    I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?

    @airtelindia Your network in Gulzar Colony, Parbhani has been showing 2G for the last 6–7 hours. I am unable to make calls or use mobile internet properly. This is not an isolated incident we have been facing such network problems repeatedly in Parbhani. 1/3

    @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Lucknow city your Wi-Fi is normally down for at least a week every month, please stop troubling the customers, or we would stop paying the bills with ample proof of job availability of services

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @143_pushpendra @airtelindia Restrict the network to 4G and 5G only. Many times I've noticed it connects to a 2G network even if 4G is available.
