Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

Dear @airtelindia what is your idea behind increasing the basic recharge plans ?? In my opinion you want to throw out the people from the network who are only recharging just for the incoming call / OTP. Is it in line with make in India ??

IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRUST @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence then believe connection it will be hell of a ways you contact them but it won't work I have cancelled my installation on 22 January but still I haven't got my refund and yet the thing about the installation it's bad.
