    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer care service. I have vacated from vellore and moved to diff location and have requested disconnection for broadband connection 04164205298 . They put it on safecustody and charged 1045rs. And daily calling and torturing to pay.

    This is ridiculous @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 🤬 Recharged 4 times today (₹399 + 3×₹39) and still no service. Tried calling customer care almost 10 times, no help at all. And your auto support keeps saying my recharge is “expired”?? What even is this! Worst network ever

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Discontinued service 2 months ago; your team already collected the setup box. Still getting weekly calls/messages for pickup. Your system isn’t updated—this is harassment. Fix it immediately and stop the calls.

    @airtelindia Now after some 10 odd days when no one came to collect the device I again called customer service to enquire the status and I was told that services are no longer active and you won't be charged ( I have a call recording for that)
