    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia it is very tough to contact customer support. From the beginning of the broadband plan (almost 2 months passed) I cannot use 2-3GB of your data because whenever I connect your wifi it shows no internet connection. What a bad service provided by airtel in noida.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4 its terrible srvcs. ATUL THAKUR a supervisor on dcall raises his voice & accuses me of being impatient (48hrs) says that he is apologising even tho its nt d companies fault. Forcing me to do nothing but CANCEL my request for Airtel Installation.
