I think after I registered complaint in twitter on Tuesday after that only I am unable to acces to 4G. Very sad.

We faced similar issue in April and your guys took 3 days to fix I work from home, I need wifi all the time. If you don't fix this in next 1 hr then disconnect permanently I'll get another provider. Pathetic service.

The issue was still the same Server is down. They instead asked me visit a private shop near BSNL office to get my issue resolved. The team there is not at all
