    @airtelindia for last 5 days i have been facing issue with my wifi. Thr has been no internet for last 5 days and despite complaining everyday, no resolution has been provided! Airtel black id 10101015928536! Refund my monthly tarrif!

    Over 24 hours without @airtelindia Wi-Fi, and customer support keeps pushing restoration to 5 PM with no proper response or accountability. This is unacceptable. I'm switching to @JioCare . Please collect your Airtel Wi-Fi router. Customers deserve better service. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia It is really disgusting that a simple shifting of a wifi connection in Jammu has taken more than 7 days. Yet still no sign of engineer. 15 calls to your customer service has yielded no result. Maybe that's why your competitors are doing better.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My airtel wifi is not working since last evening 30th July around 7pm till now 31july2026 5:40pm and there is no fixed ETA provided. It keep on increasing and due to this my official tasks are getting halted. Fix it on priority ASAP.
