    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    Never go with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic service at their end. Bill generate on time when it comes for service issue they are big zero. Why @TRAI don't interfere in it I think TRAI is also involved in it therefore companies are doing as they wish.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia BANK ROAD gorakhpur but after making me wait for an hour they gave me a toll free no and suggestion that you should raise a ticket on thanks app. We can't do anything about it. This LOS issue occurs very frequently and almost 1-2 day in a week.5/n

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is absolute disgrace that Airtel is not providing proper customer service.I have been trying to reach to your cust service for last 24 hours but without any luck! Providing bad services and advertising doesn't help. Time for change @reliancejio

    @airtelindia No need to promote the service of THE AIRTEL Most pathetic and unprofessional service. When you visit store they sale there all product but after sale the not deal with Brodband and DTH. Please dont send the 24 hrs assistance on advertising.

    @airtelindia I logged a complaint related to network issue for more than 2months ago. The issue has still not been resolved. I keep getting same response from airtel that they would get back to me. I happen to be a platinum customer. Worst ever experience with airtel.
