    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday 2 pm, i lodged the service complaint but even today there is no resolution, the assigned service engineer number is switched off since morning Please disconnect my WIFI, i am switching to JIO

    @airtelindia I was charged extra in airtel black bill. Chat bot didn't allow me to lodge complaint. After lot of effort I was able to get tickets created but ticket got closed without correction. I am being asked for late fee. @Airtel_Presence @airtel

    After multiple complaints, internet speed is still very slow. I haven’t received any proper update from customer care either. Very disappointing service and poor support experience. Call on my number , not on my alternate number.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
