@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

@airtelindia worst service. My broadband is not working since last 5 days. I have launched complaint twice but no one cares. The engineer didn't receive calls and updated my case as resolved. Pathetic service from @airtelindia
