@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service request No 10166332424. Complained since 6am morning but no one came to fix the internet by 4pm now. Moved to Airtel from Jio Fiber thinking better service but 3 times Internet has stopped in just a month and nobody comes to fixed the problem

@JioCare No person comes from your company or tells what is the problem and when will the customer know whether you can fix it or not, while the other company contacts the customers, if their problem is not fixed, their problem together satisfies the customers. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Activation and installation fee hav been charged for 413 and 150 from recharge on 2jun22 which is available free of cost,22.42 deducted on3apr, Rs15 deducted on 20Apr as service charge,Rs25 deducted frm reversed Rs 487 in jan23, Rs15deducted on29 jan servicecharge
