Lochani (@lochaniGm) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of transparency and accountability in Airtel’s service. The Airtel app itself prompted the purchase of a Wi-Fi UPS for power backup, with a clear assurance that it would be installed within 48 hours. But, no response.

Ashish Bajpai (@bajpaiashis) reported@TRAI @airtelindia Hi, while investigating for the Service Request No. 31-6942112337417 related to DND issue on your Airtel number, we couldn't find the call/SMS records for reported content for shared date. Hence, no action has been taken against the sender.

Chandrakanta Zutshi (@Moon_Zutshi) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Airtel keeps making recharges more expensive while removing affordable plans. Customers are already dealing with network issues, and now they’re being asked to pay even more. At some point, people will simply start looking for better value elsewhere. And that's @reliancejio 👍
