  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia But BJP wont do it for BSNL..!!! I was in Guj in 2010, when the rest of India had superfast BSNL 3G service, the BSNL's service in Guj was non-existent. I was forced to switch to Voda.

  @airtelindia the service has been worst off late. You guys don't care for customers. I have raised a shifting request for more than a week. No answer, no accountability. Also, I get call from customer service and for 5 mins nobody comes to talk. Pathetic service.

Poor customer care service where normal people puzzled by clicking endless numbers without getting solution. Visited sector 137 Center also .

  @Arvind61Kumar @airtelindia I got a broadband connection form a particular service provider . When I wanted to get it disconnected because I no longer stayed there, they gave me my money's worth . It took me several months to get it done because they said if you don't need it transfer it some one from your family. Mean while I kept paying the bill without ever using it . It became like an albatross around my neck .

  I’ve been stuck at the Airtel Store Paradise for over 2 hours now, and my mobile number is still not activated. The staff has kept it on postpaid status, and I’ve been waiting endlessly for a verification call that never comes. 1.What’s worse there’s absolutely no urgency, no accountability, and no clarity from anyone here. Every time I ask, I get vague responses or blank stares. Nobody seems to understand that this is not just an inconvenience, it’s a critical service delay. 2. @airtelindia , this is unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste hours at your store for something as basic as number activation. I am requesting immediate intervention to SORT THIS ON SPOT. 3. If this is how you treat customers at your flagship stores, what confidence should anyone have in your service elsewhere? #Airtel #PatheticService #Notworth

  My father uses same mobile number and same mobile network @airtelindia from 19.5 years now it has been ended due to poor network,no unlimited date 5g, weak 5g and 4g signals
