    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    If prepaid users now need a premium plan for proper speeds, then logically Airtel has admitted one of two things: Either the network was never good enough for everyone… or the slowdown was intentional. Neither is particularly flattering. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia deserves an award for the biggest gap between advertisement and reality. Fastest network in commercials. Dead network in reality. Across Lucknow, calls fail, internet disappears, and customers are left staring at “No Service” despite paying ₹1100 every month.

    Day 2 with zero Wi-Fi. @airtelindia Fiber support has been an absolute joke. They keep lying that a technician is coming, but no one answers calls or responds to messages. Totally ghosted. Pathetic customer service. @Airtel_Presence
