@airtelindia I also complaint for the same but they ask me to wait for 8 days. How can I use my internet for these 8 days then. Airtel only makes fake promise to its customer this is the reason why I always switch from airtel with my family members.

@airtelindia my airtel xtream is not working for two days and the airtel app is displaying that the network team is working on it. But there has been no improvement in it. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Rs19, Rs.79 plan does not include SMS benefit. This has been done to specifically not allow users to port out from Airtel. Why should I go for unlimited plan for sending SMS, which is basic service & user be allowed to send SMS (if they have balance @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst service of airtel as usual. I have done the recharge in my phone but this time they have given me 2G data pack instead of 4G. Also 2G is officially closed by airtel in India eventhough they have provided me 2G data this time.

@airtelindia I am unable to use sms service even after having validity & main balance in account. On consulting customer care she told to recharge with any unlimited pack then only sms service will be active on my number. Please justify is it valid ?
