    Hey @airtelindia my internet just stopped working. I opened airtel thanks app to raise acomplaint but saw there's a request to terminate my landline connection. I called the local airtel guy and now I can't even access my broadband settings from the app

    Im ******* porting my network to another, its not faster network the waster network. Every time my money wasted for internet but i didnt even use it properly. Airtel thanks app also biggest ****, it doesn't even work for signal test. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable to recharge fasttag which I bought from Airtel thanks app...it was activated and when I try to recharge amount is getting added to Airtel payments bank account and not to tag..it's very frutrating...please help asap...worst service

    @airtelindia sim porting from mumbai to vizag given 499 for next 3 months, now no network showing on that sim again going to ur call centre, given new sim and 30 bucks for new 1 , now no recharge of 499 and sim still with me what to do , urgent

    @airtelindia my connection od Digital TV is suspended showing low balance, where as my balance is 75.17 and is valid for 8 more days....not sure what is the problem

    @airtelindia 3 days ago that 5 of electric pole fell by big tree including V-fiber cable broken.Then, Yesterday Airtel Team visited n replace with new cable after electric upper pole restore,but internet is not yet connected .So await for restore internet.Service Req 117996726

    @airtelindia very poor customer service. My wifi issue hasn't been resolved since yesterday and I have an exam tomorrow which I need to attempt online. Look into it ASAP. It's the worst experience I have ever had.

    I wonder how @airtelindia publish themselves as India's best network.More than 30+ complaints filed,yet the failed to provide a quality internet connection.very poor connectivity.not going to continue with this airtel boadband.also suggest other's to fetch for a good provider.

    @airtelindia Extremely poor network signal and call quality in Shanti Sri Nagar,Ameenpur - 502033. Calls frequently drop and voice quality is very poor. Surprisingly, Airtel Fiber is also not available in this area. This issue needs immediate attention and resolution. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

    @sonali0_ @JioCare You r going to suffer a lot in @airtelindia because I had raised network related issue in my both postpaid Airtel numbers in my home location but they simply kept on closing my complaints in every 10-12 days without resolution and again I had to raise new complaint.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
