Dear @Airtel_Presence It seems @airtelindia has devised an innovative plan to fleece customers by sup-moto changing their family plans w/o consent. On top of that customer agent refused to raise a concern for increase in tarif & decrease in facilities. #CheatedAirtelCustomers

@airtelindia I am using airtel extreme broadband services. Since 4days my Wi-Fi is not working. I have raised issue regarding not working of wifi. Today mg engineer had visited and asked for OTP and reshceduled the service without my concern. Redicules service from Airtel.

@airtelindia when you people cant assist costumers why you people giv an service. Its been 24hrs since my airtel fiber network dropped but no proper resolve from your side. I recommend to everyone to not use airtel service. It's the worst service better to go to jio

@airtelindia Please check your bills thoroughly, they add hidden charges which you have not used at all. I have been a victim and all they say is pay up or we will terminate your services.
