@airtelindia Airtel black unbundled before 90 days by customer support by providing wrong info and assurance. Credits deducted, more charges added, no rectification provided by 121. Simply asking me to pay money for their mistakes. Most dishonorable behaviour. Looting openly.

Desd @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using your broadband fiber connection & since last month the connection is so poor. We have been provided with 200mbps speed plan but it takes forever to open a page or to surf. Kindly look into the matter asap.

@airtelindia Please resolve the internet speed issue ASAP and for God's sake improve your customer service and hire some "technical" help executives. Restarting modem doesn't work always. Also, improve the UI of your app so that the customer can raise the complaint on their own
