Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

Voice calls take 1–2 minutes to connect. Even after connecting, there is often no audio from either side. Calls have to be disconnected and reconnected 2–3 times before they work. Mobile internet is also extremely slow and unstable. This is not an individual issue—almost all Airtel users in the area are experiencing the same problem. Kindly investigate the local tower/network and restore normal service at the earliest.

I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.
