@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

@arjun_malhotr @airtelindia Yes they drag the issue when you go complaint. And only reply "we understand and apologize" but no one of stupid people resolve the issue. I have decided to kick out my personal 2 postpaid and internet connection and my office's 26 connection
