@airtelindia worst customer service. I recharged twice by mistake. Money got credited twice but for single month pack. When I tried to report this to customer service there were no options to talk to real person.only bots and that keeps sking to press numbers for half an hour

@airtelindia I never had to deal with such a bad customer support. Before I got an airtel xstream fiber connection, I was told there would be instant support for any issues. I came home at 7 today to find red light blinking on the router. (1/2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointment from Jamnagar service centre. I went there to deactivated my J&K sim card which was taken for temporarily purpose. However he said me that go there and deactivate. Very ride behaviour he did with me by one of the leading operator

@JioCare my fiber connection is down since last 20 hrs. I have registered service request (SR00001DUDEL) still it has not been solved. Not a very good customer care service , @airtelindia fiber was very Prompt, disappointed with Jio service
