@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@airtelindia My fast tag is deactivated. There was balance in the account. I don't know for what reason the fast tag is deactivated. Tried to call the customer care but the IVR doesn't have the option for fast tag and also to speak to customer care. Very bad service airtel.
