So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited

Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.
