    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    It's a very pathetic condition to resolve the internet issue with @airtelindia in Guwahati City specially in prime location khanapara. Airtel Coustomer service is also very poor in Guwahati as of now. Why did you plan to start the downfall ?

    @airtelindia Just had a fantastic experience. Consumers can buy an International roaming, but can’t cancel it in advance. Customer support staff denied to guide how to deactivate. This is new way of harassment.

    worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia paid 1500 for a broadband connection pending for almost 3 days with no support on repeated requests raised for order delay absolutely pathetic!!!

    @airtelindia , extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request is being delayed for days with no proper response. Looks like prepaid customers who paid for 6 months are being ignored after payment. Pathetic support and zero accountability

    Dear @airtelindia, I raised a disconnection request for my Airtel WiFi connection, and your team collected the modem 25 days ago. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups with customer care, my account is still not deactivated and I am continuously being billed for a service. ..1

    Even after 24 hours of this tweet and multiple calls with customer care, still no response or resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I made a big mistake choosing Airtel. Now switching my internet to @JioCare
