@airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

@airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

1/2 I got a message from Airtel that the broadband service is now available in my area. I raised a request to get connection and Airtel sales team contacted and visited my home and confirmed that installation will be completed in 24 hours and took payment of 3005 rs. #Airtelindia

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , moving to airtel was seamless. Got my SIM card delivered at home. But getting a duplicate sim for my postpaid conn is difficult. Apparently i need to visit a store. Why an existing, that too a postpaid customer should miss this facility?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Called customer care 5 times and they promise it will resolve in 24 hrs everytime. Fed up with airtel service in Bengaluru. You call Airtel Black a priority customer support but I found now it's just a marketing gimmick.Can somebody address the issue

@airtelindia i am being charged for static ip service over n over again even though i had deactivated this service in month of march. i have requested to correct up the billing but i am yet to receive a solution even after three months of complaining.
