    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

    @airtelindia My Broadband connection has issues like slow internet speed, and frequent disconnection. I have raised multiple complaints and it's not been appropriately addressed. My last complaint dated 10 Aug has been closed without fixing the issue. Ticket number: 10069623265.

    Today We are visited Airtel Store opposite KIMS vidayanagar Hubli, employee is giving pathetic service his name Mr goutam employee id 53137 & there is no biomatric machine for E kyc verification,without information incoming and outgoing is barred @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is literally very bad experience from Airtel i switched to Airtel black plan of 1099 where wifi cost will be of 749 and DTH cost will be of 350 but you guys are charging extra for DTH even without adding any extra channels and send me a bill with inappropriate amount
