    Still no resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After 16 years as a customer, this is honestly disappointing. Repeated false commitments, zero accountability, & 3 days wasted waiting for installation. Maybe it’s finally time to move on from Airtel Black. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel customer care is stuck in a loop: raise complaint → give time → close complaint → raise new complaint. No real solution. Very poor experience. Please escalate to senior network team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regret choosing Airtel SIM. Multiple complaints, same issue, no permanent fix. Only new deadlines and auto-closed complaints. People should check real customer service before buying Airtel.

    @sohamronnie @airtelnews STANDALONE 5G working fine across Boinchi with different multiple MACRO FIBER BACKHAUL BTS. But problem is in RAYPARA there is a UBR MINI 5G CELL tower, that tower still not upgraded to support STANDALONE MODE. That's why I requesting to @airtelindia to UPGRADE that cell also
