    @TheBigGeek @airtelindia Every other day I am facing the internet down issue. The problem is they don't care about their product so how can they care about customers. I complained several time s but no resolution.

    @airtelindia to assist. If any service charges are required, I am willing to pay them. However, no support or assistance is currently available. Kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for a resolution as soon as possible.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia One day the person called me from your side, said like pay the outstanding bill of RS.707 through UPI based on their direction. Also I mentioned I don't need anymore. Pls cancel it. But still showing outstanding amount for not using. Even I tried 121, mailed, and airtel app.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor customer service when it comes to discontinuing a specific service. The call gets disconnected always. I’ve been following up since 5 months as I have stopped using DTH yet it still continues to show up in my monthly bill.

    Stuck in an endless loop with @airtelindia Xstream. Paid 3 days ago. Technicians visit daily just to leave without installing due to "technical issues." Customer care is useless and refusing to cancel/refund. @Airtel_Presence fix this or refund me! #AirtelDown #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing the same issue I was facing last month. B001 error on SET HD. Is there any permanent solution for this? The channel starts to show this error out of no where suddenly. Still waiting for response after 24hours @jagograhakjago
