  Despite repeated requests, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has not uninstalled my XSafe connection. They will cry after I don’t pay the monthly charge, as I haven’t used any services in the current cycle. Kindly look into the matter @jagograhakjago and help me with a solution

  @airtelindia has created a nice closed system where there is no way to contact to a customer care rep. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues

  @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My WiFi has been down for the last 2 days and despite your engineer visiting and promising it would be fixed within 2 hours, NOTHING has been done till now. No update, no resolution, no accountability.
