Jagjeet Singh (@Jagjeet_singh_1) reported@Airtel_Presence 3 days without WiFi. 10+ calls to support. Every call = new excuse. “Engineer assigned.” “We’ll call you back.” Then the line goes dead. Still no fix. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Escalate this now — I need my connection restored today @airtelindia

Ayaskant Das (@Ayaskant_Das) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor broadband connectivity for the past few days. Impossible to work with this kind of network. Your 198 helpline number is archaic. Should I change to @reliancejio?

Gagandeep Singh Sapra (@TheBigGeek) reportedHey @airtelindia, this entire “Happy Code” business may well become the bane of your customer service. My broadband connection at home is down. Your engineer arrived to fix it, but because I have not received the “Happy Code” over SMS, he says the connection will be terminated. Two simple questions: (A) If your network is down and I cannot receive the SMS containing the code, how is that my fault? (B) If my broadband is still not working, how exactly am I expected to give a “Happy Code”? I am, quite reasonably, not happy. A customer service process should solve problems, not create new ones.
