    @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel continues. Customer for last 20 years. Still Request for wifi re installation pending for 20 days. Numerous calls made. No one to attend on flimsy grounds as Airtel doesn’t get money for reinstallation. Feel like moving away. Just pathetic.

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. That annoying chatbot doesn't host all options and calling 121 you need more that 1 lifetime before the 'Dedicated service manager' answers your call. @TRAI you must look into their hopeless customer service support.

    Despite paying for regular recharges, we can't make phone calls, send SMS, or use mobile internet. The internet is completely unusable due to zero to very poor network coverage. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided? @airtelindia

    Five straight days with no Wi-Fi from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews As a Black customer, I expected better support, but this has been the exact opposite. Forget the word “premium” there have been no follow-up calls, no technician visits, and still no resolution. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

    @airtelindia ....I have a big issue...my router needs to be shifted from one room to another...for the past 3 days 7 calls and everyone is trying to help...but clearly noone is able to...tell me if i need to take help from your competitors
