@Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

wanna update email id in @airtelindia so that you can get an eSIM? lets waste some time- first they say, send an SMS to 121, then you get a reply, pls call 121 and when you call there is no option to do so, self help web portal says - 𝐹𝒶𝒾𝓁𝑒𝒹 𝓉𝑜 𝒰𝓅𝒹𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝐸𝓂𝒶𝒾𝓁.
