    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what kind of service do you have. From last 2 months after several complaints I am paying for 100 Mbps speed and my modem is 40mbps. Your service engineer pavan kumar yadav has forcefully changed the modem and given an old modem.

    @airtelindia I don't understand what is the use of taking your services where the internet runs in no way and calls doesn't connect. And with all these problems your rate is increased. What is the use of increasing rate where there is literally bad network connection and net.

    If I'm spending about 300-400 per month on internet then obviously I need it. I can't use my full internet because of the network issue. It shows 4G+ but in reality, it is 2G. I can't access my classes properly in this so called 4G+ @airtelindia what is this? @JioCare @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Even if we call customer care doesn't respond or escalate with top leads not responding, i don't understand, what's kind service you provide to customers... U guy's dnt understand customer feeling.
