    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The Airtel thanks app is the worst app that I tried to navigate. Kudos to the UX team. Your own staff doesn't know what's broken. I don't want a subscription and I am forced to avail it during installation. Can't see it on the app to unsubscribe.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been using your services from almost 10+ years. But I guess now it's time to change the network provider. I was using family plan, but you guys changed the plan automatically from your backend, without any intimation. Planning to port to now.
