    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

    @Anantkanozia @airtelindia @reliancejio Jio is no better. I am facing network issue in a Metro city and Jio customer service is not helping at all. People can't reach me and calls get dropped in between. Still they keep saying, they will improve "soon" from last 1 year.

    @airtelindia I.e. the number was not eligible for OPT IN service. The supervisor informed me that I could do the conversion after 3 days by dialling the same number. After doing a recharge of Rs 100 again 2day, tried to convert but no avail.

    @airtelindia I spoke to an exec named Qurat, who informed me that the service was not available and I would again have to do recharge of Rs 79 (even when the balance currently is Rs 165).

    Seriously harassed by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Lost phone and they are not replacing a SIM for 5 days now and not acknowledging any Government ID proof. Not getting any OTPs, life has come to a standstill! Please help!
