    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely lost my mind trying to connect with an actual customer service agent. The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.

    @airtelindia All I wanted was to downgrade my postpaid WiFi connection to prepaid. But no — your customer care informed me I’d have to drag myself to a center, fill out endless forms, answer a hundred questions, and waste half a day of my life just to do something that should take two click.

    Hey @airtelindia, Wifi is not working since 24 hours and there is no way to connect with an executive?? All i get is an automated call that keeps on changing time. Forget about priority, first address the most basic things first. @airtelindia @TRAI
