    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I contacted customer care but they are guessing which location I stay and without knowing my location she just said there is issue in your area. She is guessing that I stay in Mumbai πŸ™„ are you serious? Is this the way that your customer executive works?

    @airtelindia since 3 days I’m facing internet problems, thought it might be a temporary congestion on 1st day. Now after 3 days I contacted customer care, they say it will take 15working days to resolve this problem. 2 to 3 weeks of very slow or no internet will impact my life.
