@airtelindia Technician called yesterday to come and change the router today. He reached at 10:20 am today and changed the router. But the internet is NOT working. This is just very poor service and very bad coordination within teams.

@airtelindia I must say you have got a great support team where I call your xstream broadband customer care and tell them the problem on my router and they close my service request by saying there was a fibre cut and your problem is resolved... Wow! Isn't it beautiful?

Ur new tariff plan rates are too much high..ppl will switch to the other network..If u do this..so dont increase the plan rates.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #Airtel
