  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream Fiber shifting request was raised on 08 July 2026. Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

  @airtelindia Facing multiple slow speed or no internet issues in Pune for almost 2 weeks now. What is happening? Today I was not able to lodge a complaint on the customer care portal on Airtel Thanks App as well. What is the cause for these frequent failures in Pune?

  @_kumbhkaran @airtelindia services r becoming worst day by day, even wifi system sucks. No channel on their digital tv system comes with good quality, looks like watching tv 15 years back.

  @airtelindia absolutely disgraceful the support you provide. Two times I requested for iptv but the request was taken for dth. In a span of 45 days I paid Rs 500 twice , no refund and I end up chasing your customer support who have absolutely no clue on what’s going on. Extremely disappointed. Terrible

  @airtelindia , my wifi is down from afternoon, trying to call complaint centre first they said shortly engineer will come , no one came , again now they say will come tomorrow, we pay in time and these people airtel has no moral responsibility, I am fed up ,will switch to local

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have shared details in DM. Expecting a swift resolution as it is an emergency situation. Not sure why you charge 4,000/5,000 INR for IR pack and can’t even provide a basic resolution/fix.

  @_kumbhkaran @equitypilot32 I m telling you the reality, there is no 5G coverage in Delhi by @airtelindia, i guess they have deliberately done it, all the data gets exhausted in 4G, and they are fooling people in the name of UL 5G, and this problem is persisting in delhi for around one and half years.
