Players like @airtelindia , @IRCTCofficial , @IndiGo6E and many more to that list, they are habitual offenders. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. But our Babus won’t take any action cz Documents are complete and everything is fully perfect on paper.

I'm using Airtel Xtreme fiber for better internet, no doubt internet is best but their customer service is very disappointing. I was raised complaint yesterday but till now my problem is not resolved or customer support team is not tell me the actual problem.@airtelindia
