    @airtelindia is extorting money from its postpaid users. It has been 5 days since I asked them to shift my network. They ask for 24hrs everyday and fail. Now I have a different wifi. But they are still billing me for WiFi and not cancelling it. Worst is I can't even port my sim.

    @airtelindia I’m distressed by unprofessional staff who ignore others’ time. I paid for Wi‑Fi in New Delhi 3 days ago; tech promised 14 July, then kept saying “today” and now won’t answer. Your app has no complaints option and I can’t get a refund. Fix this and refund me now

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel coimbatore hopes college branch took my money for home Wifi, no service provided after 7 days, no cancellation not refund was made. Airtel looting public money, keeping it without giving service and refunding it after 20 days.

    Sun @airtelindia carefully. I purchased your 1-year plan for 3599 rupees with your clear promise that it was truly unlimited. Now you are pulling this cheap nonsense. You are saying unlimited data does not apply if I use hotspot tethering. This is outright deception and fraud with your customer. I will not tolerate this.🤬🤬 Take back this ridiculous restriction immediately. Restore the full unlimited benefits I paid for or get ready to see me in court. I have all the proof: plan details, advertisements, and your own promises. Fix this right now, or I will make sure this becomes a very expensive and embarrassing lesson for Airtel.

    Hi, @JioCare, complaint logged for service disruption 13/07/2026. Complaint no: SR00002MK9JC. Resolution status since then is assigning an engineer. However no action is taken. No human contact on your customer care. Have to connect my @airtelindia mobile to connect internet.

    @airtelindia I booked Airtel 899 WiFi +TV plan one month ago. While the WiFi was activated, the TV service has still not been installed and started, yet I have been billed for both services and called customer care so many times and called the person who booked the connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care Airtel is only a money-making company Airtel's bot does not understand customer issues Airtel Customer Service staff is confused and cannot solve any issue. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.
