    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Please help me restore my Airtel number. It’s my 10+ year old number, kept under Safe Custody while I’ve lived in Canada. After my son was born in May, I unfortunately missed payments and it was deactivated. I’ve already paid via the Non-Active Number portal.

    What’s worse is the lack of support for existing customers. I raised a request for a new connection and someone visited within 20 minutes. But for existing customers facing issues, there seems to be no one to help. @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was paying a bill of 897, but you charged 20 rupees for convenience. However, the payment failed, and I only received a refund of 897. Please clarify why you charged the convenience fee when no service was provided.

    My wifi dal number 0587230211234_wifi, account number - 20041018151 is not working from last 10 days. When I try to lodge complaint through thanks app ,it shows unable to process at that time,while calling it shows technically upgrading. Worst service provider @airtelindia

    @Airtel @airtelindia I heard that Airtel is service is very bad I have been using airtel postpaid connection for more than 10 years I thought to try airtel broadband as well But these guys after taking money not answering my calls. Worst service faced ever

    @airtelindia 5 years of loyalty, 300 Mbps plan, yet my Wi-Fi keeps dropping & speeds fall drastically due to the router. Multiple replacement requests REJECTED—even when I offered to PAY for an upgrade. Is this how Airtel treats loyal customers? Need urgent resolution. #Airtel

    Raised a request to shift my fiber connection on 15th, but I want to modify the shifting on 14th. You have no options to do so, I can neither change date, cancel the old request or upgrade my plan. What kind of priority service is this for AirtelBlack. Pathetic @airtelindia
