They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

SR 10989347126 was assigned to Srinivasan M, who gave false commits to visit all day yesterday, never showed, and now claims he isn't assigned! Fix this now!
