@nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

Airtel engineers at Jammu are totally carefree. This is 3rd time this breakdown has happened. Every time it takes a week for engineer visit. This time also a week is almost over. Why are you giving fiber connections when you cannot service them? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
