    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, it has been almost 24 hours. The service worked properly only from around 10 AM to 4 PM, but the same issue started again afterward. I’m really frustrated now. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia Your AirFiber service is terrible. The latency is extremely high, and I’m getting barely 5 Mbps on a 40 Mbps plan. This is nowhere near the service I’m paying for. Very disappointing experience. Please fix the network quality and speed issues. @Airtel_Presence

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Raised an issue 2 weeks ago (Ref: 4515901350). Multiple calls to 121/198 & emails, but keep getting looped with IVR/bots while tickets are closed unresolved. As a One Airtel customer, I demand an immediate callback & fix!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely frustrated with the way my Xstream Fiber connection is being handled. The speed is inconsistent—sometimes it works fine, other times it becomes painfully slow. I’m not getting the speed I’m paying for. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia OTPs from my banks and apps are not coming to my Airtel number normally. But when I simply call an Airtel IVR/customer care number, the OTP I request while I am still on the call comes immediately. This happens repeatedly and with multiple services.
