    More than two weeks, the issue is not resolved. Request raised to close my wifi connection. Close my wifi connection and waive off the charges since service not utilized. @airtelindia I'll proceed to consumer court if my connection is not removed within 2 working days.

    @airtelindia Can't see 1.5 GB per day ₹299 pack. Now the basic pack seems to be ₹349 2 GB per day. This is really bad on your part! Taking away choices from customers who don't require 2 GB and forcing them to pay ₹50 extra. @TRAI

Despite repeatedly reporting genuine service issues, Airtel's responses are focused only on recovering dues, without addressing the service deficiency or disputed billing. One of Complaint #31-1000015760919

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The WiFi speed keeps dropping and sometimes the internet is practically useless. I’m paying the full amount for the plan, so at least provide the service properly. This is extremely frustrating. @airtelindia Please fix this issue ASAP 9412449723 RN
