@excitel_rocks pathetic service in lucknow... If you can't manage stop the company and sell sim cards... @reliancejio @airtelindia ... Excitel really made my work harder even with 150mbps speed connection because every 2nd day thier net goes and I have to stay in call for hours

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Xstream #Fibrenet is turning out to be the worst service in recent days. Frequent disconnection/ outages. No proper response from the customer service. Logging a complaint via 121 itself is a himalayan task for anyone. Totally disappointed!

Hello! @airtelindia , my airtel sim was scheduled do be reactivated day before yesterday but it isn't activated till now, i visited airtel center as well. Now what should i do , it still is showing "Emergency calls only" like seriously I'm beyond pissed. Help me out !!

And the supervisor argued that i should have at least 30 days of validity of current pack , and i said have 31days and i have recharged now ? So he just replied i wouldn’t get that offer and hang up , is this the way u provide customer service ? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
