    @airtelindia lot of network issues in my location. Very worst signal. Only 2 sticks and call drop call congestion. I am using family 999 plan all 5 have same issue. Problems since 1 year. No action taken by KK airtel team.

    @airtelindia You're not even initiating the recharge. I've done couple of times of recharge of 98, just got the message transaction is successful, but the data is not credited. Experiencing worst.

    @airtelindia If the issue is not resolved by noon tomorrow, I will ask you field staff to remove and if they dont then I will personally throw away the fibre cables and the router. Also, there is no High speed optic fiber being used for the Internet connection, which is blasphemous.

    And on that day i again asked them on email for the issue and they assured again that issue will be resolved on 17-06-2021. After waiting for june 17, i asked them again via an email conversation, since my issue wasn't resolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
