@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

@airtelindia rs 999/- are included in my bill for Amazon prime without informing me my plan is 588/- Initially I got amazon service free but now when it ended airtel did not ask me to wether I want to take it or not but added in my plan without my consent. Kindly reduce this.

@ViCustomerCare As per your new policy sms service will not available below the recharge of 128 but no one informed us. I am struggling for 2hr just because my sms service was not working. Now it’s time to leave Vi. @airtelindia & @reliancejio am coming.

@DoT_India @TRAI @airtelindia Please look into the matter , if we port from Airtel to other networks we have to recharge a minimum of 129 i.e. an unlimited pack which is a higher amount many customers facing this issue...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first they call me to tell your internet shd be up and running. Then they are shocked that’s it’s not fixed. Then they need more time. Then they say if we fix it now. We cannot disconnect it tomorrow. And give you a new connection on Saturday.
