    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    A whole week without WiFi and still no proper resolution. Absolutely pathetic service. Every day I’m told “it will be fixed soon” — how much more time do you people need? I’m paying for a service that I haven’t even been able to use. fix it immediat @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644
