@airtelindia My number is 91 20 4908 which is Airtel's number and the net is not running on this number. There is also a problem in calling. Net is running from the back, neither is holding the army nor is holding the 3G. I had also complimented on Twitter and 198.

@Airtel_Presence Request No :128910018 is not done since 4 days. Broadband customer care/managers are not looking into this. Kindly do the needful, this is worst customer experience from @airtelindia. Consider it as a escalation /complaint and expedite it.

@airtelindia When can I expect my Airtel One service to work properly? Half the time your broadband is down. Don't you think the broadband is useful for office work? We don't have that leisure to keep an useless broadband at home if it's not working. Can you pleae do something?

@nitish24p @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is so bad! I got it installed for a fibre connection from the website, engineer came in and installed everything. Connection started and that's when I suspected why is just stuck at 40 Mbps when I am paying for 100 Mbps?
