    Hello @airtelindia I’m a 5-6 year old customer of Airtel and I usually do year long recharges. Recently we shifted to a new house. I am not getting any network there, can’t make calls or use internet. My plan is active until October. Is it possible to get a refund.

    @JioCare Ported my number from VI to Jio on 2-6. It’s been 7 days and Jio SIM isn’t activated, while VI service has stopped. Left with no network. This has been a nightmare. If I knew the service would be this bad, I wouldn’t have switched. Please resolve urgently. @airtelindia

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani worst SIM delivery service from your company. Your distributor is asking extra money to deliver SIM, customer care is behaving badly, network service is worst. Comparing my existing @airtelindia connection, you are par below from them Order#NO00015FOZ97

    It's frustrating sometimes that if you don't recharge wifi for sometime,they will irritate you with calls.But if you face some issues, they will direct you to AI bots and calls.Luckily,even if you get an agent, they will give you absurd timelines @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia What is this behaviour? I purchased 979 plan with unlimited 5G data but you are giving only 2gb data per day, after completion of it even I can't open a website. After calling Customer Care, some AI robot is talking and doesn't give proper reply & all? Loof into it

    @airtelindia the cry for help has also gone unnoticed in the world of world class customer service. I dont understand how can I get this resolved. How difficult is it to send over a technician
