Totally depressed about the Airtel network issue. There are around 100+ users of airtel in my city and everyone suffering from airtel network problem. I have been complaint more then 20 time to airtel service centre from last 2 month but no one care our problems. @airtelindia

@airtelindia installing Airtel Xstream Fiber says engineer will contact u in 24 hr it is been two days seen we are trying to reach engineer and they always says 1hr mai aa jayega and EOD phone is off.Tried reaching customer care they tell the server is down.

Suffering by taking airtel roaming pack. I had more than 10 calls with airtel customer care, every time they put me on hold to check issue, False assurance by CSR. I have been a loyal airtel customer for 15+ years but I can't trust airtel anymore.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@AravendhS @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The Airtel customer service is one of the worst services in the world, it's been a month since I contacted the Airtel service, but no reply till now. My suggestion is to switch to other networks, don't ever prefer Airtel. I won't recommend it.
