There's been no follow up, no resolution, no technician who came to check it out. Everytime I call customer care they say it'll be resolved in a day and absolutely nothing is done.

Gujju_singhThakur (@Gs_Bishtldos) reportedCurrently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

Miranda (@themisschaotic) reported@airtelindia took out the ₹299 plan? Why, Airtel, why? Not everyone can keep up with these ever-increasing recharge prices. At this point, it’s honestly time to consider changing my network provider. Sorry Airtel, but you’re about to lose a loyal customer.

Aidy🇮🇳 (@ItsAdityakr) reported@airtelindia it’s been four months now, but my concern with respect to Airtel is not resolved. Could you please assign someone on priority who can help me with the uninstall ation of Airtel internet from my home or should I throw the box on the road?

Gaurav Kumar (@gauravkumarw44) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment
