  @airtelindia please look into Wi-Fi connections given to my farm house. After last request it was restored for 5-7 days but again same issues. It is prepaid plan everyday cost id deducted but in last one month Wi-Fi facility is not even there for 7-10 days @MIB_India please see

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support from Airtel! My Airtel One bill plan issue has been pending since 04.07.2026. Despite repeated follow-ups, I haven't received any resolution or even an acknowledgment. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia The most irresponsive customer support is of Airtel, Even internet doesn't work good at my location. My data add on just a waste for me now. If I'm using wifi only, so, why you are asking us to recharge for 349 if you cant provide good internet also.

  @airtelindia - The worst service provider you have ever been. Complaints are being closed without providing resolution. Despite being an Airtel Black customer I’m struggling since 3rd of July for resolution of a basic issue of Wi-Fi network issue.

  @airtelindia your network is not working for past few days, each time I contact customer support they tell us to restart our phone. I have been doing this for tha last 4 days. Instead of improving your service you tell us to restart the phone, we are not paying for that.

  Dear @airtelindia The network in pincode: 530014 has become extremely poor. Calls keep dropping, and the internet is so slow that even a WhatsApp message won't send. This issue has been persistent and is affecting daily communication. Kindly look into this and improve the network coverage in our area as soon as possible.

  @airtelindia Raised a service request on 7 Jul (SR: 11034489312). An engineer visit was promised for 8 Jul, but my issue is still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups, no proper response. Very poor customer support. I want to cancel my Airtel Broadband connection. @Airtel_Presence
