    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Waste airtel hellotunes service. First in wynk it was easy to set latest n old songs. But now latest songs are not available and line selection also not available. Very waste service.

    @airtelindia I seem to have made a huge mistake choosing your broadband connection. Not working since 15th March, have made at least 25 calls to the helpline and no response yet. The supervisors answering the call seem clueless and deliberately unhelpful. @cspramesh

    @airtelindia My number 8736045540 has had no internet for 15 days. Complaint raised since 16 March, still no resolution. Promised fix in 4 hrs, but now asked to change SIM again (already replaced in Nov). Resolve immediately or refund, else I’ll approach consumer court.
