  Worst customer services by @airtelindia . They will take advance payment from them and then you keep running after them. Total fraud. Sales people have so baf attitude. They won't even pick call after taking payment @TRAI

  @airtelindia Amazing service! Installation ke time sab aa jaate hain, but for uninstall/relocation nobody responds. Shifted to a new place, can't use DTH, requested IPTV, no support. Chat support is useless, calls don't connect, and bills keep coming for a service I'm not using.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 65+ hrs broadband outage. SR: 11032402977 DSL: 01126995058_wifi Executives promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but no fix. Engineer says no task assigned, while Airtel claims escalation done.Complete mismanagement. Urgent action needed.

  @Sreema_Sree @airtelindia I am also facing the same issue. This is pure harassment! If @airtelindia don’t want to respond the issue …. Please disconnect and give air fibre option. Bunch of lazy on-site technicians are delaying the work.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's now been almost 7 days and Ticket ID: 11032264862 is still unresolved. I have called customer care multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "We are escalating the case" or "Please wait for an update." No engineer visit.

  Everyone knows how important a Sunday holiday is for a person. Yet @airtelindia always seems to create network issues on Sundays. For the last 8 hours, there has been absolutely no network connectivity. This is extremely frustrating. Shame on !! Location - Kichha, Uttrakhand
