Providers like @airtelindia and @reliancejio fiber are far better than @excitel_rocks. 2590RS in advance for 3 months excitel charges i.e. 28.7/day. The network is not working from last 2 days and they are unable to fix it, also compensating me for 28 rs free i.e. 1 extra day.

@excitel_rocks POOR service. Internet down for 12hours, no updates. No local contacts to check. BAD for work from home. AVOID it. Use @airtelindia instead.

@airtelindia plz help urgently team.I deposited all the documents-visa, passport,noc,video call for issuance of new sim card but even after submitting all the docs Airtel staff at jwalaheri Delhi states they cannot confirm if the sim card will be issued or not.I feel helpless
