    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence is a fraud company. Their executive doing fraud with company. They told me Sir, make Six months payment in advance we will install your broadband connection. I did that. Now technician is saying we don't provide service in your area

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This information is for public that I am Airtel black member from 5-7 years and postpaid customer of airtel since 2010 and prepaid customer from 08 - 10. This is the way they are treating their premium customer. I pay 2800 - 3200 per month on an average. "Beware"

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Recommend not to switch to Airtel. If you face a problem, you will live with it forever. There will be no resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network . Not able to speak on call clearly. Too much disturbance in the network. Infact internet is not working. When i am calling some one other party is not able to hear . I have to disconnect and call again. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @RelianceJioCare then I got no solution even after 30 hours and when called again to register my complaints there guy started to accuse me that I didn't gave macID,finally after struggling for week I decided to give up Jio and switch to @airtelindia for better service
