    Airtel can give such bad service, i did not know!. Change to fibre and related issues handled so badly over a month. Many calls, no resolution.Request closed without resolution.Pathetic is not the word.@airtelindia @airtelcomplaint

    @TRAI: @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is treating their customers as shits. They're not addressing a small issue. In DM they're texting they're addressing the issue and will speak with me to know more about the issue But none called me.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi i am waiting for airtel fiber broadband more that 4 years. Still now not available in my area. Using only low speed plans in airtel So many service providers are came. I have only option for changing the service provider.

    @airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

    @airtelindia been an airtel subscriber for more than 22 years, have this huge complaint. My phone refused to connect to network and have been complaining for three days and yesterday went to nearby store to get SIM replaced but still NO NETWORK.. Not done Airtel .Too complacent

    Airtel Gallery Fraud Alert. They collect data & then do not activate the new number and instead allocate the number to some other customer. Their helpdesk service is appalling. Nobody even understands the issue or is able to articulate properly @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia bad behaviour by airtel, forced/increased bill revision, without my consent. ported out. Paid at airtel store, I get message from JIO of outstanding. Have all proof. written to customer care. None bothered. Serious fall in service.
