    @airtelindia @airteltamilnadu Hi sir,I'm jeeva from Tamilnadu,Theni district,Royappanpatty village.Inmyarea airtel network there r 300users. inmy area airtel network very very bad network no outgoing nd no incoming calls. So we ask u to fix this problem for us.

    @airtelindia I am a platinum user but in our place there is barely enough signal to even call. Please look into our locality as we rely on Airtel for everythingI have already raised issues long back but none came to respond. I am here as this my last resort.

    Analysis: @reliancejio : slow internet speed, very low indoor coverage, cheap @airtelindia : somewhat faster than jio, very low indoor coverage, cheap+Rs50, not constant internet signal ( both gives a feeling of 2G&3G in the era of 4G) Don’t have the choice, have to remain with 1

    @Airtel_Presence I had shared requested details 2 days ago nd i was promised a resolution in 24 hrs. But @airtelindia created a service req ticket only today nd promised an update in 7 DAYS. BTW @airtelindia can u provide the update on service req for same issue raised on 19 Aug. Still waiting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Do you really want us to believe in 0 complaints initiative. No complaint is entertained despite one complaints on customer care, email and app. You seem to be beating PSUs standard as well.. Plus charging higher for a lower plan service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Right now your 4G can't even load Flipkart here. Most third class service I am getting. More than 25 DAYS of BARKING & SUFFERING continue as usual. NO FIX yet regarding the issues I raised. #third_class_network_problem

    @airtelindia Having trouble with network, it has been saying not registered on network and when i try to search the network it says unable to find network, where as my other sim is able to register. phone issue ruled out.. #hyderabad

    @airtelindia I have complained against my network issue that it is showing 2 pointer or 3 point network and internet showing volte but working as 1G. In sector 18, Kharghar, and the complaint has been resolved automatically. Without providing the solution.
