    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife & I converted to eSIM together on the same postpaid plan. Her line gets Airtel Fastlane (5G Standalone); mine is stuck on NSA. It’s a clear backend provisioning error. Email support gave a generic 10-day timeline (20th). Please fix my profile

    You have not "addressed the concern", you have merely stated the same thing that i have mentioned in my original tweet. That there is an Airtel WiFi outage which was initially supposed to be resolved by 12.30pm & now the new ETA is 6.30pm!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia very pathetic service. Internet is down for more than 65 hours now. Every 6 hours, getting new deadline of another 6 hours. Escalated the matter thrice, still no response from your side. And you claim to be India's No.1. You are loosing 1 customer for sure.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband (Xstream Fiber) has had frequent disconnections for 8 days. Customer care has told me "it'll be fixed by today" every single day for the past 3-4 days β€” still not resolved.
