@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have been financially harrassed by one of your local services agency, he charged me rs150 for a sim replacement where charges are rs25 ,when i told charges are rs25, he asked me to go to other city 110 km away for new sim, please help

@airtelindia You advertise not to settle for poor network but despite being a Platinum Postpaid member I have had rough experience with call drops and poor 4G connectivity inside my home. Had really trusted the advertisement though and switched my network.
