    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    We are facing network issue past one month no improvement Very bad network,company need only recharge money not a customer satisfaction, shame on airtel @Airtel @airtelindia @airtelnews.

    @airtelindia Still not get the solution on connectivity issue at indoor at my location NH5 NISSAN HUT H NO 114/5, OBEN ELECTRIC GALI FARIDABAD.. only gets the lara lappa from airtel team and their inefficiency at all.. kindly support to facilitate us immediately.

    This is very painful experience to continue with Airtel with 5 times outage in last 7-8 days. I don't know why zonal /nodal officer is not kicked out & no serious actions are being taken it's always the same response with repeated re-occurances. A frustrated @airtelindia custmr

    Facing internet issues on my airfiber since last 1 week and despite calling @airtelindia customer care numerous times they aren't sending a technician to my location. All they are doing is trying to fix the issue on the call and it isnt helping a bit. @Airtel_Presence

    Unlimited 5G on Airtel: Unlimited in the recharge plan, limited in reality. Called customer care 3 times. Every time: “Sir, it will be fixed.” Still waiting for the unlimited 5G I paid for. Maybe the service is unlimited, but the patience required certainly is. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia WHAT IS WRONG WITH U GUYS! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT U GUYS TO STOP AND DISCONTINUE MY WIFI CONNECTION BECAUSE I'M PERMANENTLY SHIFTING, BUT, I'M NOT RECIVING THAT CONFIRMATION CALL FROM YOU PEOPLE , THAT UR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SAYS WILL COME TO CONTINUE.

    Totally disappointed with @airtelindia Their digital tv service accidentally adds plans. My 82 year old mom is asked to add a plan when she changes channel and it is hard to get customer service. I travel internationally. #AirtelSucks
