    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A simple complaint of box replacement becoz its not woking can be resolve in a week. After 1st complain guy did visited 2 times with different boxes (refurbished) which were also not working 35117138 (8Jan) / 1436723314 (11Jan) - TV Id 3008178467

    You don’t need use flight mode when you use #vi . Bcoz they always on flight mode! No network, no internet @ViCustomerCare ! Time to switch @reliancejio / @airtelindia which is good option?

    Does @ICICIBank and @airtelindia collaborate to provide lousy service? Call on helpline number which is chargeable, one gets connected to IVR. By the time we reach option to speak to customer care, it is 5 mins. Once we dial account number call disconnects. Disgusting!!
