    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Plans are called "unlimited" because you never get cut off and never pay extra fees for using more data, for your case it treated as commecial use. You need to opt commercial plans

I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. This poses a serious risk of the wire getting severed. If the wire breaks, my service will be completely disrupted, causing me significant inconvenience. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far. Therefore, I earnestly request you to forward this complaint to the concerned technician and have the wire secured and fixed as soon as possible to prevent any issues.     Really disappointed with the support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Payment and @OfficialDMRC. Rs 500 was deducted while recharging my Airtel NCMC card via the Thanks App, but the balance was never credited. There's no refund. My complaints keep getting closed without resolution.

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Airtel is a scam itself. There is zero data service since last week in my area not even 4g working while I have recharged unlimited 5g . Airtel sim deserve to be in dustbin.
