    @airtelindia I had purchased 2 Indian plan before landing which went completely useless. What is this business model? You are able to detect if a customer is in another country but not if the same person is back in India? With an active plane .

    @airtelindia Airtel give best service promise and now it's been 27hrs that my Airtel black fibre plan is not working.From 29 th may 6Am I am getting TAT of 2hrs but don't know in airtel watch when their 2 hrs will be completed. Now 30 th may 6.33AM and again recived new TAT 8

    @SaffronChargers @TRAI most useless job in india after a guy who is checking with metal detector at dmart entry. On 5g netrowrok we are hardly getting 1mbps speed on @airtelindia . Better to migrate to someother network

    @airtelindia from morning 6AM wifi is disconnected and my work is impacted. I raised ticket then got answer that power outage in your area problem will solve by 8pm. Means in 14hr while next to my street internet is working properly. What is the pathetic service by airtel

    @Airtel_Presence not only do you not reply to my dm, not only is the issue not solved at all, I will also no doubt be charged for the active roaming pack etc I took in next months bill… even though it’s all useless now. Well done @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence leaving female travellers stranded

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have given feedback about Bhaskar from Airtel multiple times who is always assigned to my tickets and never does any work!! You can keep your irresponsible engineer and I can try other providers for now!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Wifi is down since yesterday, I had a complaint raised since yesterday. This is an Airtel black plan. So far I've not even received a call from any of your associates to fix it. (I have had to call the person who initially set the wifi up twice only for him to say they'll do it soon/today) Your app says it'd be resolved by 29 May 6:57 PM. Sigh, it's 30th may 10:14 am right now. Can you atleast correct the app? I need to work and that needs internet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service for broadband. Every other day my fibre connection is having problems and the internet is not working. Now again not working. It's better to switch to @JioCare

    My @airtelindia number keeps showing “No Signal” and going into “No Service” mode. This has happened twice already. I have to toggle Airplane Mode on and off to restore connectivity. Because of this, I’m missing important calls and business opportunities. Please help!
