    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    Most of companies have resorted to #AI based custom support bots but they are highly inefficient in resolving queries. My money with @reliancejio @IRCTCofficial @airtelindia is struck for a long time. Money is not huge but it’s like a scam. Jio took money for two sim cards ..

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @reliancejio My daughter rqstd to port her Airtel Number to Jio. Today she got call from a mobile no. infrmng that they are calling from Jio & they also had all porting details. Turned out that they were from Airtel & wanted her to cancel porting request.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence once you moved to OTPs how come setting up mobile service on smart watches directs to password entry. How am I to enter password when you have no option of resetting it anywhere on the website or the app. Reset it from your end and DM me.

    When can I get my refund. It’s more than 8-9 months. Pathetic customer services. People should avoid paying advance rental incase if you go for disconnection @airtelindia will not going to pay

    @Airtel_Presence It's been 10 days. Never thought that after using @airtelindia for decades, this is how they treat customers. They keey saying in my DMs that they have escalated the issue. No results whatsoever.

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Complaint raised multiple times, yet no resolution, no proper response, and no accountability. You people are quick to take payments but disappear when customers need support. @airtelindia I need new connection.

    Very disappointing experience with @airtelindia & @Paytm. Did ₹49 data recharge multiple times because my Airtel internet wasn’t working, yet even after repeated recharges the issue remains unresolved. Money deducted but no internet access.please fix this ASAP or process refund
