I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

When I tried to cancel it, it still showed processing your request. But my basic plan changed to 618 rupees. How to change it back to 599 again??
