    @airtelindia Worst network ! There is always issue with the network, but company just knows how to invoice on monthly basis but can't resolve the issue ever properly.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Our broadband/landline connection hasn't been working for two months, yet billed for both the months. Broadband number 08040985932. We have been continuously complaining yet no resolution in sight. Fix it now or lets go legal.

    @airtelindia y is ur broadband connection frequently having problems. For the last 2 months, our broadband connection always has downtime happening so frequently. In Hebbal, Bangalore. It’s gone out of service last night and still not back up. What’s happening to you’ll?

    @Airtel_Presence I reached out to #121 customer care and only on disappointed had shared it on Tweeter Only recd false commitment & see a FRAUD there as no SR’s or trails were raised of the multiple calls made by me This is how @airtelindia is wanting to reach ZERO complaints as shown in AD’s

    @airtelindia Recently shifted to new house, unable to fetch the signal properly and no network to surf. Let me know whether this can be sorted or do i have to make some other arrangements

    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to port my number from another service provider to Airtel for months and have not received a call back from any Airtel execs. Very bad customer service and I’m not even a customer yet @airtelindia
