    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    I have paid for now as don’t want to have my family harassed for the non services which @airtelindia is providing. You have 11 days to have the issue sorted before another bill gets generated and become due. Kindly ensure it gets sorted and I pay it on time as always.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised a relocation request on 24 Jun it’s 2 Jul and no installation despite repeated promises. An executive sold me a new connection on an alternate number, took payment & activated it, but no installation again. 15+ year customer. Pathetic service.
