@airtelindia Got a new DTH on 9 Nov. Base pack I wanted/asked for is different that what was activated.Compalined on 9th Nov evening via customer care. Wrote an email to nodal officer on 25 Nov. It is more than stipulated 7 days, issue not resolved. Any hopes for resolution?

@airtelindia I have made several complaints for my mobile network and data issue . Same as not been resolved . I got call from Vodafone that I have network issue and they are unable to resolve . Would you want to port to Vodafone ? What’s going on data leak ?
