    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @airtelindia, @TRAI I have recharged my DTH 4 hours late, for that I was charged "Rs 15" for suspension revoking. It's Broad day looting. Today I don't have Airtel internet connection due to an Outage for more than 13 hours, why there is no compensation for the customer??

    Victim of mis selling and fraud from @airtelindia . I was mis informed about the Features when purchasing their DTH service and now during disconnection as well they are refusing the security deposit. Money is not the issue but the conduct of the brand is.#airtel

    Such a disgusting and irritating Customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Unable to reach the customer executive. The IVR is going on repeating the same thing instead of connecting to Customer executive. #WorstEverNetwork

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia they failed to meet my expectations on service provide by them. Waiting from last 10 days to get broadband installed but they fail to do. Their installation and customer support is very poor.Hopefully @JioCare will not ruined my experience with them

    Atleast do not fraud your customers by telling them features you do not have and after subscription, do not care to resolve the complaints. @airtelindia This is very shameful at your part where all your customer support does is put the blame on the selling agent

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recently I have faced issue of my sim not working suddenly one day and for that I have to get it replaced. Same thing happened with my Mother-in-law now. I wonder is there any quality issue with Airtel sim. Coz earlier I have never heard of this.

    Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI
