    @airtelindia Crap Airtel black no internet service since last 30 hours and no one from Airtel ready to get it resolved. Phatic customer service when you call to 121. NEVER BUY AIRTEL BLACK. JIO IS BEST GO WITH JIO FIBER AIRTEL BUNCH OF CROOKS.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service..!! Poor coverage and Internet is not working at all. Raised a complaint more than a month and nothing is changed. You guys will charge the customers on monthly basis and does not resolve any customer queries

    I couldn't able to make or receive calls from yesterday, with the number im using. I have Raised a complaint from my Airtel app, called customer care , went to Airtel stores there was no response had came till now @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #0_complaints_is_a_lie #airtelsucks

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Don't expected such a poor service from airtel. Even also had raised many sr for network but every time it's been closed without my concern. Pls have look and asked your people's to waive off the late fee. Awaiting reply on this from your end.

    After being associated with Airtel as postpaid for the last 21 years,today I have to switch from Airtel to VI due to poor customer care service & wildly increasing monthly charges.Hopefully from now on airtel will take care of the honor and respect of its customers. @airtelindia
