@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been following for the airtel fiber connection since a very long time. First i was informed that there is no service, but later i found that you don't provide services in colonies, chawls. Why so? Do you think we are poor, can't afford?

@airtelindia Im a Airtel customer since 12 years but recently the signal wuality is going down .....frequent call drops...sometimes the the number we are calling won't connect.....i praise airtel since a long time but now i think airtel is giving us a very bad user experience....

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia time and again the network connectivity has gone down to the dogs, the pathetic network only makes the things worse, mark my words if this issue is not sorted out by next morning I'm going to port my network to other service providers

@airtelindia This is not the first instance of this kind of network unavailability. There have been outages on 24th Sept & 14th Sept as well. Each of these lasting for about 4-7 days.

Pathetic service from @airtelindia , every week there is unplanned outage. And the biggest joke is they don’t accept complaint or request during that period, as if it’s my fault that I subscribed for airtel
