@airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal Some schemes in my knowledge 1. Network holiday... No calls, data, sms for the day.. In place of that day 9rs to customers or 1 day extension maximum 2 days for month 2 data speed plan, I.e for rc amount speed will increase

@airtelindia your Customer care Center should be renamed as HARRASMENT CENTRE. Good for nothing, only keep harassing customers. Simple disconnection request is pending for last 3 days, no one is bothered to look into the issue. Every day they keep increasing unbilled amount.
