    @airtelindia worst customer care I have seen , never respond for anything even though my deposit 4000 rs is with them they barred my calls, I will proceed for legal action

    Dear @airtelindia , I am using a 200 Mbps Wi-Fi plan, but the speed I am receiving is much lower than promised. As per the attached speed test, I am getting only around 154 Mbps download speed.     By mistake I took a data loan from @airtelindia with the promise of they will auto deduct from my next recharge but they didn't. So I recharged for 33₹ then too they didn't take, reported to @Airtel_Presence and still no response. How do I report it to @TRAI can somebody #help

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you network & WIFI seems to have frequent problems. i have an outage atleast twice in a month that means your availability is less than 95%. why are your services discounted. @narendramodi ji suggesting WFH & your network availability is impacting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black support has become a nightmare. Asked for IPTV migration, but support team incorrectly broke my existing bundle and raised a new DTH request. Customers should not suffer because of incompetent handling. Resolve this urgently.

    .@airtelindia answer the country one simple question. A prepaid customer who has paid you upfront for 25 years, who never defaulted, who never owed you a single rupee, is now being told his data will move slower than a postpaid user on the same network he helped build. Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature. The prepaid base did not become weaker overnight. The network did not change overnight. The only thing that changed is your willingness to discriminate openly between citizens based on their billing cycle. This is not premium service. This is betrayal billed as innovation, and the country deserves a clear explanation, not a marketing campaign. .@Dot_India @jagograhakjago
