@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

If you don’t take action right now, I am going to port to a different network provider. But let me ask you one thing, how can you even allow some tele commuting calls on my number without my permission? Is this even okay ? I really need to talk to someone from @airtelindia .

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , first you are unable to provide a resolution to a problem for 2 months after numerous calls and mails. And now when the customer wants to port you hound them with umpteen calls in a day to resolve, with no resolution but only requests 1/2

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet has been broken for the past 3 days, registered a complaint 3 times, no response. What a poor service. So frustrating though they penalise you with Rs.100 if bill payment is delayed for one day..Will you now penalise yourself...
