@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

Very bad customer service from @airtelindia . I purchased new fibre connection of 100mbps plan. Installation was done on 15th July. Since then I am facing problem in the 5ghz band. I am getting max download speed of only upto 20mbps in that band even at a distance of 2-3 mtrs.

Review of Jio fiber: With cheap quality wires and poor service team taking upto 48hrs to fix a simple issue, the future of Jio fibre doesn't look promising. What customer seek is liability and service and that is where Airtel stands best. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia
