    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I paid for DTH, yet I can’t get a service agent to visit. Your chatbot traps customers into a fixed list of complaints, my issue isn’t even listed, no way to speak to agent. this is no support or accountability. @TRAI

    @airtelindia This is a complaint regarding mis-selling of your 30 Mbps “Unlimited” Wi-Fi plan. I was sold this plan as “Unlimited”, but I was NOT clearly informed that it has a 1000 GB/month high-speed data cap, after which the speed is reduced to just 2 Mbps. @jagograhakjago

    Worst service by @airtelindia just to install wifi and iptv. Taking a month for this is making me think to chose the competitors maybe. Any way I will be filing consumer forum grievance

    Airtel has become one of the worst service providers, a internet issue after some area outage. 6 technicians reassigned in 3 days without a single person attending the issue citing not within his service area. Not sure what field service airtel has but this pathetic @airtelindia

    Pathetic services @airtelindia ....my internet is not working for 2 days. The last service guy visited , didn't fix it and " resolved " the complaint. Now I have complained again and the date given to me is 2 days from now......is this how you treat your so called premium " BLACK " customers....?

    @airtelindia worst decision I have ever taken to install airtel black instead of Jio. Disconnecting airtel sim as well along with this to come out of this trauma.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Fiber (WIFI ID: 07918186239_wifi) has been down since 07-August 10:00 AM and the whole society is affected. We keep getting automated messages but no resolution. Please escalate as this is the 3rd day of outage.

    The customer care executive deceptively converted my two separate plans (PostPaid+WiFi) into the Airtel One Plan. She used an OTP that was supposed for service closure, but used it to convert to the Airtel One Plan. Are you people going to get down to this level? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is ******* ridiculous. My Airtel Wi-Fi is down, your ****** IVR is completely useless, and the assigned lineman isn’t even answering calls. I can’t even get through to an actual person to report a basic service issue. I’ve been paying for this shiity service
