountability left

    @airtelindia, Day 7 of contacting customer support. Approximately the 15th call. Still no fix. One of the worst broadband providers I’ve experienced—poor connectivity, no accountability, and endless follow-ups with no resolution. The Wi-Fi is absolute crap. Enough is enough
