    @airtelindia Brought Airtel Xtreme connection a month before. Now they have disconnected it for the reasons best known to them. Trying to reach customer care to register complaint but there is no option to speak to customer care executive. 3rd clas service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I submitted request to remove broadband connection 3 days ago and ticket has 24 hrs resolution time. There is literally no follow up from support over call/email/ticket. Can you please expedite the request?
