    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence my Airtel AirFiber has not been working for the last 7 days, yet I'm expected to pay for the entire month's bill. This is unacceptable. Please resolve the issue immediately and adjust the billing for the downtime.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel data speed is stuck at 500 Kbps,while another Airtel SIM at the same location gets 300–500 Mbps.I’ve reset network settings, tried another phone, and still the issue persists.Daily data is available.Please check my SIM/network provisioning
