    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A simple issue has given us harassment for MONTHS now. I am surprised a company like yours can be so inefficient. Been asking the customer care for MONTHS now to deactivate the static ip and yet every MONTH it is added to the bill.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of the worst networks in India i have recharged my mom mobile number for one pack of 190 rs amount got debited but network was not activated till upto now i have tried contact your customer service no reply from your side
