Several times i have raised service request. Engineer will not visit and remotely he will say I have checked and wifi will start. Again same issue

Every day, their customer service lies to me on the call that they will get my WiFi connection shifted in just 3-4 hours, and they will personally take care of it. It’s been days and nothing happens. Liars!
