    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request No.- 10962393228 to shift Wi-Fi is pending for more than a week. Have called customer care thousand times no help. Technician is not showing up. Cancel my connection or send someone to setup.

    @aftab_aarzoo @airtelindia Same here , I have unlimited pack , but they always deduct 4G data .. Even after promising 5G unlimited, no support form Airtel. Better to switch to other operator

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have registered multiple complaints regarding persistent network issues, but my concerns remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Since there is no improvement or action taken by your team, I am now forced to port out my service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You spam us 50 times a day with notifications, calls, emails, messages & WhatsApp for bill payments, but my internet has been DOWN for over 18 hours, and nobody gives a damn! Called 121 and guess what? IVR options don’t even work. Press 2 for Wi-Fi query? Ignored completely. What pathetic, zero-accountability service is this? Fix your broken IVR FIRST. Then fix the Wi-Fi and tell me exactly when it’ll be back. #airtelfail
