  @airtelindia I have experienced network outage for 3 times in the last 1 month of installing the wifi connection. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?

  Dear @airtelindia Did a #DTH recharge for A/C 3016210266-001 with plan "odia ultimate plus hindi 6M" valued ₹2061. I checked after recharge found plan to be "odia ultimate plus hindi 1M" active which is ₹420 and showing 150 days validity. Please fix @Airtel_Presence

  @Airtel_Presence Details have already been shared numerous times. Don’t send standard messages without checking. Ridiculous service. Wi-fi # 0201688552_wifi. Resolve urgently. Your team should already know about this since it affects a whole area for 1.5 days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
