    Sorry to say tha... Due to lack of knowledge in airtel staff i have to go with jio recharge... I have made a recharge in my jio number of amount 998... And really jio has a great customer service, that's why jio is no. 1 in India #ThanksJio @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelnews @airtelindia yesterday I recharged on above number which I mentioned earlier still saying " incoming call on this number is not available it will be resumed post recharge. what wrong with the company #not appreciate facing same problem

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I upgraded my prepaid number to postpaid just to get better net speed which you claim for platinum users but there is no improvement in speed at all, I'm can't bear this slow internet, I'll be forced to switch if there's no immediate resolution.

    @airtelindia Hi, my broadband is down from 23 Sept, every time SLA is increased by 6-8 hours and this is happening from 23sept if you can't fix issues in given time then don't provide incorrect timeline, either you don't know issue or you are giving random timelines .Not fair!
