    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contacted Airtel customer care 3 days back to enquire about the broadband connection in my area. They replied our technician will contact you within 4 hours. I waited till today and called them. They replied same. And 8 hours done iam still waiting.

    @airtelindia Every time on call excuses comes as answer. Dont know what type of service you guys are poviding. Please dont give time band if you can't maintain it. I was a regular user if Airtel DTH. Thus I did upgradation in Xstrem. But this type of service demoralizing me.
