@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my number with 599 plan for 84 days. Got 6 (1 GB coupons). I tried to redeem one and instead all 6 coupons were redeemed. Spoke with Ishraa on the call. She just spoke fast and just explained to me that I'm stupid that's why all 6.

@airtelindia I am paying you Rs 1100/- per month and cannot provide proper internet service! Have escalated this issue umpteen times to your customer care but of no use. You are providing 2G service and charging for 4G. Pathetic service!! @TRAI requesting your intervention pls🙏
