  My Airtel broadband is not working since yesterday. On top of that, no response from Airtel after multiple calls/mails. Unable to raise an SR as well on Airtel Thanks app.Thank you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for such horrible customer experience! It's been more than 24 hours👎

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Sucks. They have merged some unknown connection in my Airtel account and are compelling me to pay that bill. Complaining for last 90 day but no-one is ready to hear except poor chaps at call center who don't have any right. #airtelsucks

  @airtelindia Airtel's service has disappointed me a lot, Your Pack is very expensive and still very slow network...Sometimes my data is disconnected during classes, sometimes the call itself gets disconnected etc...i think i should also switch to jio😑

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a service req to move my connection inside my house and it’s supposed to be resolved today but the rep called me just now n said they will do it tomo. This is just really pathetic on ur part.@DoT_India plz look into this
