    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting

    @airtelindia @AirtelLtd @airtelnews Registered complaint for broadband but local engineers gang Mr Surendra and Mr Azad seems least interested in visit and rather lying at customer support centre that problem is resolved and cliet doesn’t need engineer visit.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel Xstream Fiber. They are not giving regular service since the last 3 weeks. Even after registering a number of complaints, calling the local store, or any fiber handling boy, but the situation doesn't seem to improve.
