    Dear @airtelindia, I need urgent help. Someone mistakenly recharged my father's Airtel number and later got it reversed. On the same day, we recharged the number ourselves,but the plan is now showing as scheduled to activate on August 10 while the current plan has already expired

    What kind of customer support you are providing? In case of issue when I try to reach customer care, through 198 or the various numbers provided by airtel chat, can't reach anywhere to lodge a complaint. After getting connected, those numbers talking nonsense, like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia called 198 many times but no way to connect to actual human being. It’s useless chat with AI via app and absolutely not helpful. Ticket closed without any fixes 31-1000014913142 multiple times. a joker service you r running in name of 5G when even 4G doesn’t work(2/2

    @airtelindia I requested wifi shifting 1 week before still no engineer or any person came. Wifi shifting is very rubbish service here. If you are providing free shifting service then dont treat that free service as garbage. I will disconnet and throw this airtel setup next month.

    @airtelindia - I have taken mistakenly your WiFi connection, I raised multiple complaints almost 7 tickets. Surprisingly, all the tickets have been marked as Resolved without getting a single call or visit. Your customer care has not taken responsibility to provide the resolution
