Maybe if @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence spent a bit of time improving their network coverage, instead of making ads and harassing people after they switch to other network, they might still have more customers than @reliancejio and Vodafone Idea.

@airtelindia All network dropped and internet gone without notice and I had to carry customer care to get to know that there is downtime till 7am IST of 13th Jan 2022. Why the heck you guys can't inform earlier when you know the world is WFH. @TimesNow @IndiaToday
