@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

@ACTFibernet There employee Krishna Murthy removed my Internet cable and refused to rejoin Internet I have paid advance and this is what I get.Extremely bad service. I have called them more there 5 times but they just tell we will resolve the problem soon.@airtelindia @msd4ublr

Jst coz u can offload a process to IVR doesn't mean u need to mindlessly automte it. No matter how many numbers I block, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Keeps on calling me frm diff numbers. In middle of meeting, while driving. Stop this. I've been a customer for over 15 years

Airtel Broadband service is so pathetic in Bangalore. After connection service is not activated since last 2 days. In these WFH times the service is so terrible. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia,Please refund immediately. I will go for other vendors. #badairtelservice

@airtelindia shameless service by airtel customer service team. i have lost internet its been more than 1 week, i made around 50 calls to customer care team. No one actioned, some talking rudely and disconnecting calls without answering my concern. My complaint iz 1003454183.
