    customer service of @JioCare is worst,there is no way one can raise service request for internet issue. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.

    Applied for airtel fiber in my area and was very disappointed when I got to know that installation is not feasible because the service box from where the connection comes is full. Very disappointed. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's been more than 48 hours of reporting the issue and you can't figure out the issue/fix. You guys are keep postponing the time again and again. If you can't fix the issue in committed timeline then you should remove the wire and empty box

    @airtelindia I have existing Fiber Connection with 9973395927...I have been raising multiple requests for shifting my connection from Ahm to Gnr, but still unsolved...I never expected this kind of service from you.. 👆 No solution provided even after posting it on 19.07
