    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    @Airtel_Presence No consideration despite being informed that we are calling from the health sector,we haven’t had our landlines/ internet functioning for a week!The Relationship manager,executives ,no help! Regret choosing @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia on behalf of my mother, Sudha Vadlamani,  a resident of Hyderabad.  She has availed your OTT and wifi package of Xstream.( ID 3045593573 COMP NO 74402753) The complaint shows automatically resolved, even though it isn't! Do the needful

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Airtel does not have staff to revert to it's customer. Not for complains and not even Twitter. False advertisement of fastest 5G network in India but it is poorest network in India with worse customer service.

    @airtelindia Will you please stop sending generic messages “Hi Padma Rigzin, were sorry as your BB installation with order ID 21-12976890736§1§1001 has been rescheduled. Our Engineer Haseen (07947034769) will visit you on 2022-04-17T12:00:00 for the installation process” and fix my problem.
