    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    One of the favourite lines of #Airtel technicians: "Please DO NOT call 121 or customer care, Call me directly" so that there is no official record? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has forced a decade old customer to switch. Thanks for making us suffer all these years. #Airtel

    This is very bad behavior from Airtel through your store chain. When I tried reaching out to customer support they said, I need to reach out to store only. Could you please help me with this since I have an airtel customer for close to 10 years. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
