Totally depressed about the Airtel network issue. There are around 100+ users of airtel in my city and everyone suffering from airtel network problem. I have been complaint more then 20 time to airtel service centre from last 2 month but no one care our problems. @airtelindia

@airtelindia First give 2g internet properly then promote 5g.mere idhar literally google bhi nai open hota. Ivr ke through customer care me connect nai kar pata. Aur yeh 5g promote kar rahe.

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, BB connection is down since 10.30 AM today, 2 engineers assigned as per SMS, but no progress. First guy said it's a problem at the server & then later said it's bcoz of fibre cut. No one seems to have a clue on the exact problem. Please help
