My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result: - My static IP address was removed - My landline number was discontinued - Now I’m being told these cannot be restored Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage. I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.” This is unacceptable. I need: Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade Immediate resolution or rollback options Accountability for the disruption caused Kindly address this urgently.

When they finally do, it’s always “we are upgrading our system.” Seriously? Fix this ASAP or disconnect the service. @airtelindia

If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.
