    Worst helpline by @airtelindia. Cannot even go through a customer representative, even after trying 15-20 times. Everytime have to go through so many "press this number, that number" voice. But, finally when you reach the right level, the call gets disconnected. Frustrating

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence keeps sending automated msg: with reference to your network complaint for Airtel Mobile, it is taking more time than anticipated to resolve. We will keep you posted on status. Inconvenience is regretted....all I am saying is try to fix by year #2025

    @airtelindia i am a airtel broadband customer got xtreme tv plan for free. Came to understand that xtreme tv box comes with discount. While i contacted customer care no body is understanding. Very pathetic service. If airtel is really interested, contact me immdtly.

    Terrible system where one can't block outgoing ISD calls. Earlier you could do that now it's open by default and you can't block so if you dial by accident to end up paying. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day by day your service level is detriorating. To restore the network in my office (CITI Tower, Chennai), I've raised a complaint 6 months back over mail, no response has been given neither issue resolved. Mobile data is secondary which is more 1/2.

    wonder how to manage during @Medicalemergenc calling ambulance or hospital as you’re stuck with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are unable to make them work inside homes and struggling with technical issues....why not #TNGovt consider banning these #mobilephone carriers

    @airtelindia I just made a recharge through Payzapp 20 mins back but it's still not reflecting and it's very urgent. There is no way to reach customer service support on call as the IVR doesn't have any option for the same. Can this be processed on urgent basis?

    Dear @airtelindia, If you are not able to provide International roaming services, you better not to offer those services with poor network quality. This is kind of cheating only. I have enabled 30 days pack in USA, only once i have seen 4G signal and it is always 2G(EDGE) signal.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Due to lack of connectivity issues, I am facing connectivity issues while on call, if I want to talk to someone, I have to go outside my house. That's how you are treating your customers it's been 6months with same problem.
