    @airtelindia Then I call to customer care, she said sir don't worry you installation will be done tomorrow and now you don't have to call us, a executive will you tomorrow. But again no one call me. Then after a day I called customer care and she said same as before.

    Please upgrade your app Airtel Thanks @airtelindia I am not able to download original invoice from there for my last recharge. Neither I'm able to find any type of invoices for any of the recharge done. If you could please help me to get an invoice for it, really appreciate it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They made fake promises to their customers I have ported my sim to airtel and also upgraded that to 4g network and now this sim is not working in Android set but it is working on 2g keypad mobile so what is reason behind that could you explain?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst part is the Airtel representative who has put the campaign has no clue as when the connection will be active and they don't even respond to customer calls . I would request Airtel to stop fooling customers and starting fake product campaign

    Horrible Airtel Network problem in Dhanbad Jharkhand. Frustrated since 2 months, Airtel Network is showing No Service . No use of this network what to do with that. kindly resolve this issue otherwise there are many other networks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AIRTEL_KE

    @sumitkumarmis1 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @reliancejio After 2 years of using jio I came back to Airtel, jio speed was worst I was not getting more than 100 kbps of speed I did lots of complaint to them but they kept on sleeping. Now I am very happy with airtel 4g.

    Request your assistance with the cellular network in Jai Prakash Nagar, Near Denobili School CMRI. Network quality has degraded to such levels that it would really putb your patience to test. Multiple call drops, EDGE instead of 4G. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia

    @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @cpgrams Airtel has illegally blocked my outgoing call and sms on my sim with active valid recharge due to non completion of KYC even though the deadline for KYC is 8th June. This denial of service even after me paying stops me from even porting out.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s customer care is a complete joke. An issue with internet was raised 4 days ago. Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 29 .issue is still not resolved. Your engineer visited today and closed the request, but I am still facing the same problem. Please reopen the request and resolve it within 24 hours. If not then, open new request for stop the connection.
