    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    @airtelindia In last 1 year I gave feedback several times regarding network issue at by residence as well as at my workplace. But no resolution yet. Can Airtel people answer why should I not switch to jio which has lower monthly postpaid plan than what I am paying to Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ground reality of a company on a mission of zero complaint is too much different from its mission statement. 6 days passed after booking no one look into the matter of fiber connection.

    @JioCare You people kept on asking me to wait without sharing any update, however, @airtelindia took action on my request and restored my account. Within minutes of raising a request to airtel they came changed the complete line. You took 10 days and did not do ****.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 7 days for reactivation of an old WiFi connection and only 3 hours of activation for a new connection. Your call centre is an absolute joke. You don’t have a time frame for solving a. Complaint. The only answer they have is hopefully it will be done
