    @airtelindia any luck - i asked for ip tv and paid 500₹ on 12th May, it is 24th may- after many follow ups on 121 - still no luck and false promises- i have asked now is for refund and cancel my request to ipTv. Service request nos- 4510440778 #verybad support @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel I have purchased international roaming pack, but i am facing network issue for more than a month. Contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. There appears to be lack of accountability and timely resolution.

    Being a postpaid customer the saddest part is that there is practically no way to connect with the proper customer support. They only call when they need money. @airtelindia

    @hellochaitu @airtelindia Yes,it happened with me once due to payment gateway issue. For me 84 days plan. They will extend it.

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia i remember calling them and staying in line for 20m or 10m just to connect with a agent on call like wtf man @airtelindia jio takes 1m or 2m max to guide to the agent but airtel with 68 stuff lol

    @airtelindia I have been following up on my UPS installation through your customer care for the last 48 hours. Each representative says they are escalating the issue and promises a callback, but no one calls. Cannot even cancel the order now. Is this a new way to extort money?
