    Totally depressed about the Airtel network issue. There are around 100+ users of airtel in my city and everyone suffering from airtel network problem. I have been complaint more then 20 time to airtel service centre from last 2 month but no one care our problems. @airtelindia

    Today is day 4 of no broadband internet service in our township!     Good riddance to @airtelindia broadband service! Shutdown the service subscription and moving to another ISP. Request # 11032532286 @Airtel_Presence no use naming the ID AirtelCares when really you don’t !

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, it’s been 5 days and my new SIM is still not active because your executive gave me the wrong one. I’ve visited the store multiple times with zero resolution, and now the executive is ignoring my calls. Pathetic onboarding experience. Fix this

    @airtelindia honestly I never faced so much issue just to get my sim replaced I called 198 wasted my time as there wasn't anyone to talk apart from just ivr. In store they say convert to postpaid that's only option. Can anyone help me get my sim so I can portout.
