    @airtelindia y is ur broadband connection frequently having problems. For the last 2 months, our broadband connection always has downtime happening so frequently. In Hebbal, Bangalore. It’s gone out of service last night and still not back up. What’s happening to you’ll?

    @airtelindia what's the problem in discontinuing the pre call messages when individuals request for stopping that stupid covid messages? When all other network providers discontinue such messages against personal requests why not Airtel? This message is irritating since a year

    @Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to port my number from another service provider to Airtel for months and have not received a call back from any Airtel execs. Very bad customer service and I’m not even a customer yet @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hi I lodged a complaint 15th Dec 2020 regarding your poor and pathetic DTH services By misleading marketing calls No action even after 8 days. How may days or week or years do you need to resolve a customer complaint.Stop cheating customers with false marketing calls

    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence More than 24 hours now. Your team member even called and promised they will visit us soon to find a solution (that was a few hours back.) I am visiting from USA, and expected much better service and follow through… my 86-year old father is quite frustrated. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have upgraded a airtel wifi plan but still not updated and contacted the airtel customer care but they are still saying wait for 4 hours and its upto 24hrs still not get any conclusions. Thanks for the great service.
