If u don't have a good network in a posh area like Bandra West i can imagine how poor ur network will be across india. When the govt doesn't do anything this is what companies like jio do to their customers.

Technician would visit to reboot , except that he did not know anything. Spoke to manager offered 1 month free , ended up changing the service provider.
