    @airtelindia @TRAI does it take 3 days to tranfer 1 wifi connection intercity? The network is inconsistant and we get it intermittently but u charge us full for lack on your part. Pls get it done asap or i will port to @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my issue resolved after 20 days for those 20 days i was not able to browse my internet , earlier you said you'll make adjustments in the bill , now you are not responding even after multiple DMs, have some accountability! Shame on you

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what do I have to do to get my wifi installation charges refunded . You don’t have a customer care phone number and your chat bot support on the Airtel app is absolutely bogus. Even you don’t respond to DMs.

    @FASTag_NETC @airtelindia The moment I request a replacement FASTag, the existing tag is deactivated, forcing me to pay full tolls or fines until the new sticker arrives. Why not issue a duplicate sticker with the same FASTag ID and balance? In case of Wind Shield replacement.
