Really frustrated with @airtelindia broadband service. Paid upfront for 6 mths on Jan8th, still awaiting installation. No one has bothered to update me. They were really prompt in collecting the money though!! This is despite being the 2nd Airtel connection! Time for #JioFiber?

@airtelindia pathetic customer service from Airtel. I am Airtel black customer from long time . Request for shifting connection was raised on 10th jan., shifting was expected to completed on 11th jan . Escalated to airtel nodal officer but no revert. Ticket no 10014146209
