    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

    when can I expect resolution? Or should I say I threaten to snap my ties with you for the 4 postpaid and 2 broadband and 1 DTH connection and also do the same with extended family connections and only then I can see some action? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @vodafone @airtelindia @JioCare i used Vodafone postpaid card in last 3 year but last 2 month the internet speed is like 2g I registered my complain in vi mobile app but there is no response and no approved to the speed plz check my problem and solved it .....

    @connectgurmeet Yes, I have also faced this with @airtelindia . My phone shows full 4G signal but internet won’t work or is extremely slow. And one this more, I think they have put in some algorithm in place to slow down your internet if you use continuously for some extended time. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my broadband isn't working for last 4 days.Have not received any info on it.common things I hear from cust care: 24 hr resolution, sorry for the inconvenience. By when can I expect resolution.I stay not in a remote place, silicon city Bengaluru. 1/2
