@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want to activate my ex-tata docomo sim (prepaid) which was showing no network, I was told to get a new airtel sim. Now airtel store asks me to get a postpaid connection for same number, why can't it be prepaid? I would rather close connection.

@airtelindia Excellent branding and so fast network since 25 years but yesterday just a lightning and ⛈. Whole network gone. Reached multiple people regarding this but simply waste of time and money. Totally lost since a day with such bills billshit kind of kindergarten stuff.
