    Totally depressed about the Airtel network issue. There are around 100+ users of airtel in my city and everyone suffering from airtel network problem. I have been complaint more then 20 time to airtel service centre from last 2 month but no one care our problems. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia even after recharge and power refresh i am not able to watch channels error code 006 and call centre is pethtic .3007479276-2 Ivr ssytem and chat is payhetic and no body is directing so i can speak uo any executive . Very poor service i am not able to reactivate

    WiFi connection was promised on 18/3, but it’s still not installed. ₹1500 was taken upfront and hasn’t been refunded yet. I’ve been following up continuously for the last 25 days with no proper response. Thanks for Third class service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia there is wifi outage from last 4 hrs, no updates, not possible to raise ticket as dumb ai service agents deployed. Pathetic service. You should provide discount on monthly bill for every hour of discontinuation in service.

    @airtelindia Sitting on the other side of a Service Desk every day, I've seen some terrible support, but gaslighting your customers because your own network can't load the complaint portal takes the absolute cake. Still charging me ₹588/month for this? Absolutely deluded. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia For closing one connection I have wasted some 5-6 hrs and have to raise multiple requests & answer the same question multiple times. Also now there is no means to connect to customer service as it seems all data has been deleted and they have no information and history available

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @airtelindia This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. Your engineers keep giving fake installation timelines for a connection that clearly can’t be delivered on time. On top of that, there’s no way to even reach a customer care. Completely unacceptable.
