They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Their crm systems don’t seem to work as the customer has to repeat the same details on multiple calls. Joke
