  Paid for a new One Airtel connection on June 3rd, but zero progress since. Order ID: E5PVGJDYNA. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either get an agent assigned to complete this setup today, or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. This delay is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia What is this behaviour? I purchased 979 plan with unlimited 5G data but you are giving only 2gb data per day, after completion of it even I can't open a website. After calling Customer Care, some AI robot is talking and doesn't give proper reply & all? Loof into it

  @airtelindia pathetic service. Raised 3 requests raised, no response. Finally Had to visit store for eSim to physical SIM migration, She changed it different number than the number given to her. It is utter chaos. Again i was told to visit store spending time & money #India
