@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

Worst services of @airtelindia. Postpaid sim purchased a month ago, was working in the morning in delhi and when landed in srinagar sim stopped working. When contacted to airtel customer care and airtel store they replied for sim change. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #sunilmittal

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews .. My text messages have been withheld and still not restored inspite of contacting your customer service. One Alok Sharma informed me it would be fixed in 12 hrs. He suggested an app from a playstore which imo wasnt a solution. Pl fix.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have a broadband connection , a few months back it was rectified post an issue with connectivity, the guy who came took the landline wire out and promised to replace in a few days - this is some 6 months back , till date it is not resolved!!!
