    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @airtelindia - you charge us wrongly and customer support is pathetic to even refund it even though they accpet that its airtel's fault. This is lame customer support. Same standard auto-replies with no redressal from over 2 weeks.

    After paying for @microsoft365 for 5 years I've stopped subscribing to it. After remaining a higher ARPU customer for @airtelindia since 2013 I've recharged with their voice-exclusive plan. June shall personally remain as a very memorable month. I said NO to corporate greed.

    I am using an Airtel postpaid SIM, and I have not been able to use mobile internet for the last 15 days. I have already raised a complaint, but I have not received any proper response from Airtel yet. Please look into the issue and resolve it @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Trying to shift my Airtel fibre connection for the last 5 days within the same city/area, but still no resolution. Every time customer care says “today” or “next 4 hours,” but nothing happens. Very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved ASAP, please cancel my plan.

    @airtelindia - worst customer service from your appellate team. Not in a position to read the email properly and completely. More than 10 days. I was diverted to pillar to pillar. Totally Betrayal

    @airtelindia have raised a case last week to get my setup box replaced as it wasn’t wrking I was assured to get the replacement in two days by a lady and now she says she left Airtel she can’t help 3062079802-001 digital tv id please replace my box it restarts every nxt day.

    @airtelindia trying to pay my wi fi , not allowing me to pay. chat system and application is a nightmare I am not able to recharge since a week. Call center is extremely horrible, when I call them they are forcing me to pay monthly 899 rs

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after disruption of over 48 hours in Powai, Mumbai, the wi-fi service was restored day before yesterday but AGAIN NO WI-FI INTERNET since Yesterday night. More than 14 hours, no wi-fi internet. Is it not possible to improve your horrible service?

    @Airtel_Presence Your DM is if no help and I've responded. Just refund my recharge as you cannot resolve the mess you've created which you have already admitted. Absolutely unacceptable. Process the refund urgently. @airtelindia
