They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

How could they know that thier wifi device strength is weak?

After I refused, he removed the components, left the internet disconnected & marked the complaint resolved

No answer, no accountability. Also, I get call from customer service and for 5 mins nobody comes to talk. Pathetic service.
