    Pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Trying to connect Airtel customer care but after pressing key 9 the call is getting dropped and no solutions at all. Seems like I am stucked in this pathetic network and there is no way to go out. Have to pay the cost for recharge

    @airtelindia I want airtel broadband service at my home in Noida sector 130 (noida authority plots) but in this place Airtel not providing any service so kindly add your service in that area. There are many consumers taking service from local internet provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I want redund of the 1 year advance deposited for airtel broadband. 2 days of internet outage! I want to discontinue airtel and switch to other providers. #quitairtel. No response from technical team, customer care.

    It seems like @airtelindia is forcing people to swich there network so many calls in a day i get more calls from @Airtel_Presence then actual people .. we can't even sleep on weekends bcoz they start calling after 10 clock

    Hey @airtelindia, glad to know your broadband service for installing a new connection is the fastest, but can you please do the same for resolving a complaint? I am having trouble using the same for the past 2 days and yet nothing has been done about it. Complaint id: 10073669001
