    @airtelindia what a crappy app you have and the ivr is useless. Stopping saying we regret the inconvenience and replace my Sim at the earliest. Unable to raise ticket through either channels. sim suddenly stopped connecting to network and your app bot says enable volte.What crap!

    @airtelindia I think airtel is not at all providing service in small town where a lot of uneducated people will be there .they don't have dedicated customer care.u r misleading and cheating people in daylight saying there is 24 /7 customer care I think it's the biggest joke.

    @airtelindia Airtel service in badlapur poddar complex is very very poor. You people are sleeping doing nothing for ur customers, there is a huge scope in our complex almost eight thousands people are living here. No company is able to give proper network service. Plz do smthng.
