@airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

How does customer issue tickets @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gets closed automatically without any notification? Must be serious ghost as nobody is able to say who closed it, or some lazy rascal management who doesn't care about customers

@Nawazarman @reliancejio @airtelindia Bro, remove this screenshot ASAP. Its NOT good idea to share UPC as anyone with UPC can get your number. Suppose if I go to other service provider with my documents & gave this UPC then this number will be mine, you won't be able to retrive it!!!
