    @airtelindia very bad service Sir my issue is not solved I pay 3 month advance payment but. Ow my. Internet speed is only 30 mbbs but I buy a plan 200 mbbs speed and network issue is also there but from last 5 days you not solve this issue . Very bad service

    @Airtel_Presence We have received the SIM card. But since 2 weeks there is no network. I mean isn’t this heights if some thing. It’s a torture to wait for the network. There are OTP which are needed. I mean it’s. Pathetic service which @airtelindia has.

    @amazonIN @airtelindia extremely bad service by Amazon and Airtel in selling bad products on Amazon platform... refusal by Amazon to help clients..aghast at customer representative suggestions to visit Airtel store in times of Covid..pls stop selling products you cant help serve

    @airtelindia your advertisements paint a rosy picture that your customers are all happy with how fast you resolve customer issues. But the reality is far from this. I had requested to change name of owner in my broadband connection to my wife on 3rd Aug.

    I was trying to contact with Airtel customer care number for the past two weeks to rectify my issue..It's very difficult to contact them even though i tried with some numbers If not rectified within next week, then i will change operator for sure @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
