  @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @airtelindia I have Airfiber and I'm no longer able to connect to the Overwatch game with it. Bsnl fiber works though. Airfiber used to work before so did you change something on your end related to NAT or something? Can you help?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 08/06/2026. It is the third day that Wi-Fi is hasn’t been working. Nobody has contacted till now. What a pathetic service, I have experienced.

  Network & service in Mahadevapura is at its worst @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. To make it more frustrating, your support team is completely misleading customers. They claim to register a complaint, but no ticket ever exists when tracked. Fix this fake grievance process!

  @Airtel_Presence Booked a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection on 22nd May (Regd No: 8723002321). More than 20 days have passed with zero updates. Since the service window is long gone, I want to cancel this booking immediately. Please process the cancellation and refund. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor network experience I have been facing. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for more than 10 years and currently use three Airtel numbers. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly raising service requests, the network issues remain unresolved. Frequent call drops, poor voice quality, and weak data connectivity have made it difficult to rely on your services. As a long-term customer, I expected much better support and accountability from Airtel. My patience is now wearing thin, and if this issue continues unresolved, I will be left with no option but to seriously consider porting all my numbers to another service provider. I request your immediate intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest. If network coverage in my area is inadequate, please conduct a site survey and consider installing a network booster/extender to improve service quality.   @manujosephsan @airtelindia Ported all family members to VI and one spare JIO number for tackling connecting or travel issue if happened... Airtel behave like a mafia?! Experienced in broadband service from them?! They do shaddy things like no internet foreny hours*?! Now in Airtel fibre no problem??
