    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

    Why do guys keep taking at least 3 days time off my internet connection and whenever I call customer care they say we need 24 hours when it is already 72 hours that I lost my internet connection. This is the second time in less than a month. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
