    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelnews 12+ days, multiple requests, still no resolution. Ref 4510615430 was “closed” without fixing the issue. Wrong primary name still showing in the Airtel app, causing incorrect payments. Is this how Airtel handles customer complaints? Need urgent action now.

    @airtelindia & as the consumer is stuck in that bind for one year they charge you more for expensive top ups. why can’t a consumer who pays for a service exit it by his own choice. This is monopolistic behaviour! Really bad @airtelindia disappointed & dissatisfied @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia 1st & worst experience at T3 IGI Delhi. Asked to move from C to D row to manage crowd. D-5; D-6; D-7 idling time with Praveen. Only 2 counters working. My flight LH5293 FRA & LH4404 for which asked to take boarding pass in FRA. Absurd code share @Lufthansa_India
