@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why does it take so many days, 20+ phone calls, multiple service requests, and unfulfilled committments to relocate a broadband connection? Everytime I speak to someone, I am promised "will be done in 24 hrs". Pathetic customer care.

@airtelindia - So im shifting my house and to shift a broadband from one house to the other in the same area airtel has only two statements to give- 1) we’ll shift it within 24 hours 2) sorry for the inconvenience we will escalate the issue,need another 24 hours Need help!!

@airtelindia got Airtel Xtreme fiber connection on 31st August. Still no internet problem is happening. And the people's behind that are giving excuses from last 2 days. And the area technician head mr. Rajiv he is also talking rudely. Very bad experience from airtel.

@airtelindia Lot of complaints given for the network issue but no resolution so far. No one has contacted us and closed the cases again and again. Also they charged more bills in the name of Optical fiber where as no one has updated the cable. Poor service. Chinmayasri 7795339505
