@airtelindia have been facing severe calling and data issues , tried registering a complaint on open network and there was no resolution , wrote to appellate authority punjab no response from them too , getting 2G speeds on 4G network with lots of data in my plan but no bandwith

@airtelindia There is absolutely no provision for any customer to give a closure/disconnection request from either mobile app/web portal. when we call customer care to d same, we r forced to wait hours and hours for some agent to close it. Still it doesn't get closed! #fraudulent
