    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    @airtelindia raised a request for shifting my xstream fibre connection on 21st nov, it was supposed to be closed on 24th Nov, till today only 1 call from airtel, issue still unresolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this fraudulent network is cheating and earn money now when I ask the refund the employee is telling we will not give refund. Do what ever you want. @trai can this be actioned.

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    @airtelindia My Airtel connection is down since last 2 to 3 months. I tried many times to contact Airtel at 01141716887 when I was not successful then I had to tweet this. Airtel is again and again giving me bill intimation but neither the net is working even the box is broken.

    Really frustrating experience with @reliancejio and @airtelindia Air Fibre. Cancelled Jio due to long delays, switched to Airtel—now facing even worse delays. Agents say no stock is available. Extremely disappointing service. We deserve better for what we are paying. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia ay what’s the issue with your Mobile network and WiFi recently they have been working less(slow) and it automatically switches from 5G-4G and phone is not the issue I assure you and ye tried everything airplane mode blah blah power switch off and on blah!!!!! (Hyd)
