    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    Why the hell don't telecom companies provide a calling-only plan? the basic recharge, it's starting at ₹349. My papa stays at home. He doesn't need mobile internet. He hardly watches YouTube. All he needs is to keep his SIM active and call his friends and relatives. We already have Wi-Fi at home. He doesn't go outside much except to the farm. He doesn't need 2 GB/day, unlimited 5G, or SMS. I don't think he even uses 1 GB in 28 days. Still, every month I have to recharge ₹349 @reliancejio just to keep his number active and let him make calls. @JioCare and @airtelindia , why are you forcing people to pay for services they don't even use? What should I do? I only want to keep his SIM card active and let him make calls. I don't want to spend ₹350+ every month on data that will never be used. Is there any other option I'm missing? ₹349 may not look like much to some people, but if we're not using 90% of what's included, what's the point? There should be a simple and affordable calling-only and SMS plan, especially for senior citizens and people who don't use mobile data. Anyone else facing the same issue.

    @MCA21India @airtelindia @airtelnews this big multinational thinks it is below their level to respond to a customer who wants to use their services. After payment, they are not providing service nor responding to my requests. They know ministry won't do anything to them.

    @airtelindia I find you are sending repeat messages to me to complete KYC for completing final requirement for opening Airtel Payment Bank although I have never applied for opening account with your bank. PL Note I am not interest in opening any account with you. Pl stop SMS.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews If anyone gets a call to merge with One Airtel and get Rs.100 discount monthly lifetime. IT’S A BIG TRAP.. AIRTEL PLAN YOU CAN’T PORT OUT EVEN IF SERVICE PROVIDED IS WORST🙏
