@airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

Till yesterday, I had no clue that something called an eSIM existed. Today, I have managed to switch my physical SIM to an eSIM with no hassle (thank you @airtelindia ). Hopefully I won't have any SIM issues now as I did on my last trip abroad. You learn new things everyday eh ?

Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia broadband services in Mumbai. While the connection goes off intermittently, the service guys do not bother to respond to your queries and complaints also 121 is full of help less guy's Horrible horrible experience!
