    @airtelindia I contacted Airtel to get an Airtel Fiber connection and paid the required amount. However, after the payment, Airtel’s surveyor visited my location and informed me that broadband service cannot be installed at my location. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence moved my 5 postpaid mobile numbers and opted for airtel air fiber 100 mbps as 40 mbps was lagging. Now, everything has stopped working. Both Jio and Airtel seems to be gone! Airtel is better than jio, but very bad issues now. no network

    I still received a bill of Rs. 319.22 and when I call customer care, they have raised no cancellation request in the system and are charging me. Inspite of my call yesterday, still no cancellation request or any ticket has been raised. @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel router is outdated & unable to support required upload speed for YT Live. I contacted your customer care team to request a router replacement but denied by technical team. Hence, I express my deep dissatisfaction.
