  @airtelindia @Airtel How to get my issue Resolved?? My AirFiber service broker on 19,Jul. CC told issue at airtel end & fix time 4 hrs. Decline to file ticket. Same status for next few days,finally issue filed on 25th Jul. Since then no resolution even after multiple escalation.

  @JioCare @JioCare It's been 3+ days and my complaint SR00003CGERB is still unresolved. I'm only receiving automated replies, with no confirmed engineer visit or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved today, I will switch to @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The network issue in our area has become extremely frustrating. Inside our building and home, calls and internet barely work. We have to stand near the window just to make a call, and now even that doesn’t help. This needs to be fixed urgently.

  Hey @airtelindia , your team refuses responsibility and disappears before installation. At least @reliancejio waited until after the big fat wedding to slow down our internet. @Airtel_Presence has streamlined the process by failing before the service even begins. 👏
