Zafar Macha (@Maaachaaa69) reported@airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal
