@airtelindia Worst post sales services. I have opted for for DTH services after watching your advt. Within 15 days of installation I have complained so many times and everytime the complainant was closed without resolution. Don't opt for airtel. #airteldonotcares

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your IVR is so long that it always waste important time. It takes me ages to connect ur CCE. Why is this so long process? If a customer is not interested to listen IVR can't u connect directly to CCE. Have to listen every thing which is not helpful

Not so dear @airtelindia, What personal grudges do we have? Exact one year back for some reason my sim stopped working out of blue and today same thing has happened again. Customer care won't bother to respond. Better you do something before I do.
