    @Airtel_Presence Been trying to shift the wifi connection from one apartment to another since 5 days. Everytime I reach out to the customer care I only get 1 response that they're escalating. Even after multiple calls nothing has been done yet. So frustrating. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I already provided all details in private DM, but still not get any reply on that and still my wifi not working, today is 3rd day. If today will not resume my service then refund my money or I might register complain in customer consumer for this

    Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! 20+ days of follow-ups & 4 Service Requests (657858130, 658199654), but zero technician visit for faulty DTH. Paying full bill for zero service! Escalating to @jagograhakjago if not fixed today. DTH ID: 3076715280 Fix ASAP!

    @TRAI Ofcourse, I live in the prime location of delhi, I & my family members have many sim cards of @JioCare and @airtelindia but both network are worst. Internet to door ki baat hai even calling is not possible and both the service providers are charging High prices of recharge.

    It's been 2 days my Airfiber connection is not yet installed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please cancel my order and initiate refund asap. I should've given a chance to @reliancejio for better customer service experience.
