    @airtelindia very poor customer service. My wifi issue hasn't been resolved since yesterday and I have an exam tomorrow which I need to attempt online. Look into it ASAP. It's the worst experience I have ever had.

    @airtelindia purchased ur new sim, even after paying the charges, yet the sim is not active. While I make the call for verification, m asked for 5 digits OTP, which i never received on alternative no provided. Good jokes

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I only want my Airtel WiFi shifted within the same house to a nearby pole/point. Engineer advised using someone else’s address to raise request. I don’t want to follow such workarounds. Need a genuine solution. Requesting proper support without misleading steps.

    The amount of shame a network provider can take is none , but @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence can take **** because their network is ****, in a full 5G area with 3 bars at full the max i can get is 8mbps , such a sham in providing this service. #portout #airtel #airtelportout

    @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi service is extremely disappointing. When I booked the new connection, I was told that the installation would be completed within 24 hours. It has already been 72 hours, but the installation has still not been done. No one is even answering my calls.

    Visited Airtel Store – Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru today (8 Aug 2026) at around 4:10 PM to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The store representative told me that the prepaid porting link/server is not working and that they can only process a postpaid connection @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is very ridiculous. I am not able to use the Xstream play app on my phone and on IPTV since last 4 days. I have called multiple times on 121 for resolution but nothing happened. Please look into the issue and resolve this asap.
