    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    Timeline: 20-May-2026 → Engineer visited, checked router, fixed something outside. 31-May-2026 → Same issue again. 06-Jun-2026 → Again same issue. How many times will customers get temporary fixes instead of permanent solutions? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @fraudairtel

    As per your team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the internet connection is fine but your router is not transmitting internet which is where the technician has to come to inspect the router, because in the entire building no one is facing internet issues.

    I have been now frustrated with the quality of service @airtelindia is providing these days, registering complaints with them doesn't solve the issue instead they give you a resolution deadline of 15 days and then without solving your problem complaint is closed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcare, I am facing repeated internet issues almost every 10–15 days for nearly 1 year now. Every time I call support, I get the same response: issue will be fixed and won’t happen again. But the issue keeps coming back repeatedly.#fraudairtel

    @unite8sports @airtelindia These channels are currently available: 169 and 256. From June 9th onwards, they will replace to available on channels 302 and 304 Unfortunately the signals are not perfect at the moment, please solve the issue

    @airtelindia no resolution timeline, and not even a single call from the concerned area engineer. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have faced. I have requested cancellation of my connection due to the recurring service failure, but your customer care
